Pros- * Location is great. Nearby to attractions, train stations etc * Staffs are so good. Great customer service * Breakfast Buffet was excellent with wide varieties Cons- * Don’t look like a 3star hotel. The building needs serious Improvements on second floor. * Don’t take the lift. Got stuck in lift for 6 mins. Thankfully the lovely receptionist lady helped us. She was so good. Thank you * Room heater deserves zero star. Please replace the heaters. * Room attached toilets don’t have a working exhaust fan. Hotel have the potential to be 5/5 if these improvements are done. Great thanks to the lovely hotel reception staffs.

Receptionist was friendly, patient and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located. Room was small, light bulb spoiled in the other part of the room and wasn't replaced. Coffee and tea bags provided. Bathroom was very small. Lift was very old and small. Can only fit 1 pax and a luggage each time. No frills hotel. Enjoyed the proximity to the train station, old town and the lake.

Hotel location is unbeatable as it is right opposite the train station. Supermarket and restaurants all within 100m. The old town is also 5mins away. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast is acceptable.

Went there with my parents. The location is great. The hotel is very old and the room looks just okay. The pillow is very low and not confortable. Breakfast is good.

Our room was quiet at night even though it was facing road and Mt Pilatus. The hotel has a very good sound proof windows installed. Hotel was near a bus stop and journey to main train station was about 20 mins.

Centrally located in a quiet street in the city centre near the main train station ; stylish renovation of the hotel and functional kitchenette in the room I stayed (can you imagine there is a dish washer in the room ?😂and every day the housekeeper used it for our dirty dishes); laundry room on the first room and cozy cafe on the ground floor; reasonable price considering a Swiss standard; overall, excellent (input the confirmation number from trip.com and your name when you need to do the self check in at the entrance indoors; the door is closed and looks locked but actually you can open it 😂) ; will book it again when coming here in Luzern again ) 👍

This is at most a hotel in China. Even though Switzerland has high consumption, with a room rate of more than 2,100 per night, this is also the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The toilet has a strong smell and the room is small. Two days is my limit. The distance from the central scenic area is far in a city of this size. The restaurants on the road next to it are all under construction. Fortunately, there is air conditioning. Anyway, the toilet door cannot be opened. The smell of a special country is unbearable. The breakfast is okay. There is rice, which is a highlight.

Very nice stay in the absolute best location. Only complaint was that room hadn’t been cleaned at all prior to our self check in. Assumed that cleaners were running late but when we returned at 6pm the room still had dirty sheets on the bed and wet towels on the floor in the bathroom etc However the problem was very quickly resolved by calling the owner.

A strange thing happened in the early morning. Around 5:40, when we were still sleeping, the doorbell suddenly rang, waking us up. How could someone ring the doorbell so early in the morning? The bell rang for a while and then stopped. Just as we were about to fall asleep, the doorbell rang again. It lasted for a while and then stopped. This time we were completely woken up and felt a little panicked. After all, we were abroad. When the doorbell rang for the third time, we went to the door to see what was going on. As soon as we walked to the door, we heard the sound of someone rushing downstairs in the corridor. Looking out through the peephole, the lights in the corridor were still on and no one was there. There couldn't be a thief. We suddenly lost all sleep and immediately contacted the landlord on WHATSAPP. There was no reply, so we contacted Ctrip customer service. It was not until 19:57 local time that Ctrip customer service contacted the landlord and told us that the hotel's reply was that because the apartment is located in a public area, it cannot control who rings the doorbell. The doorbell was indeed installed in the hallway. The name of the apartment was clearly written on the bottom of the doorbell. There should be no possibility of pressing the wrong button. Moreover, the doorbell should be set up with a doorbell shut-off function like a hotel, otherwise it will seriously affect the normal rest of the guests and make people doubt the safety. What is worthy of praise is Ctrip's customer service, quick follow-up and responsible attitude. The apartment is about 15 minutes' walk from the train station and about 5 minutes from the old town. The apartment is located next to a small street, and there are no people on the street at night. There is a double bed and a sofa in the apartment. The double bed is not big, and there is something wrong with the spring. It creaks when it moves. The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, and induction cooker. The hand-held shower head and rod are broken, so it can only be held by hand, which is very inconvenient.

Not much to complain about for the price. Basic hotel with the necessities and a fan for the summer heat (though you might need to get kettle from the reception, it's not in the room by default). Breakfast spread was decent, and supermarket is nearby. Self check-in was easy and you will pay the hotel tax whilst checking in. I even managed to check-in earlier as the room was already available in the system (a few luggage lockers are also available right beside the check-in system, if you need).

Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

The breakfast provided was good with many choices. The bed mattress is good and comfortable except that the pillow is a bit small in size and thin. The hotel location was walkable to Kriens train station, need to cross a roundabout. The plus point is there is a bus stop located near to hotel, which takes you to Pilatus cable car station. However, you still need a 10 mins walk uphill after alighting from bus-stop to the Pilatus cable car station. Hotel also provides a traveller card for guest during your stay, free bus and train service in Lucerne.

It is near the top of the mountain, the scenery is invincible, suitable for friends, family, wedding vacation, food is very good, is the first choice for self-driving, the photo of the lawn side of the building is
