The front desk staff proactively upgraded our rooms, and the conditions were really good, offering great value for money. I honestly think it was more comfortable than a typical three-star hotel. Most importantly, it was clean, the bedding was comfortable to sleep on, and the soundproofing was excellent. All the staff were proactive and enthusiastic – thumbs up! 👍 Downstairs, shopping is convenient, with all sorts of local famous dishes and snacks readily available, making it a lively area. There's a subway station nearby for transport, and if you don't feel like walking, an electric scooter is only 2 yuan, which is super convenient. If our next project is in this area, I'll definitely bring the team to stay here again. Honestly, it's highly recommended!"

"Environment: The room forgot to take pictures, because it is the loft remodeling the second floor, it is very short, the pressure is not breathable, the window is very small, and it will sleep.
If you come, remember not to live on the upper floor, the stairs are high and narrow, I have trouble taking a small suitcase.
Facilities: The water heater must go to the room to start hot. If it rains outside, it will take half an hour to wash the hot water in the middle of the night.

The SergeyI think maybe for Chinese it's normal but definitely not for foreigners when the room smells like a toilet... Right after I checked in, I began cleaning the room and I noticed there's clearly someone's hair, longer than mine, everywhere. There are streaks and unwashed stains on the floor. It's clear the owner tries to add a lot of furniture and interior design, but I personally don't understand the purpose of these very small tables, how to sit at them, work at them, or eat at them. I think they're completely unnecessary, they're completely useless, but there are so many of them in China! that I don't understand why they're needed. There are also some small chairs that are either toys or for children. The windows clearly lack soundproofing, which isn't a good idea if they face a main road. But then again, windows like this are everywhere in China. Either they don't care, or they don't know how to repair or adjust them, as if you were living on the street. 😂☝️

The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

It was such a pleasant surprise to stay at the ”Linjiang Youxian” B&B by the Li River! You can see the beautiful view of the Li River by opening the window. Wake up to the sound of the river in the morning, and the atmosphere is immediately maximized. The location of the B&B is super convenient. The surrounding attractions can be reached on foot, and you can easily check in at Elephant Trunk Hill and Xingping Ancient Town. You can also cook delicious food with your children, which is a great experience! Breakfast is a highlight. The local specialty rice noodles are fresh and refreshing. It is a great pleasure to find such a warm and worry-free place to stay when traveling with children. I have to give it a five-star rating. I will stay here again next time I come to Guilin!

Being on a high floor, you can see a great view through the window, which really lifts your spirits. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and I always have a comfortable stay and sleep soundly. This is my second time here. I originally booked a twin room, but the owner upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite for free! The view was incredible; you could see the beach directly. It's also very close to the mangroves, which was perfect for tide pooling. My kids had a blast!

Loved the place! We booked a room with no windows in tripp.com but looks like they upgraded us to a room with an amazing views to the hills!
The room was huge as the toilet. Everything super confortable.
The service was also amazing, the lady who received us was cleaning the rooms and she was really good at comunicating even dont speaking english.
We rented a electric bike for 30 yuan a day. The bike was really good even with umbrella for that rainy and sunny climate. The only advice on it is you can not drive too much in the zone since now it is not allowed for touists to cross the river in the ferry so you will be tied to the 7 km surrounding the city but it worth it to do a night visit in the bike to all places without any tourist.
