The internet is okay, but the signal is weak in some areas in Kyoto. We bought 2GB per day, but it wasn't enough. Every day, it runs out at 5 PM. After it runs out, it's incredibly slow, making it almost impossible to do anything. If you're using it a lot to browse maps, use Instagram or TikTok, I recommend 5GB per day. It's better to have some extra than not enough, because it can be really difficult to search without internet.

Unlike some other companies, where you have to call customer service for ages or don't get immediate help. I'm not trying to criticize one company, but you'll find out if you're happily using a good internet connection abroad and then get stuck there for three hours.
