Environment: Relatively quiet. The arranged room has a nice view.
Service: 🅿️Parking in the hotel’s underground garage costs about 10 euros a day. There is no Chinese service. Communication is very patient.

Great location! Just step outside, and there's a McDonald's right across the street. The hotel is also opposite a beautifully converted warehouse shopping center. The rooms are very clean, but one thing to note is that housekeeping is only done every five days instead of daily. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Le Havre!

The room facilities are relatively new and meet 4-star standards. I requested a high floor when booking, and I called the hotel a few days before check-in to confirm it. I didn't expect to be given the first floor in France when I checked in. I wanted to communicate with the hotel through Ctrip's customer service in China to see if I could change to a higher floor. As a result, the hotel's front desk staff hung up the phone directly because they didn't speak English. This attitude is rare. Fortunately, the windows are double-glazed and soundproof. The terminus of bus No. 3 is downstairs. The departure time of buses in France is relatively long, and there is still noise when the vehicles are waiting and idling. The room is good, there are simple kitchen utensils, heating food is more convenient. This is the closest sea outlet to Paris, and it is more convenient to go to surrounding towns such as Onfleur, Deauville and Elephant Trunk Hill.

The environment can also be served in the countryside of a small town. There is only an old man at the front desk. No one else has seen the seven restaurants in the town closed during Christmas. Six restaurants in the small town were closed.

Afin d'améliorer l'appartement je conseille à l'établissement de nettoyer les encadrements de fenêtres et les rebords de fenêtres,
d'ajouter un tapis de salle de bain en coton et un chiffon de cuisine, nettoyer la tête de lit, faire attention au remplissage
du gel douche (vide à l'arrivée),
ajouter un sac poubelle et un rouleau de papier toilettes en plus,
quelques grandes assiettes ou une planche à découper en verre et un grand couteau pour la découpe des légumes,
ajouter une essoreuse à salade, et
repeindre par endroits.

Spacious apartment that’s near the Harbour and Juno beach. You can walk over in 10-15 mins with many nice restaurants at the harbour area. The location of the estate points to a neighboring residential street on google map.
