Our driver, A.B. Ramadhan, was incredibly kind and attentive, and communication was seamless. We went paragliding first, then visited the cliffside road and other attractions. He helped us buy tickets so we could enjoy the air conditioning in the car. We had forgotten to book Kecak show tickets online, and he queued for a long time for us, letting us explore the Uluwatu Temple on our own – it was so touching! In the evening, we also went to a restaurant and a supermarket, and he patiently stood by. Five stars!★

This product is truly amazing! The actual experience closely matches the description. The tour group is mainly comprised of European and American tourists, with relatively few Chinese participants. You can book pick-up and drop-off directly with the company; the price is reasonable. The speedboat is a luxury private yacht, and each group has a maximum of 14 people. The morning is spent at sea, snorkeling at three different spots, each with slightly different highlights. After lunch, we went to Elf Cliff to see the azure waters, and the final snorkeling stop featured many manta rays. I want to emphasize safety, which is my biggest concern when snorkeling, especially since I'm practically a non-swimmer. The captain, leader, and instructors of this local snorkeling company were all very disciplined and professional. After putting on life jackets 🦺, we followed the instructor's lifebuoy 🛟, and everyone in the group was generally within the instructor's and safety officer's line of sight. The boat also constantly monitored the area around us for emergency assistance. Overall, it felt very safe, and I had a great time.★

Excellent transfer service by D’Stars. Everything was well organized and on time. The boat was comfortable, accommodating around 70 passengers, and the boarding process was smooth. The staff handled our luggage from the company office all the way to the boat, which made everything much easier. The trip was comfortable and safe, leaving only positive impressions. Please note that you need to exchange your booking voucher for a boat ticket at the company office before departure, and it is better to arrive in advance, ideally 45-60 minutes before departure. Also, upon arrival in Nusa Lembongan, you may need to step into shallow water (around ankle-deep) and walk a short distance on the sand, so it is worth considering appropriate clothing and footwear.
