"We contacted the hotel to arrange for pickup at the pier. The hotel staff was already waiting at the drop-off point and helped with the transportation to the room, which was located on the edge of the cliff and required climbing up and down a flight of stairs. The hotel is right in the center of Oia, and it is very convenient to go to various check-in spots. The breakfast was delivered a little late, it seemed to be a takeaway from nearby, and not very rich. There is a heated massage bathtub in the room, which is very private and enjoyable. When checking out, the staff arrived on time to help move the luggage to the street. If I find a good price, I would recommend it."

"This is a very friendly staff. It is a bit opposite to the cliff village of Imale, but you can enjoy the atmosphere of a quieter and secluded village. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, the hostel is also very clean and beautiful, especially in the pool, you can take a lot of nice photos. "

"The location was superb, and the clean room made for a wonderful stay. During the day, we enjoyed the beautiful harbor; in the evening, a magnificent sunset; and at night, a fantastic night view – it was almost a shame to leave the hotel. The path to the hotel was crowded with tourists, bumpy, and involved descending steep stairs, so I think porter service is essential for anyone with large luggage such as suitcases. Thank you."

"White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!"

"Since it was before the main tourist season, there was only one other guest, and they treated us with incredible kindness. The hotel is located at the entrance to Oia, so it takes about a 5-minute walk to reach the main area with the white houses. However, this actually added to the charming, rustic atmosphere, which I really enjoyed."

"Everything was perfect. The hotel not only directly faces the famous Oia sunset, but the rooms are also stylish, comfortable, and luxurious. The hotel provides welcome wine and fruit, and the staff are always attentive to your needs. The breakfast was exceptionally good; enjoying it with the sea view was incredibly relaxing. I spent a relaxing two days and one night here. Remember to ask the hotel for help with your luggage upon arrival and departure, as there's a short walk of stone path and stairs from the driveway to the hotel reception."

"The location of this suite is very good for watching the sunset. Almost in the front row, there is no debris to block. The suite has several balconies and you can see the blue-top church. The landlord is very enthusiastic, arranged a pick-up and drop-off, the price is reasonable, and it is convenient to find the hotel location quickly. Toiletries and disposable slippers are provided. The landlord is very enthusiastic, and the travel and dining suggestions provided are also convenient for us, and the family is very satisfied. The wooden door is not very soundproof. The design of the Santorini rent vault roof also has a sound expansion effect, which is not particularly quiet. Some kitchen appliances are a bit old, it is recommended to repair them."
