"Booked this place for the Hua Hua concert. It's super close to the Sports Center, just a 10-minute walk away. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and plenty of food options, so all your needs are covered. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but there are tons of shared bikes on the street, making getting around really easy. The customer service was excellent. When I couldn't find the front desk during check-in, I called them, and they patiently guided me. The deposit refund was also processed quickly. The apartment itself is fantastic – spacious and doesn't feel cramped. It has a large vanity mirror, a fridge, and even a mahjong table, so it's fully equipped. The hygiene was also quite good. What's even better is that the price didn't increase during New Year's Day. Overall, a perfect stay! I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back. Highly recommend!"

"The apartment is very well located and the price is good.
Owners are nice, and even if they don't speak English we can talk through a translation app. Communication was also fluid through WeChat and the translation tool.
The apartment it self was very clean when we arrived and the cleaning was done everything day.
The only pain point, that are not directly linked to the room, is that the corridor is often dirty (but that's because of the neighbors I guess) and the elevator takes a long time to come. It's a pretty old building...
But on the overall, it was quite nice so we extended our stay there! Thank you !"

The SergeyI think maybe for Chinese it's normal but definitely not for foreigners when the room smells like a toilet... Right after I checked in, I began cleaning the room and I noticed there's clearly someone's hair, longer than mine, everywhere. There are streaks and unwashed stains on the floor. It's clear the owner tries to add a lot of furniture and interior design, but I personally don't understand the purpose of these very small tables, how to sit at them, work at them, or eat at them. I think they're completely unnecessary, they're completely useless, but there are so many of them in China! that I don't understand why they're needed. There are also some small chairs that are either toys or for children. The windows clearly lack soundproofing, which isn't a good idea if they face a main road. But then again, windows like this are everywhere in China. Either they don't care, or they don't know how to repair or adjust them, as if you were living on the street. 😂☝️

The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

It was such a pleasant surprise to stay at the ”Linjiang Youxian” B&B by the Li River! You can see the beautiful view of the Li River by opening the window. Wake up to the sound of the river in the morning, and the atmosphere is immediately maximized. The location of the B&B is super convenient. The surrounding attractions can be reached on foot, and you can easily check in at Elephant Trunk Hill and Xingping Ancient Town. You can also cook delicious food with your children, which is a great experience! Breakfast is a highlight. The local specialty rice noodles are fresh and refreshing. It is a great pleasure to find such a warm and worry-free place to stay when traveling with children. I have to give it a five-star rating. I will stay here again next time I come to Guilin!

* The door is made of hollow metal. This amplifies the noise from outside instead of dampening it.
* The door locks should be oiled; they make an unnecessary amount of noise. Nobody likes being woken up by the neighbors.

Loved the place! We booked a room with no windows in tripp.com but looks like they upgraded us to a room with an amazing views to the hills!
The room was huge as the toilet. Everything super confortable.
The service was also amazing, the lady who received us was cleaning the rooms and she was really good at comunicating even dont speaking english.
We rented a electric bike for 30 yuan a day. The bike was really good even with umbrella for that rainy and sunny climate. The only advice on it is you can not drive too much in the zone since now it is not allowed for touists to cross the river in the ferry so you will be tied to the 7 km surrounding the city but it worth it to do a night visit in the bike to all places without any tourist.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent hygiene and great value for money. Hot water came out quickly in the bathroom. The front desk staff were very welcoming; I added them on WeChat, and they helped me resolve any issues promptly. The hotel has parking, making it convenient for those driving. The beach is right downstairs with stunning scenery, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset!
