The ticket check was smooth, and the performance was attentive, providing an immersive palace banquet experience. The food was impeccably prepared, and every dish was delicious and fragrant. By the second to third bite, we were so full we couldn't eat anymore. Our child, who is usually very picky, ate every dish carefully. She was most excited about the desserts shaped like her best friend's. We were so glad we booked in advance; the trip to Luoyang was definitely worthwhile!

The booking process was easy, our group of 4 was upgraded to a private car. Mr. Tian, our driver, was exceptional. He communicated with us via WeChat before the trip, arrived at our hotel half an hour early and waited for us. He was courteous, helpful with our questions, picked us up on foot to take us to parking lot so we didn’t have to look for him (like other tour drivers). Made our experience stress free. He even bought us some delicious local fruits to try. He dropped us off a Wanda Mall (2km from our hotel) after we asked him about it, so we could go for the remainder of our evening. The car felt new and clean, he made sure the temperature was to our comfort and adjusted when we said the AC can be turned down. Overall a very enjoyable day.
