It would have been helpful if the boarding location had been clearly indicated. It wasn't listed on the reservation page, so I looked it up online and found a specific pier; I went there but the boat wasn't there. I looked around and spotted the boat I'd seen in photos way down below, so I rushed over. However, I was confused and anxious, wondering if I should head to the front of the boat or enter the building further up, worried that I might be late. In the end, I managed to board successfully, and the experience itself was good!
