The itinerary was well-planned, and our tour guide, Li Jing, was a fun-loving woman from Northeast China. She was humorous, organized the group effectively, and even proactively helped families take photos. The small group of 20 people was also very punctual. Overall, it was a very cost-effective group tour.

I highly recommend this Beppu-Yufuin day trip! The entire experience was perfect, and a special thank you to our guide, Daisy! She was professional and thoughtful, the itinerary was well-planned and not rushed, and ample time was allocated for sightseeing and taking photos at each attraction. She also thoughtfully recommended local delicacies and offered tips on avoiding tourist pitfalls. She patiently answered all my questions, and the pace of the trip was relaxed and comfortable, allowing me to easily visit two of Kyushu's most popular destinations. It was an incredibly therapeutic and perfect trip, excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this company again next time I'm in Kyushu!

It would be better to ride this train in season for a more intense experience. I left a bit early for the journey, as nature was just beginning to come alive. Overall, I enjoyed the trip.

There was a guide, a manager, and one other person. All three of them were incredibly kind. They took photos for us frequently, and they were great at it. Thank you especially for the great information on local restaurants and what to buy at rest stops. My 6th-grade daughter, who came with me, kept checking to make sure I left a review, haha. Thank you. Thanks to you, I was able to travel comfortably and efficiently around Yufuin via bus tour—something I had given up on last year because it was too far when I went to Fukuoka.
