Was pretty easy to locate the hotel. Ample parking spaces. Reception was excellent, staff were very nice, polite and friendly. Had a fabulous room with fantastic view overlooking the city. Room was big spacious. The only downside is the gym & pool’s under renovation. Had wanted to dip into the pool but all’s good. Will definitely pick this hotel when back.

The lobby is beautiful with a coffee machine provided..the bedroom so-so. The comforter got stains. And they forgot to put the soap, shampoo and body gel but quickly settled after we called the receptionist.. no toothbrush was provided shockingly..I think it's essential in a hotel room, don't you think so? Anyway, hopefully there is improvement in the new year.

Rayyan Soffea Hotel in Kota Bharu, Malaysia is a 2.0 star hotel that offers a range of facilities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for its guests. Set along Federal Route 57, this unassuming budget hotel is 6 km from both the vibrant Siti Khadijah Market and the Istana Batu Royal Museum. Simply furnished rooms feature air conditioning, flat-screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as en suite wet rooms. Up to 1 child age 4 and under stays free in a parent’s room. Amenities include an informal dining area and meeting facilities.

The room carpet looked a bit old, and the skirting in the bathroom seemed a little rundown due to water flow from the shower pipe. However, the room was still clean and well-maintained. The service at the front desk was excellent—very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was very friendly too. There was ample parking space available. Overall, I was happy with my stay. It would be even better if the hotel management could consider giving the rooms a more thorough cleaning, especially the carpet. Replace some old skirting in the bathroom.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, which made a great first impression. Our room was on the 8th floor, facing the Kelantan River, and it was quite spacious. However, the hotel is a bit aged, and the old carpet had a slight damp smell when we first entered. Fortunately, after turning on the air conditioning for a while, the smell disappeared. On the bright side, the bathroom and bathtub were clean, which I really appreciated. One of my favorite things about the room was the huge window—if you're lucky with the weather, you can catch a beautiful sunset over the river. The underground parking was convenient, with plenty of spots near the entrance to the lobby. The hotel is also within walking distance of several tourist attractions like museums and the famous Siti Khadijah Market. The only real downside was the incredibly slow elevator, which tested my patience a little. Aside from that, everything was fine for a short stay. Would consider staying again if visiting Kota Bharu.

Location is good, parking good, breakfast nice and service is good but tv channel not clear please improve that tv channel only 2 channel can use

Overall,3.5 out of 5. Will be better to hv railing for balcony, it is too dangerous to use plants pot be the fence. Carpet on corridor a bit dated. Breakfast starts at 6.30am but cakes not ready when we are there. Likes the lobby decor and ready with games suit for families with kids.

The door for the shared bathroom cannot be locked and can be potentially invaded by the tenant of another room that is using the same bathroom. When we attempted to give feedback to the hotel owner, nothing was done. When the next door is rented out to other customers, we warned them about the bathroom lock. The hotel worker then abruptly force us to change room. Mind the phrase I used, ”abruptly force”, they didn't just ”offered” us to change room, they rudely forced us to switch to a lower-priced room which we didn't agreed at last. I had been to this hotel several times and it was all good, thus it is always my first choice to stay in Kubang Kerian. But after this experience, I will never go back to this place. Ever.

Location in town. Easy access to restaurants and mall. Free parking. When we arrived, the receptionist told me that my booking was not in the system. We have to wait for quite some time. But thanks to them, they tried to settle the problem and give us other room. Thank you very much. Breakfast was okay. Not many choices but still okay.

Tok Aman Bali my fav place to staycation because not so far from myhome.. Tapi semalam pergi dia punya kebersihan tak terjaga.. Contoh kawasan perjalan kaki berbau busuk sampah.. Masa breakfast boleh pula kucing termuntah dalam restoran.. Bilik air pula bertakung disebabkan air mandian tak keluar dari lubangnya.. Hope next time perbaiki lagi kebersihan tu.. Sy peminat tegar di tok aman bali..
