Our guide, Andy, was incredibly kind. Whenever it rained suddenly, he would go around looking for all the scattered tour guests to hand out umbrellas. Although the weather was a bit disappointing, the guide's kindness made up for everything, making it a truly memorable trip.

All the attractions were absolutely beautiful! The itinerary was very well-organized; I don't know how much time it would have taken me to go on my own. A solo trip to Hokkaido can be absolutely amazing! This "Sapporo Shiroi Koibito + Otaru + Mipai Snow Park" tour, booked just for one person, was heavenly! ✅ Shiroi Koibito Park: The chocolate factory is like a fairytale castle. Stroll through the exhibits while enjoying the sweet aroma of cocoa, and you can even DIY your own chocolate 🍫. Perfect for making souvenirs – so impressive! ✅ Otaru Canal: The canal is covered in snow in winter, complete with retro gas lamps – so romantic you'd want to film a K-drama! ❄️ The glass shops and music box shops along the street are fantastic; even the little trinkets you pick up are incredibly exquisite. ✅ Mipai Snow Park: Kids from the south went wild! Sleds, ice slides, snowmobiles… so many activities you wouldn't want to leave. Hokkaido is truly beautiful! It was a very enjoyable trip. The tour guide was professional and easy-going, and the itinerary was well-planned. I especially loved Farm Tomita and the flower fields of Shikisai-no-oka. Farm Tomita sells souvenirs, which was perfect for someone like me who loves lavender! I would definitely consider this travel agency again; the staff were very friendly, and the itinerary was excellent. Thumbs up!

The tour bus arrived punctually at the meet-up point. Our English-speaking guide, Mr Baku Osawa was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Another Korean guide was excellent too. A list of recommendations were given for lunch and dinner. The bus was comfortable and driven at very reasonable speed, thanks to the excellent driver.
