"1. Service: We were traveling with seniors and arrived at the hotel early. The staff kindly asked us to wait in the lounge area, then enthusiastically helped coordinate with the housekeeping team to clean our room, allowing us to check in right away. 2. Environment: The lobby lounge area offers complimentary food and drinks, a billiards table, and leisure books (in English). The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. Overall, it was a great stay."

"This stay experience was really amazing! The hotel design is my favorite log style. As soon as I enter the lobby, I can smell a faint wood fragrance. The wooden furniture and warm yellow lights in the room make people relax instantly, like returning to the natural cabin, and taking pictures is also special. The most important thing is that the price is too close to the people! I didn't expect too much from the low price, but the result was that there was no discount from service to facilities. Highly recommended to friends with limited budgets but do not want to be of quality, you can live here for a small money and feel warm and texture, will definitely come again next time!"

"Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!"

"The hotel is very new with stylish decor. The facilities and amenities are modern and clean. It's not far from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just two bus stops from the south gate of Everbright City. We bought tickets for 'Xi'an Romance Park' through a reliable travel agency recommended by the lovely front desk staff. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. "This hotel truly puts in a lot of effort. My home is nearby, and my child had a day off before their high school entrance exam. The renovation work in our building started early in the morning, making a lot of noise. For the last day of their break, I wanted my child to be able to sleep in, so I booked this hotel. When checking in, the front desk staff learned that my child was about to take their exam. They said they'd send us a little something as a gesture. I thought it would just be some fruit or something similar. But when we returned to our room after getting some things from home, oh my goodness, it was incredibly heartwarming! There was a 'Zhuangyuan Gate' (a traditional good luck charm for academic success) sticker on the door, and they had sent fruit, fresh flowers, and a hand-drawn blessing card. They even thoughtfully provided an eye mask and earplugs. Most importantly, there were many good wishes for my child's exam hanging in the room. I was truly touched. We really felt the hotel's sincerity. Thank you to the hotel staff. I'm moved, and I hope my child can also achieve excellent results and get into their dream high school with your blessings. That would put our minds at ease. Thank you to the staff at Marriott Executive Apartments. On the day of check-out, the hotel lobby had a DIY sachet-making event for the Dragon Boat Festival. Many people were participating, and we also joined in the fun. It created a great festive atmosphere. The hotel is very well-managed, and we had a wonderful experience."

"I feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!"
