"We have stayed here many times..its comfortable and clean with all the cooking facilities you might need. This time we had apt number 15. The sliding wardrobe/closet doors in the bedroom did not operate so we could not hang our clothes or use the shelves. They are in danger of falling off on top of a guest. Please fix these doors asap. Broc House is a good place overall and I regret having to leave a negative review... but this is dangerous."

"I booked a king bed and 1 sofa bed room. The room seemed quite spacious at first, with a cooking hob and a large bed. However, after we went to sleep, we realized it was actually two beds joined together, with a little gap in the middle. The mattress also felt softer on one side and firmer on the other, which made it uncomfortable. The sofa bed is not very clean as I found a hair under the pillow. Most facilities are available, but there is not enough space to keep personal items. There is only a small round table and two chairs. Next to the bed there is a very small table, and the bathroom has no proper counter or storage for toiletries or cosmetics—only a few hooks for hanging clothes—so it’s inconvenient during shower time. Overall, the staff were **helpful**, and check-in and check-out were **quick**. However, being located in the city centre, I still feel the **price is slightly high** for the issues we experienced."

"I accidentally discovered this hotel and started to worry whether the rooms were too old. In fact, the quality of the hotel rooms is very good and the management of the hotel is also very good. Check-in and check-out are very fast and the staff's service makes people feel warm and comfortable. A pretty nice hotel."

"Good location - distant enough from the crowded city center but close enough to walk over to most of the attractions & the River Liffey. And sorry to share this: There was a very nice Bread41 Bakery just round the corner of the hotel - don’t miss it for breakfast 😛"

"The location is walkable to the Houston train station and Guinness storehouse. The bus stop is nearby too. Tesco up the road. We had a tween bedroom in the quiet spot, and shared the kitchen with a few other couples. Our room was spacious with a private bathroom. Unfortunately we have had a problem with a shower drainage that was leaking over to the floor. That was fixed when I complained. Beds were clean and comfortable. Handy to have a launderette on the premises. Good place to stay over all."

"The place is in a great location but the keys to the room are supposed to be picked up in a different location that is quite far from the hotel. The staff is supposed to be multilingual but when we called for help to get the keys we got unlucky and had someone over the phone that struggled with English (in Ireland..). The place is overall very clean but the decorative pillows don’t seem to get washed. It’s ok for a brief stay, not for a long one as there’s not wardrobe. Nowhere to store anything or at least put the luggage. Also, the kitchen has silverware and mugs but nothing to clean them. For this price, I was expecting a little bit more attention to details. "

Secondly, the location of the apartment is less than ten minutes walk from the Guinness Exhibition Hall. The pavilion charges a small fee (25€/person, free for children, 22€ for students), but the 360-degree gravity bar on the 7th floor has a good view. Thirdly, the apartment is very comfortable. The living room, toilet and bedroom of the one bedroom apartment are designed separately. The sofa bed in the living room is very convenient and can accommodate three people easily. The two bedroom apartment is very spacious, with separate master bedroom and guest bedroom, laundry room separate. The design is very thoughtful. Suitable for families with children. Fourth, the apartment is fully equipped, the quality of household appliances is very good, and all kinds of kitchen supplies are available. For Chinese people traveling in Europe, whether they can cook for themselves is an important factor affecting the quality of travel. In particular, the ability to buy local vegetables, fruits and meats has greatly improved the quality of travel. Fifth, there is a slight noise, mainly heating hot water and pumping system. The water pressure in Ireland is lower than expected. The second floor and the third floor of each household need to be pressurized, and the sound of pressure is very large. In addition, there are many young people traveling in Europe on weekends, and there will be some noise in the middle of the night."
