"I'm a big fan of Ascott, and this Citadines didn't disappoint. The room layout was well-designed, and everything was clean, with relatively new furniture and a spotless sofa. Breakfast served until 11 am was a huge plus, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The management is great too, very responsive to requests. It's really comfortable for a long stay."

"Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!"

"The hotel is very new with stylish decor. The facilities and amenities are modern and clean. It's not far from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just two bus stops from the south gate of Everbright City. We bought tickets for 'Xi'an Romance Park' through a reliable travel agency recommended by the lovely front desk staff. Highly recommend staying here!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, which was a bonus. However, there’s no daily housekeeping provided, and there is a delay with returning my 100 yuan deposit. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t offer any food options. But delivery services are available , so Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location was convenient for my travel plans, making it a decent choice overall."

"Environment: A friend recommended this hotel to me, saying the service was excellent, so I came to experience it. The atmosphere is very chic and intimate; it doesn't have a grand lobby, but it's definitely small yet exquisite and very pleasant. Facilities: The room was really spacious, and the front desk gave me an upgrade. The whole vibe was very bright and looked super clean. The room's amenities were abundant – it felt a bit wasted not to cook, haha. Hygiene: Everywhere I went, it was spotless. Service: Absolutely outstanding, truly exceptional. The front desk staff's problem-solving skills and service were top-notch. How should I put it? It's been a long time since I've encountered such friendly and approachable service. "I feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!"

"Amazing Stay with Excellent Service! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Xi’an! Even though I arrived before check-in time, the staff welcomed me warmly and gave me a clean, comfortable room right away. The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. What impressed me most was their kindness in allowing a late check-out due to an emergency. They were very understanding and accommodating, which made my stay even better. Everything was perfect—clean rooms, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!"
