The Humble Administrator's Garden is beautiful, but it's incredibly crowded! Even on a weekend during the off-season, it's still packed! I strongly recommend visiting on weekdays, otherwise, you'll miss out on all the beauty just by following the crowds!

Niushou Mountain is located on Ningdan Avenue, Jiangning District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. It can be visited by tour group, by car, or by public transport, though it's a bit far and taxis are generally hard to find in the morning. However, it's still well worth the visit. I entered and exited from the west gate. The park is large. You can take the park bus directly from the entrance; the fare is 10 yuan. There's a short climb up some steps, but most areas have escalators, so it's not too strenuous. Inside the core Buddha Palace, the skull relic of Shakyamuni Buddha is enshrined on a lotus throne. The shimmering light and shadow create a solemn atmosphere, drawing worshippers and tourists alike to stand in quiet contemplation, feeling the solemn blessing of a thousand years of Buddhist teachings. Outside the palace, verdant peaks rise and fall, with peach blossoms covering the slopes in spring and red maples painting the valleys in autumn. Winding mountain paths meander through the landscape, occasionally accompanied by the babbling of streams. From the top, you can even catch a glimpse of the hazy outline of Nanjing city. The natural beauty and cultural treasures blend together here. Whether you are worshipping Buddha and praying for blessings or exploring secluded spots, you will be immersed in a double shock to your soul and eyes. It is indeed a Zen paradise worth making a special trip for.

Slender West Lake truly lives up to its reputation as Yangzhou's landmark and the city's largest park. Autumn is the off-season, but it's still beautiful. There are chrysanthemum exhibitions, maple leaves, and ginkgo trees. Yangzhou must be even more beautiful in March. I heard that prices in autumn are half the price of spring prices. If you don't want to walk but still want to explore the entire Slender West Lake, you can take an electric cart, except for the area around the South Gate. It costs 20 yuan one way and 40 yuan round trip. Around the South Gate area, there are boat tours; if you want to experience the charm of Jiangnan, you can take a boat tour of Slender West Lake.

Strolling hand-in-hand with your loved one at Hanshan Temple, the ancient temple is tucked away in the bustling city yet remains tranquil and serene. Red walls and black tiles reflect a Zen-like atmosphere, and the poetic imagery of "A Night Mooring by Maple Bridge" permeates the entire journey. Together, we strike the prayer bell, admire the calligraphy inscriptions, and feel the romance of fishing lights on the river flowing through our hearts. It is an unforgettable journey that combines cultural heritage with the warmth of our love.

We went after the Spring Festival holiday, and the queues were still long, but much less crowded than during the holiday. The kids wanted to see the red-billed gulls, and after seeing the free ones, they wanted to go to Yuantouzhu (Yuantouzhu Scenic Area), which was spectacular, especially on the way back with the sunset – absolutely stunning. The island itself is also beautiful, with plenty of food and activities, but it was too cold in winter; it's much more beautiful during cherry blossom season. There's a parking lot at the entrance. The day before, because of the holiday, the queues were too long, so we decided against it. The next day, there were fewer cars, so we could drive in ourselves, which was very convenient.

Some interesting attractions were cancelled, as were the nighttime attractions; the park closes at 5 PM, and this wasn't mentioned when purchasing tickets. The rides are just so-so, typical of all theme parks, nothing special. I won't be coming back.

Tiger Hill in Suzhou, hailed as "the First Mountain of Wu," is a landmark historical site in Suzhou. It is not only the resting place of King Helü of Wu during the Spring and Autumn Period, but also embodies 2,500 years of Jiangnan cultural heritage and legends. Upon entering Tiger Hill, the most striking feature is the majestic, leaning Yunyan Temple Pagoda, a thousand-year-old pagoda that has become a symbol of the ancient city of Suzhou. The Sword Pool, deep and emerald green, is said to be where Helü buried his sword, and the cliff carvings bear witness to the footsteps of scholars and poets throughout history. Strolling along the mountain path, one encounters historical sites such as the Sword Testing Stone, the Tomb of Zhenniang, and the Thousand-Man Stone, each with its own story. Su Shi's lament, "To visit Suzhou without seeing Tiger Hill is a great regret," still resonates. Tiger Hill is not just a mountain, but also an open-air museum of Wu culture. Spring flower festivals and autumn temple fairs infuse the tranquil landscape with a vibrant, bustling atmosphere. Here, the beauty of nature and the charm of culture blend perfectly. Strolling through the area, one can almost hear the echoes of history and feel the unique, refined, elegant, and profound character of Suzhou.

Visiting the Lingering Garden in Suzhou at this time of year coincided with the blooming of ginkgo trees and the vibrant color of maple leaves. The Lingering Garden is already a quintessential example of Suzhou gardens, possessing a unique charm characteristic of Jiangnan gardens. The scenery was even more beautiful when visiting during this season, making for a very enjoyable trip.
