Its prime location turned out to be a significant advantage during my trip, saving me considerable time on commuting and allowing me to explore the city effortlessly. Room is a bit old but acceptable. But in the rooms there's this door which links with the next room, which definitely doesn't have the best soundproof in the world.

Lovely room and did everything it needed to. I had difficulty using the card to get into the room because I don’t think it was working (it could’ve also been me being stupid tho haha) but I asked reception and he was happy to come and help. Location isn’t great but they don’t have control over that. Otherwise great room and definitely recommend.

Great location, lovely clean and friendly hotel with comfortable beds which enable a nice sleep after a long day. The breakfast selection is very good 10/10!

The hotel is located in the northern part of Cambridge, about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The facilities appear well-maintained, and the interior decoration is charming, particularly in the restaurant. However, the noise insulation is poor, and you can clearly hear footsteps and conversations in the hallway. It's unfortunate if you happen to encounter loud or inconsiderate guests, as the noise can be quite disruptive, especially late at night. If that happens, do call the front desk and they will try to intervene - but still, whether it will work highly depends on the behaviour of those guests.

Stayed here for a wedding and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, ensuring that our check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The free WiFi was fast and reliable, and the free parking made our stay even more convenient. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Considering the service and amenities offered, the hotel provides great value for money. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone attending an event or just looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Useful and clean stop off on a long journey on the A1. Lots of food options next door in the services. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. My room was on the ground floor and I was worried about the traffic noise being so close to the A1M but I didn’t hear anything.

The hotel is located in a garden, the room is clean and tidy, the two gentlemen and one lady at the front desk are very enthusiastic, the dinner we bought outside was microwaved in the restaurant of the Regent Hotel, and the front desk also took good care of us. The breakfast of the hotel is also very good. We have to thank Ctrip for staying in this hotel. We booked a hotel before, but we still couldn't check in after paying. Ctrip helped us find this Regent Hotel for free, and the check-in procedure went smoothly, which was much better than the hotel we booked before. Thanks to Ctrip again. 🙏🙏

The location is convenient. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to get out of the city center. The front desk staff has very good service and explains carefully. The room is clean and comfortable with enough space Cambridge is an economical and comfortable choice

Very cozy townhouse converted into a hotel, the room is not big but very comfortable, breakfast is also good. The shower is the kind of ”hot fast” water flow is a bit small.

Staff were very helpful on multiple occasions. First, we had to change our booking owing to the heatwave, and while Booking.com failed us in this regard, a quick phone call to Alex, the receptionist, got us all sorted. Secondly, the staff were very generous with provided fans, offering as many as we'd like, and thirdly when we had to use ”Send my Bag.com” to get some suitcases back home, they handled everything on their end perfectly and without charge. The hotel itself has some nice old interior decor, and the continental breakfast was very generous. Location was also a big plus, as it is difficult to find anywhere closer to the old university town. One small gripe would be that the en suite had a few minor spots missed in its cleaning, though the room itself was spotless.

The hotel is a very beautiful manor in the suburbs about 10km from Cambridge. There should be cows and sheep on the grassland in summer. I was attracted by other people's beautiful pictures when I made the reservation. After I checked in, I found it was really good, but I had to drive by myself and check in for free. The room was remodeled from the original dormitory, not quite but adequate, no air conditioning, slightly colder, breakfast quality is good, the environment is first-rate, it is recommended

We stayed here 2 nights from the 29th October. Everything about this place was very good. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was ver y clean and comfortable good nights sleep. The breakfast was really good with enough choice. If you wanted you could take good away little Brown bags provided. Even at evening time girl at reception told me to help myself to an not chocolate from the machine which was really good. We certainly would stay at any Holiday Inn express again. Thank you it was a lovely birthday stay .G

It’s about 10 min walk from the train station. The front desk gentleman was very welcoming and helpful. I arrived around noon time before the official check in and he offered an early check in with no hassle

Likes: The price was eye catching. Location was around 20 minutes walk from the rail and bus station. 10-15 minutes walk to the main shopping area, restaurants, cathedral. Quiet location especially as my room faced the back of the hotel. No noise from other rooms on the floor. Room had basic tea / coffee making facilities. Not used, but there wa a microwave, plate / bowl, glass and cutlery for basic self catering in the room. WiFi worked well. Breakfast served from 05:00 - yes, that early! until 09:00 on a Sunday morning so presumably same for all other days. Was good size portion for the cooked breakfast. Cereals, toast, tea / coffee plus orange juice. Dislikes: · Whilst the room was low cost and for that the quality of the rooms, furnishing and bathroom was not exactly good. In need of redecoration, bathroom was in poor condition. Not particularly clean. The fridge in the room was running just to keep 6 x milk sticks for coffee / tea cold. I had to switch it off as it was very noisy when running.

Very friendly host that lives in , room had enough space with plenty of wardrobe space, best is probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in my life . Very laid back and easy to access with key lock if host not in . Location is easy enough once you found it first time Easy stay no hassle :)
