There are countless caves filled with Buddha statues, but the highlight is undoubtedly the enormous Buddha in the central area.Beyond the grottoes, you can explore the mountain, visit a temple and wander through a beautiful garden.If you get hungry or want to buy souvenirs, there’s also a charming street designed to look like an ancient village, with plenty of shops and food options.It’s only about a 30-minute Didi ride from the city, making it an easy trip.An unforgettable place and a must-see when visiting Luoyang!

If you take the cable car from Shaolin Temple, you can only see Shuce Cliff, Yixiantian (a narrow gorge), and Sanhuangzhai. Then, get off at Hero's Slope, take the scenic shuttle bus to the Sanhuangzhai distribution point, and then take a taxi to your desired destination. Otherwise, you can't turn back without retracing your steps.
