Harimoto is the driver and guide of the day. She is very knowledgeable and has a very good driving skills. She speaks 3 languages and very kind. I really enjoy the whole trip, can’t wait to be back!

All the attractions were absolutely beautiful! The itinerary was very well-organized; I don't know how much time it would have taken me to go on my own. Our tour guide, Ms. Liu Sheng, provided detailed and patient explanations throughout the day trip, sharing a wealth of historical, geographical, and cultural knowledge, which was a pleasant surprise and added a lot of enjoyment to the journey. I've been on several tours in Sapporo, but personally, the Lake Toya tour was the best. It wasn't a crowded tour spot; it was peaceful, the natural scenery was beautiful, and being able to quietly wander around local cafes and restaurants was truly healing. Next time, I'd love to take my parents and do the Biei tour one day and the Lake Toya tour the next. Haha. The guide took great photos at every spot, so I got lots of pretty shots and made wonderful memories. Thank you!
