Perfect location - a short walk to both restaurants and the beach. So good to have such a spacious apartment with all the little amenities of a hotel room. Daily cleaning was provided at our convenience, and the washing machine made life easy. The only thing that could improve it is a microwave. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Sanya.

Excellent apartments on the territory of the Baohong hotel, 7 minutes from the sea, surrounded by dozens of shops, cafes and markets. We lived on the 3rd and 13th floors in the most affordable rooms. Both options are spacious (stated as 110 sq.m.) apartments with two bedrooms and bathrooms, well equipped - slippers, towels + beach, inflatable tubes, children's toys, washing, cleaning, laundry, hygiene products (disposable sets with a toothbrush and paste, cotton swabs, mosquito repellents with a fumigator); pots, pans, dishes, a multicooker, a kettle, a microwave - everything is there. Each room has central air conditioning, solid nets on the windows. The mattresses and pillows are thick, not sagging, the linen is clean, it is comfortable to sleep. There is a cooler with water in each room, changed upon request at any time. Finally, you don't have to drag yourself to the water machines or to the store for water. The water pressure and temperature are excellent. No noise from the neighbors, everything is quiet. The manager, who introduced himself as Mikhail for our convenience, speaks and understands Russian and is always in touch and immediately comes to you to solve any issues that arise It seems he never rests, you rarely meet such caring managers. Early check-in (5 hours before check-in) was provided free of charge, which saved us after a painfully long road, and late check-in (7 hours after check-out) was provided for half the cost of the room (~ 150 yuan). Very pleased. Out of 2 weeks of vacation, it rained for a week, and 3 pools on the hotel grounds saved the situation, the water is warm, the child swam every day for many hours, probably swallowed water and never got poisoned or felt unwell. The pool is looked after! There is also a simple stuffy gym for 10 yuan, a library and a couple of children's slides. Overall, the impressions are extremely positive - both the location, and the size of the room, and the staff, and the manager. The only drawbacks are superficial cleaning, it is better not to move the sofa, and a little wear and tear of the rooms, but all small and not annoying - somewhere the latch of the toilet door does not latch, somewhere the entrance lock does not open the first time. Overall, it is still better than expected and I recommend it for living!

The hotel provided all the promised. The sea view is OK but it feels quite expensive after all. For new travelers, avoid accepting the sea activities offered by the hotel itself. Price looks good but there're better options outside.

The check in desk was very helpful, and met me even though my flight was late and I arrived close to 2:30am. The room was clean and satisfactory. The bathroom was a bit smaller than the photos. But the view from the balcony was amazing (in the photo). It’s within walking distance to the beach, less than 5 minutes, and close to all of the big tourist restaurants in Dadonghai. The location is super great.

The room is transparent and has sunshine coming in. It is very suitable for bringing children. It is very close to the beach downstairs. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. The room is clean and tidy. The sister service is very good. If you need anything, just contact WeChat and they will respond immediately! You can cook in the room. Very good.

Amazing International standards serviced apartment. Right from checkin to checkout you won't be disappointed with the hospitality and services. It's a brand new apartment, all the appliances are international branded like Siemens, Toto, Electrolux, Huawei... They have Nescafe coffee machine with good Nescafe coffee capsules. They have indoor Air quality monitoring. Breakfast was great, as a vegetarian there was plenty options and every day there was different variety. The coffee is worth to try. The swimming pool and gym has a good view. I enjoyed every bit of it. Respectful and supportive staff. Location wise, it's a walkable distance to beach and closer to local amenities. Perfect for a family trip.Tip: Ask for Building 1 as you will get nice ocean and mountain view.

The hotel was a little difficult for my DiDi driver to find at first, but it was worth the view in the end. The gym was huge and had ample equipment for me to get a good workout! The staff was amazing, I had accidentally left my phone in a DiDi car at the front desk was able to help me track the phone down and get it back the next day! It was a real life saver.

There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

I liked everything, the staff were helpful, they met me on the street so that I wouldn't get lost, the room itself is beautiful with a nice view from the window into the courtyard of the palm trees, the linen is clean, disposable accessories were present, there is Wi-Fi. The only nuance is that the pillow smelled a little moldy, this is not very good. But since I stayed only for a day, it was not so critical. Excellent accommodation for an overnight stay. There are many cafes, pharmacies and other things nearby, the beach is 7 minutes walk away

This apartment is absolutely amazing! The service is great, there are washing machines and refrigerators, and there is an outlet mall next to it where you can go shopping. There are quite a few restaurants downstairs, but the taste is not that good, hahahahaha, it's still pretty good all day

There is plenty of space in the room. Two large beds and a sofa. Five of us could easily fit in. Upon request, they brought another set of bed linen. Breakfast is an acquired taste, they give you some Chinese food, it is better to eat your own. Only disposable towels. There is no microwave. Overall, it is okay for a 1-2 night stay. We got there during the typhoon season.

Haikou Bay is right outside the community, and there are often people flying large kites, exercising, fishing, and swimming on the large lawn by the sea. Good large room that is similar style to a Studio Apartment. Has a good open feel to it. Has a kitchen area however has no cooking utensils or items other then some cups and a kettle which suited my needs. There are many snack foods, restaurants and shopping places across the road at the Yuanda Shopping Center. There is a washing machine and laundry liquid is provided. Very handy indeed. And the smart toilet is an interesting experience. You will see. Access is from behind the front of the building facing main Road. Walk to the back area then enter the lobby and take lift up to the 10th Floor and find Bella smart hotel office down the corridor. The staff in that apartment made into an office, will check your booking credentials and ID and give you your room card. Easy. And the gentleman was very friendly even when we where using the translation APP as my Chinese isn't so good. NOTE: Only certain lifts go to the higher floors and sometimes may have a little wait for it to arrive. Cleaning staff are also friendly and always offered more water even if I didn't need them to clean the room. Close to convention and Exhibition Center as well. Walking distance about 15 mins away.

The curtains on the top are not tight and do not block light. I booked a family room, but the apartment and Ctrip did not negotiate well, so they gave me an extra bed in the twin room. We loved the space that this apartment offered along with fantastic views. We had rented a car and really needed it (or a scooter) for this location but with that transporting it was really great. The botanical gardens nearby were great as were other beaches we checked out. We went to Sanya for the day and realized that we made the right choice to stay where we did. Our kids did surf camp each day which worked out great for everyone.
