The shop is beautiful, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Music plays in the background, and the fragrant herbal aroma fills the entire shop, making it even more relaxing. They welcome you with tea, rice crackers, and watermelon juice, along with a handkerchief. After the massage, they serve sticky rice with mango and fragrant bael fruit tea. It's incredibly good value for money considering the top-notch service. My partner loved it!

The environment is very beautiful, and the service is excellent. It's close to a large shopping mall, making it very easy to reach. However, please note that the purchased package is non-cancellable; you must make your decision before purchasing.

I inquired about same-day reservations via email before purchasing, and they kindly accommodated my request, allowing me to enjoy a hot spring bath and massage. Unlike typical Japanese public baths, the hot springs are swimsuit-required, allowing men and women to use them together, which was a great advantage. The massage rooms are also completely private, making for a more relaxing experience. While there are plenty of massage parlors in town, I highly recommend getting a proper massage once in a while!

I really appreciated the attitude of the front desk staff, and the massage therapists' skills were exceptional. The overall environment was very upscale, making a massage here a truly enjoyable experience. It's a bit far from the MRT station, but you can book a shuttle service in advance, and the staff arrived at Phromphong station on time. From the moment you enter, you'll feel the meticulous service and relaxing atmosphere; the welcome drink and cool towel instantly put you at ease. Before the treatment begins, you fill out a questionnaire to confirm your massage preferences and areas you'd like to focus on or avoid. The therapist then uses professional techniques combined with warm essential oils to address your needs. I opted for an organic coconut oil massage (60 minutes), which was gentler than I expected, deeply relaxing all the muscles and acupoints, soothing my tired body and mind with each press.

I get one of the best massages I have ever had. But, I wont buy from trip.com again as the reservation part was very troublesome. I think even if it says the same day reservation possible, its better to do it at least one day before if you buy from trip. If you reserve from their website its a lot faster. No contact number in trip, just used the trip message as no one reached me out. I bought it one night before but Noone reached me out till I had 1 hour left to my proposed reservation time. I needed to change plans immediately. They don't do hotel pick ups.
