The service was excellent. They picked us up from the pier, helped with our luggage, booked our hotel, and the food was very special. They even bought us food, played with the kids, and took photos for us while we were snorkeling.

It was spectacular. The guides were very professional and led us through the activities, allowing us to see turtles, coral, and many fish. The equipment provided was top-notch. The boat was excellent, and they filmed us with a state-of-the-art camera, giving us some exceptional videos.

Everything was excellent, and the service lived up to the promise. Booking was easy, and we were taken to the company office by transfer. They gave us a paper ticket (we paid the 30,000-rupee port fee on site), and we walked to the pier (about 200-300 meters). The ship is comfortable, water is free, there's a restroom, and the lower decks are air-conditioned (it was even cool). You can ride on the upper deck, but it's scorching hot, and you could easily get burned.

The van collection was on time at our hotel, comfortable and the driver was lovely. Upon arriving for the boat, the driver helped with our bags and ticket collection. When we got to the boat, staff helped with our bag, the boat had plenty of space and was a smooth trip. A faultless journey and great for the cost!


