My mother and her partner stayed in the villa from 17-20th Oct and this is their review Pros: 1) Spacious and comfortable pool villa with Jacuzzi tub! 2) Full kitchenette and fridge! 3) Nice small lap pool! 4) SMART TV in the living room 5) Friendly staff - our microwave wasn't working and they replaced it with a new one within 10mins! 6) Quiet location - there were noises at night but the room was soundproof once you close all the doors! All the glass doors to the pool had a net to it which was helpful in keeping bugs away! 7) Washing machine - we went to the beach thus our clothes were all sandy and wet and we were able to wash it thanks to the handy washing machine in the room next to the porch! Cons: 1) Location is slightly far from touristy attractions like Old Phuket Town etc. About 30-40mins grab ride 2) No landscapes/views All in all, my mom and her partner enjoyed their relaxing stay there! If you are conscious about yourself swimming in the common pool, I highly recommend getting this private pool villa to swim and enjoy yourself with a calm mind. Knowing that we hadn't eaten yet, the boss's wife asked the boss to drive us to the town personally, where there were delicious restaurants and 711. It only took more than ten minutes to walk there by myself, and it was very comfortable to walk at night😌 I like the kitchen and the big refrigerator. I can buy 711 drinks, fruits and ice cubes whenever I want. The water quality is excellent, and the boss has carefully filtered it. To be honest, the water output of five-star hotels in Patong is yellow, and the difference is obvious after comparison. MoMo really answers every question, super nice, and feels very safe in an unfamiliar environment. Living in the village, you can get a small motorcycle to drive and really start your 🔛 vacation. There are also two kittens in the yard. They won't bother people, but cat lovers can play with them as much as they want. The breakfast is freshly made by two Thai waiters, and it's delicious. Yes, the advantage of living in Rawai Lemon is that you can sleep well at night when you want to rest, because it is really tiring to go out to sea, and it is really noisy in Patong. The hotel is located very close to bang tao beach so if you are looking for a chilled out beach holiday this place will work. If your interested in the club and party scene it is some distance from Patong Beach and Bangla Road. The staff were good on the whole. However, it was not mentioned upon booking that a 3000 Baht deposit is required. This deposit needs to be in cash as paying by card I was told would take up to a month to return to my account. This wasn’t the end of the world but worth knowing. The villa is stunning. Spacious, modern and well equipped with a beautiful garden. I can’t recommend enough based on the villa itself. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday to recharge, definitely worth a visit!

Smaller cars can still drive, and basically go out by bolt, so be prepared to take a taxi back and forth. The hotel's free shuttle bus takes you to two nearby beaches. You must make an appointment in advance, at 9:30, 11:30 and 16:30. 4. Cleaning is done once on the fourth day, so be mentally prepared, and the water is changed on that day. 5. The deposit is 5000🐷, only cash is accepted. I stayed for five days and four nights, and the cleaning fee is 2500🐷, which can be paid later. The electricity bill can be saved (turn it off when you go out, and the room is slightly economical, a total of 2000🐷) 6. However, although three of the rooms I stayed in had windows, only one had a floor-to-ceiling window with a balcony, and the other two had small windows and were internal windows, which were equivalent to darkrooms, so I had prepared for it.

I love the concept of the villa and the interior design of the villa is nice. Booked the villa for the reason it has a private pool. I used it once and body became very itchy after that. And then i realised there is actualy alot of insects near the pool and after it rains, the insects all end up dead in the pool. I didnt want to use it after that and end up only use it once for a few minutes. Maybe suggestion for villa to frequently clean the pool. Other than that all good.

Located in the southern part of Phuket, this villa is the sister hotel that belongs to the Stay Wellbeing and Lifestyle Resort. Service is flawless and villa clean and well maintained. We tried breakfast and dinner at Fresca and both are surprisingly very good. Strongly recommend to young people who enjoy fitness and massage/spa. Since the hotel and villa are quite isolated, self drive is necessary. Our family love and enjoyed staying here.

Came here for a company trip with a total of 14 people. Even the location is abit far from the main beaches and town areas, it suited our requirements and budget well. It was also a beautiful place, modern and well maintained. Staff were super friendly and food was really good. Overall it was an excellent stay and one that we would be happy to come back to again in the future!
