We had a really lovely afternoon, our chef/teacher Luciana and her husband were both so kind and the food was delicious! We expected to learn a bit more about the local cooking process and area but our hosts spoke only basic English so I think we missed out on a lot of that. We still had a great evening but I would not say this activity is provided in English and cooking wise you only really make the pasta - all the other dishes are made in advance and served to you.

I spent 10 days in Italy, and the internet speed was smooth and the price was reasonable. Outside the city, the connection was intermittent but quickly reconnected. I mostly uploaded photos to the cloud, using about 15GB in 10 days. Since I was on a tour, I spent most of my time visiting museums and following the itinerary, so I didn't have time to use my phone. Overall, I found it useful. (Be careful of pickpockets in Milan, Rome, and Florence).
