"The room's location is excellent, truly a sea-view room. It's just a 5-minute walk downstairs, across the road, to Sanya Bay beach. The surrounding area is bustling with amenities, very convenient. You can easily find options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room itself is quite spacious with a great layout. It was very comfortable to stay in. Opening the window, you can see the sea not far away, which instantly brightens your mood. If you request daily cleaning, the customer service is incredibly responsive and accommodating. When staying away from home, I believe the host's service is paramount. What truly made this homestay stand out was the exceptional service attitude of both the customer service and the host. They genuinely answered every question promptly and effectively! And whenever I needed assistance, they were there immediately to resolve any issues, without any perfunctory responses! Absolutely fantastic!! Beautiful scenery, pleasant communication, and comfortable living arrangements – the whole experience was wonderful."

"Before I dive into my review, I should preface it by saying that I usually stay at Orange and HUAZHU hotels (like Ji Hotel and Orange Hotel). The W Hotel in Chengdu was the only five-star hotel I've ever experienced. So, if you regularly stay at hotels costing thousands or tens of thousands of yuan a night, my review might not be relevant to you. For those with OCD or who struggle with choices, if you want to know what the specific views are like or what the rooms actually look like, there are two ways: First, look up a user named 'Sanya Ascott jayson' on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book). They've posted floor plans for various room types and highlighted the differences between them. Second, simply Google 'Ascott' and you'll find an online 3D virtual tour website. I stayed for five days, and personally, I felt the bedsheets were much cleaner and less coarse than those at Huazhu hotels, making for a very comfortable sleep. Regarding service, you only get a butler (who can help with urgent requests and delivering items) if you book through Trip.com. Bookings made via Xianyu or other platforms *do not* include butler service!!! (Because you can't leave a negative review, which means there's no threat to the hotel's reputation). Hotels in Sanya really care about their Trip.com ratings! Also, when confirming a package booked via Xianyu at the restaurant, I felt like they knew I'd booked through Xianyu. The staff had to call to confirm for a while, and their expressions seemed a little odd. If you want to book cheaply but still enjoy full service, you can do what I did: book one night through Trip.com and the other nights through Xianyu, making sure to link the bookings. On a side note, as someone from Chongqing, I really wish they had spicy boiled beef slices (水煮肉片) and unlimited steamed buns with condensed milk (金银馒头 style) for breakfast. Overall, the service is definitely better than at Orange or Ji Hotels. If you need something, it's delivered almost instantly. They automatically clean your room when you're out, and even neatly arrange your belongings. The air conditioning is never turned off; all rooms in five-star hotels, even unoccupied ones, have the AC running, so it's always cool when you return. Tips: If you think the elevator is fast, it's because there are no 4th, 13th, or 14th floors. We stayed on the 18th floor, which was actually the 15th floor. Room numbers also omit 4 and 13. During the day, there are many Didi SUV premium cars waiting downstairs to pick up passengers. A family of four won't have trouble getting a ride. The entrance road is shared with Qingneng, Junji, Autograph, and JW Marriott, with JW Marriott at the very end of the road. Finally, a huge thank you to my butler, Xiao Xu. He was very enthusiastic, had a great attitude, and high emotional intelligence. Communicating with him was very pleasant, making our Sanya trip incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend choosing Xiao Xu!"

"This hotel offers excellent value for money. Even if it is in the center of hotels, restaurants and shops, you can sleep perfectly, with little sound from the street or the neighbours. The room has a small fridge, that is ideal because there is a big supermarket downstairs, accessible from the elevator with chinese and russian products. The room is spotless, the cleaning is excellent. The beach is really close, with a lot of places to eat and drink. The owner, Maxime, is really nice. Although he cannot speak English, only chinese and russian, we could communicate perfectly and he could help us with our issues at any time. He gave us a cold beer as soon as we arrived while waiting for our room and he gave us a farewell gift. The bed is huge and although a bit hard, we could sleep perfectly well. If we go back to Sanya, we will repeat in that hotel without any doubt."

"This place is convenient for taking the Xisha cruise ship 🚢. It's good, okay! **Pros:** 1. The sea view is excellent, directly facing the cruise ships. 2. Building E is very close to the pier, within walking distance. **Cons:** 1. The hygiene is poor. There were hairs on the floor. In the shower, the main showerhead had some strands of what looked like cobwebs or something. The paint on the handheld showerhead was half-peeled off, and it felt sharp to touch, almost cutting my hand. When I squatted next to the TV cabinet, I could see a pile of dust in the镂空 (carved-out) patterns of the cabinet, which was quite unsettling. 2. Cars aren't allowed into the apartment complex. We waited for a long time under the scorching sun around 1 PM for a golf cart, but none came. In the end, we had to drag our luggage 🧳 in ourselves."

"The room was spacious and well-designed, with a lovely view of the lighthouse across the bay. It's super close to the beach, and they even have charging stations right outside the hotel, which is really convenient if you rent an electric scooter or bike. The hotel also offers activities like fishing, crabbing, and paddleboarding. Plus, there's a yacht marina right next door and shared electric scooters available for rent. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Lingshui."

