The voucher said I had to exchange my ticket at the tourist center. I booked it because it said it was near the Central Station, so I was baffled. I checked reviews and saw that the bus arrives opposite the large apple statue at 9 AM, so I trusted that, went there, showed my ticket, and was able to board! However, the line management wasn't done properly, so I think there will likely be controversy regarding cutting in line. I did receive a return ticket for 5 PM, but I'm not sure how that will turn out...

The booking process was simple and smooth! The pick-up location was also very convenient; you can see Autotradale right outside Exit 6 of LIN Airport, or you can ask someone for directions. It was very easy.

A comfortable, well-organized transfer to the city (I used it from the airport), especially suitable for first-timers in Italy. Important note: the airport arrivals area is on the 2nd floor. Near Exit 4, take the escalator or elevator down to the first floor. There will be ticket offices, the train station, and then, on the left side of the exit, the bus stand. Find your company and check the schedule. Typically, services open from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM (check your ticket).

Theres was a problem with my booking because I used it on the 29th , i bought it for 29th and it said the ticket was used because the company set a cutoff time at 4 am. So if you booked for 29th it’s actually a ticket for 28th.
