[Highly Recommended] My 9-Year-Old Daughter's First Experience at Universal Studios Beijing! Harry Potter Fans Will Go Crazy! ✨ This was my daughter's (third grade) first trip to Universal Studios Beijing, and she was beaming with joy all day long! As a die-hard Harry Potter fan, the moment she stepped into "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter" and saw the snow-covered Hogwarts Castle, she screamed with excitement!
We rushed to queue for "Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey," and the naked-eye 3D effects were absolutely stunning. My daughter held my hand the whole time, shouting, "Mommy, I'm really flying!" Afterwards, we bought an interactive wand and waved it around the park, lighting up the display cases. She said she finally became a real wizard!
Besides the Wizarding World, there were many other fun experiences for a 9-year-old in the park. "Transformers: Battle for the AllSpark" had just the right amount of thrill with its high-altitude descent, which my daughter exclaimed was so cool; the indoor area of "Kung Fu Panda" was cool and photogenic, and the water ride was also super fun with lots of splashing water. We spent the whole day doing several experiences, culminating in a perfect ending with a dazzling castle light show. Back at the hotel, my daughter was still clutching her magic wand, saying it was her best travel memory ever. I highly recommend it to parents traveling with elementary school children!
