Alice was a great tour guide! She was attentive to our requests and brought us to the places we wanted to visit. The arrangements were well-planned and suitable for our group of elderly family members and young children. We had a wonderful and enjoyable trip. Highly recommended!

The park is huge. We arrived at opening, queued at the turnstile, and then spent an hour wandering around the park looking for animals—the only ones we saw were elephants and giraffes. Then we went to the show, a mini arena, and it was beautiful. Then all the animals were released, but they had to feed 30 of each. Bus rentals start at 100. We bought a bus to the predators with feeding time, but the bus only stopped for a second. It was impossible to sit and watch the animals. Many were hidden in the shade, sleeping, and those who were walking didn't even get a good look. Only the guide fed the animals. We covered the entire route in 15-20 minutes—a terrible bus tour in a cage.

Nicole was an amazing guide! We were only in Hangzhou for 2 days so we wanted to make the best of our trip by booking 1 day tour with a local English speaking guide. We wasted no time as she took care of all the transportation (picked us up from our hotel) and took us to all the spots the city was known for around the west lake. Because of her, we were also able to bypass the line for the boat cruise and she took us to hidden gems of the city, avoiding some of the crowded touristy areas. She was very knowledgeable as well, explaining to us the history of these landmarks and the architectural details of the gardens. My favourite moment was picking green tea leaves up in the mountains! Highly recommend booking this one with Nicole!

Because I was traveling from Wenzhou to Hangzhou with colleagues to catch a flight, I booked this one-day tour around West Lake two days in advance, taking advantage of a spare moment. Overall, it was a very good experience. Due to the bad weather in Hangzhou and occasional heavy rain, coupled with a large number of tourists, the tour guide adjusted the itinerary based on the weather and traffic conditions. At the last stop, the rain became so heavy that we had to ask the tour guide to cancel the tour and go back to the hotel to rest! The entire experience was excellent. From the initial contact with Mr. Jacky from China Memory Trip International Travel Agency (the supplier on Trip.com), who confirmed our desired itinerary and discussed alternatives, making us feel valued, to the excellent vehicle arrangement and driver, and the attentive tour guide Miss Si who provided continuous explanations and made thoughtful arrangements throughout the trip, this was a highly recommended experience!
