The hotel is quite old, so the facilities are a bit dated. If you're not overly particular about modern amenities, it's still highly recommended."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent, the room was spotless, and the bedding was super comfortable. It's really close to both the subway and high-speed rail stations. "The location was very convenient and great as it is connected to Wanda Mall.
They upgraded my room, so it was nice that it was slightly bigger.
Breakfast is delivered directly to only one person. I stayed for 4 nights, and the breakfast was exactly the same.
The value for money is excellent.
The air conditioning is cool, and although the refrigerator smells a bit because it was off at first, once you turn it on, its performance is better than anywhere else. The ice freezes well.
The hygiene needs a bit of scrutiny.
To sum it up, it feels like an old condo.
They said there was a microwave, but there wasn't one.
The elevator isn't used exclusively by this hotel, so it is slow and gets very crowded.
There was no cigarette smell in the room."

"This budget hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was just the right firmness – I had a really solid night's sleep. Even though the price was very affordable, it had all the necessary amenities: the air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi all worked great. The shower pressure was fantastic, washing away all the day's fatigue. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. "This is the perfect place to stay if you love shopping malls! The transportation is convenient. Exit A2 of Wusi Square Station, turn left, walk for five minutes, and you'll see Yuexi Apartments on your right. The front desk is on the first floor for check-in. Nearby, there's a 7-Eleven and a Luckin Coffee, and a few restaurants further up the street. I'm giving it five stars mainly because the price is acceptable, and the staff at the front desk was friendly and polite. The in-room amenities aren't perfect; I recommend reading other reviews as many people have already pointed out key issues. However, these seem to be building-wide problems (like dimly lit corridors to save energy, slow elevators, etc.). Although the room I stayed in didn't have a stunning view (it wasn't a sea view room and was blocked by the building in front), the bed and pillows were very comfortable for all three nights, and housekeeping cleaned daily. For your first check-in, it's easier to enter from the first floor. Once you have your room card, you can access Yuexi Apartments from the 6th-floor Sky City Garden, which connects directly to MIXC Mall. The in-room washer and dryer are very convenient, and they provide a small packet of laundry detergent daily. The refrigerator is large and cold enough! I suggest adding a plate or two and some utensils to the kitchen, which would make it even more convenient for guests."

From the other side, the location is quite good. For 150 USD it’s not bad, there are several options for this price with the same view on the Bund

"This time I came to Jinan to play, the Chenxi Hotel I booked did give me a little surprise. I didn't have much expectations, but I felt quite refreshing as soon as I entered the door. The room was very clean and there was no smell. It was reassuring to look at it. What makes me most satisfied is his bed. The mattress is moderately firm and comfortable to lie on. For me, who has been running for a day and has back pain, it is really important to sleep at night. And the soundproofing of the room is good, sleeping quietly at night, sleeping until dawn. In short, although there is nothing fancy, it is really comfortable and cost-effective. Next time I come to Jinan to play, I guess I will choose this place, which is very worry-free."

It was clean and tidy, and the service was meticulous, making it feel very welcoming. The location is super convenient, with a metro station and bus stops right outside. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the beach. The Olympic Sailing Center and May Fourth Square are also just a 10-minute walk away.

pieroparigiI stayed at Tinglan Apartment Hotel for four weeks, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish.
The hotel made me feel completely at home. My room was clean, bright, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. Another major advantage is the direct elevator access to the MixC shopping mall, which features an excellent food court and a wide variety of shops.
The location is outstanding, situated in the heart of the Shinan District, with a metro station just a two-minute walk away, providing easy access to the rest of the city. May Fourth Square and the beautiful waterfront promenade are also nearby and can easily be reached on foot.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Guo 郭江军 for his kindness and professionalism. He was always available to assist and contributed greatly to making my stay so enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again in the future.

This time we went to Qingdao, Weihai and Yantai, and stayed in three hotels. This Yantai hotel really gave our family the best experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cleaned in a timely manner. The facilities are very complete and suitable for a family. There are welcome fruits when we check in. I would also like to thank Xiaona and Xiaohong for sending us farewell fruits before we left. They also asked if we needed help finding a cart for our luggage and welcomed us to come again. Two staff members also helped us take our luggage downstairs very enthusiastically, and the welcoming brother at the door helped us put our bags on the car. The enthusiasm of the hotel staff touched our whole family and brought our seaside trip to a perfect end. If we have the opportunity, we will come to Yantai again and choose this hotel again. I don’t know if the hotel staff will see my comments. Your work attitude has added a touch of beauty to our journey. Thank you, I will miss Yantai.

The room was incredibly clean, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was so kind and even upgraded our room for free. The location is perfect, right next to the subway station. It was a wonderful stay, truly a comforting home away from home during my travels. Fantastic!