"Good large room that is similar style to a Studio Apartment. Has a good open feel to it. Has a kitchen area however has no cooking utensils or items other then some cups and a kettle which suited my needs. There are many snack foods, restaurants and shopping places across the road at the Yuanda Shopping Center. There is a washing machine and laundry liquid is provided. Very handy indeed. And the smart toilet is an interesting experience. You will see. Access is from behind the front of the building facing main Road. Walk to the back area then enter the lobby and take lift up to the 10th Floor and find Bella smart hotel office down the corridor. The staff in that apartment made into an office, will check your booking credentials and ID and give you your room card. Easy. And the gentleman was very friendly even when we where using the translation APP as my Chinese isn't so good. NOTE: Only certain lifts go to the higher floors and sometimes may have a little wait for it to arrive. Cleaning staff are also friendly and always offered more water even if I didn't need them to clean the room. Close to convention and Exhibition Center as well. Walking distance about 15 mins away."

"The one-bedroom apartment is very spacious and equipped with every amenity you could possibly think of. It was exceptionally clean; I even wiped the windowsill and found no dust. Everything you could need was provided, including two swim rings and sand toys in the room, making it perfect for family trips. Many Russians stay in this apartment. The balcony offers a nice view, and there's a washing machine and microwave. Usually, when I travel, I bring several changes of clothes and never do laundry, but seeing the clean washing machine, I used it daily. The balcony is wide, gets direct sun, and clothes dried overnight. Ordering takeout was also convenient, with many options delivered right to the door. The landlady's service attitude was very good. My only complaint is that the male owner knocked on our door around 1 AM. He later explained it was a mistake, but my daughter and I were both scared that night, especially since I was traveling alone with my child. I feel this type of guesthouse is more suitable for larger families. In the future, when traveling solo with my child, staying in a hotel might be more reliable. However, the price of just over 700 for two nights was incredibly appealing. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it to friends."

"The guesthouse is located in a residential area with a great location, right next to the Shangdao Bridge, making transportation convenient. Parking is in the underground parking lot with reasonable fees. The rooms are fully equipped, and you can even cook a simple meal. Everything is available nearby, making life convenient. The owner is very helpful and even gave us laundry detergent. Overall, this guesthouse is great."

"This hotel apartment in Sanya exceeded my expectations; we stayed for five nights, and having a rented car made getting around super convenient. Just a heads-up, parking at the hotel costs 30 yuan per day. It saved us the hassle of switching accommodations daily. The butler team was incredibly warm and responsible. They contacted us even before our arrival with detailed hotel location info and explained the room facilities thoroughly, making us feel right at home. The hotel is located in Haitang Bay, in the same area as Atlantis. From Phoenix Airport, after picking up our rental car at Parking Lot 2, it was about a 40-minute drive to the hotel. We arrived around 1 PM and drove straight to the nearby Nanhai Guanyin scenic area. After exploring, we headed to Wanghao Supermarket on the B1 level of Jiyang Joy City (free parking) to stock up on essentials like disposable cutlery, eggs, fruits, drinks, and bottled water. On our last day, we bought some local specialties there, and the supermarket staff even helped us pack them up. The Linwang area near the hotel is very close and has a commercial center with plenty of restaurants like KFC, Pizza Hut, and local specialties like Yes Xiaoji. Most of our food deliveries from the hotel came from this commercial center, delivered to the express locker on the first floor of Building 2 for self-pickup. For fresh seafood, the Linwang Farmers' Market, about a 10-15 minute drive and closing at 10 PM, is a great option. You can buy fresh seafood there, and some vendors will cook it for you for a processing fee of 15 yuan per dish. It's incredibly fresh and affordable. Wuzhizhou Island is also very close, less than a 20-minute drive from the hotel, and definitely worth a visit. The hotel is very close to the beach; just a few minutes' walk from the first floor along a tropical path will get you there. Remember to buy slippers at the supermarket beforehand. Our hotel room was a two-bedroom unit, and the living room sofa could be converted into a bed. The room had an induction cooker, a refrigerator, and a washing machine, making it perfect for families with elderly parents or children. If you don't want to make breakfast yourself, there's a buffet breakfast on the first floor of Building 3 for 65 yuan per person (children half price). We tried it for two days, and the experience was just okay. I'd recommend buying groceries at the supermarket and making your own breakfast for better hygiene and health. Atlantis is also very close to the hotel, within walking distance. The duty-free shop is very near, about a ten-minute drive. If you plan to shop, I highly recommend focusing on this international duty-free city; it's huge, spread across three zones and a second phase, with new arrivals daily. The Haitang Bay Duty-Free store near Sanya Eternal Love in the city center is also large, but I personally didn't find much there. The duty-free shops at T1/2 of the airport are worth a quick look, but don't expect too much. If your return flight is from T3, I advise against visiting the T1/2 duty-free shops, as it's a 20-minute walk one way. Finally, a big shout-out to the hotel's butlers for their enthusiastic service! Their WeChat profile pictures are in the first image! Next time I stay, remember to upgrade my room type!"

"Отличные чистые аппараты в центре города. Чистое белье и полотенца. Удобная локация. Внизу открытый бассейн за 16 юаней. Только берите шапочку для бассейна или там можно купить за 19. Красивая набережная и много кафе и магазинов внизу жилого комплекса . Закрытая территория с детской площадкой и спортивная площадка. Посоветовали классное место где огромный автор с морепродуктами, где едят только местные. Самое главное владелицы помогли быстро зарегистрироваться без наличия WeChat. Меняйте деньги в аэропорту сразу по прибытию, в городе нет обменников, если у Вас нет карт или Alipay. Владельцы помогли мне решить этот вопрос и заказали такси, не все такси готовы приезжать за наличку. В следующий раз только в этих аппаратах буду останавливаться и всем рекомендую."
