The hotel has a great location, from to walk to the centre. Breakfast very good. Well, very good reception service. But a detail left to desire, the game area! Yes, at 1:30 a group decided to stay playing and no one respected who was next to want to sleep, and so they continued to make noise, I acted the reception to take the provision. But I believe that the place for games must be far from the rooms and have a little more rules with the schedules, because sometimes we just want to rest.

The hotel: it is a fun, well new and with a good structure! Good swimming pool, but very small, for the amount of rooms! The night was almost always stuck. In the afternoon they leave a cafe with cake in the corridor that I found very good. Room: We stay in the room for 6 people and find it tight, little space to leave the bags. We miss a support to hang towels and clothes Leagues: couple bed is excellent, belts are good but bedrooms are more suitable for children, heavy adults gets a little uncomfortable Breakfast: excellent Location: 600 metres from the main street and the streets are very dark at night, but if you don't have a car, you can walk quietly.

Bom hotel, limpeza, localização, organização, porém, atendimento péssimo, na hora de realizar o check-in, o atendente, em vez de dar entrada, logo, nos, hóspedes, enquanto atendia, ficava conversando no WhatsApp, resolvendo problemas do hotel, com isso demorou mais para entrarmos e enfileirado hóspedes na recepção. Não ia falar nada, mas agora na cozinha, estávamos tomando café, e de repente, uma funcionária da cozinha, entra, fala que já encerraram. Todo mundo achou que já tinha que sair e nem terminar de comer, com isso minha esposa precisou ir ao banheiro levar a minha filha, quando voltaram a porta estava trancada, quando um outro hóspede que estava lá saiu e abriu a porta minha filha entrou, e a mesma funcionária fechou novamente a porta e minha esposa não conseguiu entrar, foi quando eu tive que abrir a porta, pra ela entrar, e os funcionários nos olhando de cara feia. Não somos de reclamar, mas de verdade, nunca vi atendimento assim. Tratar hóspedes assim. Deu horário, tudo bem, só esperar o pessoal terminar de comer. Clima ficou bem desagradável lá.
