"Environment: The room forgot to take pictures, because it is the loft remodeling the second floor, it is very short, the pressure is not breathable, the window is very small, and it will sleep.

"The apartment is very well located and the price is good.
Owners are nice, and even if they don't speak English we can talk through a translation app. Communication was also fluid through WeChat and the translation tool.
The apartment it self was very clean when we arrived and the cleaning was done everything day.
The only pain point, that are not directly linked to the room, is that the corridor is often dirty (but that's because of the neighbors I guess) and the elevator takes a long time to come. It's a pretty old building...
But on the overall, it was quite nice so we extended our stay there! Thank you !"

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The price was excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious with a private balcony, perfect for dining or simply enjoying the view.
The room amenities were comprehensive and brand new – it came with a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator. The TV was large and supported screen mirroring. There was plenty of closet space, and the balcony even had a drying area, so laundry was never an issue.
What really stood out was the squat toilet in the bathroom. This was a huge plus for me, as it eliminated any hygiene concerns I might have with public toilets and was very thoughtful for someone like me who isn't used to Western-style commodes.
The hotel's location is also superb, very close to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying; I even wished I could have stayed longer! I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

TThe SergeyI think maybe for Chinese it's normal but definitely not for foreigners when the room smells like a toilet... Right after I checked in, I began cleaning the room and I noticed there's clearly someone's hair, longer than mine, everywhere. There are streaks and unwashed stains on the floor. It's clear the owner tries to add a lot of furniture and interior design, but I personally don't understand the purpose of these very small tables, how to sit at them, work at them, or eat at them. I think they're completely unnecessary, they're completely useless, but there are so many of them in China! that I don't understand why they're needed. There are also some small chairs that are either toys or for children. The windows clearly lack soundproofing, which isn't a good idea if they face a main road. But then again, windows like this are everywhere in China. Either they don't care, or they don't know how to repair or adjust them, as if you were living on the street. 😂☝️

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

MMooMooooWhat can I say.... AMAZING!! We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed both nights!! From when we first check in, the lady who checked us in, helped us with our suitcase and they are big one too! (note there is no elevator). To the lady that work at night and cook our yummy breakfast in the morning, thank you! We are both vegetarian, so she was always checking to make sure we can eat it. She was super friendly, talk to us and tell us what is nice to explore/play, and make sure we have enough food to eat! On the last day when we have to check out early as we have to catch the Li River Cruise, she make sure we have food to eat and that we can bring on the boat to eat as well. She was very thoughtful!
The location is over the bridge about a 10 mins walk to ZhengYang Pedestrian Street. I prefer here as it more quieter rather than on the main street. Furthermore, it not that far, with only a 10 mins walk along the river and you will reach most places.
I also loved the decor in the hotel as well, it has everything you need. They provided free snack, and we did try some too!! Good to try local snacks which we did end up buying when we saw it lol. You could also go up to the roof top, which will provide a 360 view, especially the view looking out to the Li River on a nice fine day is so worth it!
Lastly, my mum left some of her belonging in the hotel and forgot to pack when we check out. They courier this to our next hotel in Yangshou, which is very thoughtful of them. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay here.

The room was huge as the toilet. Everything super confortable.
The service was also amazing, the lady who received us was cleaning the rooms and she was really good at comunicating even dont speaking english.
We rented a electric bike for 30 yuan a day. The bike was really good even with umbrella for that rainy and sunny climate. The only advice on it is you can not drive too much in the zone since now it is not allowed for touists to cross the river in the ferry so you will be tied to the 7 km surrounding the city but it worth it to do a night visit in the bike to all places without any tourist.

GGuest UserBooked this place for the Hua Hua concert. It's super close to the Sports Center, just a 10-minute walk away. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and plenty of food options, so all your needs are covered. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but there are tons of shared bikes on the street, making getting around really easy. The customer service was excellent. When I couldn't find the front desk during check-in, I called them, and they patiently guided me. The deposit refund was also processed quickly. The apartment itself is fantastic – spacious and doesn't feel cramped. It has a large vanity mirror, a fridge, and even a mahjong table, so it's fully equipped. The hygiene was also quite good. What's even better is that the price didn't increase during New Year's Day. Overall, a perfect stay! I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserIn the off-season, it is highly recommended to book a 270° sea view room. The super wide view of the sea view brings a completely value-for-money enjoyment. Even the puppy is also in love with the scenery by the window. It is also very convenient to play on the beach downstairs. The surrounding seafood stalls taste very good. It is a vacation that exceeds expectations in all aspects.
