Contacted the Vendor through Trip support and they are responsive in providing the e-confirmation slip. Went to the building of Illuzion at 18:50and there is a staff standing next to the stairs/ escalator at the ground floor with placard ”天星秀“. Walked towards him and he showed that the ticket counter is behind the stairs/ escalators. After showing the e-confirmation slip, go to the basement via stairs. There are free lockers to put mobile, electronic goods as no pictures and recordings are allowed. The staff will pat you to check if you’re cleared to enter the show. It is free seating. The drinks offered are soft drinks, water and beer. The show is an hour and half.

The show is worth seeing once. The sets and costumes are beautiful. The only thing I didn't like was that after the performance, the performers line up and ask you to take a photo with them. After the photo, it turns out you owe them 100 baht. (Note to all tourists.)

We attended the Siam Niramit show in Thailand and were absolutely delighted! It was a truly engaging, atmospheric, and spectacular performance—the vibrant costumes, impressive sets, and incredible presentation made it truly unforgettable. I recommend getting tickets with dinner—there's a great selection of dishes, everything was delicious, and it added a wonderful touch to the evening. The air-conditioned auditorium is quite cool, so be sure to bring a jacket to comfortably enjoy the show. I definitely recommend it!

The fights weren't great, but the transfer was fine. The driver arrived about five minutes before the scheduled start time and waited at the entrance with a sign afterward. Just in case, if you bought your tickets through trip.com, you don't need to go to the box office. About 30 minutes before the start, they'll be checking your vouchers and handing out tickets at the table to the left of the entrance.

It's a blast! I highly recommend this show to anyone coming to Phuket! The story, costumes, music, and sound all came together perfectly! Before the show, you can stroll through a wonderful traditional village, take plenty of photo opportunities, and then watch the pre-show outside. The show itself lasts 120 minutes. It's quite cool inside because of the air conditioning, so it's best to wear something warm. We booked the silver without food or transfers, and we had a great view of everything and everything going on.
