"This hotel is unstaffed, with self check-in. The facilities are very comprehensive, offering free laundry and drying machines. There are also many items you can borrow for free from the common areas, such as infant and toddler supplies, outdoor water play equipment, air purifiers, drying racks, and much more. It's truly suitable for family travelers and very thoughtful. The only downside is that there's no parking provided; you need to park in nearby lots, which cost around 1000 JPY per night. Some parking lots are small and fill up quickly. There's also a large parking garage nearby where you can park (from 7 PM to 8 AM the next day for only 500 JPY, but after that, it's 300 JPY per hour, suitable for early risers). There are also Lawson and 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby, as well as a few bars. It's about a 10-minute walk to the monorail station. If you arrive late in Naha, you can take the monorail to the hotel first and then pick up your rental car the next day! Additionally, the hotel offers breakfast, which requires filling out a Google form by 9 PM the night before. It includes Okinawa soba and onigiri. While not exceptionally delicious, it fills you up and saves you a meal. Plus, it's delivered directly to your room door, and after you finish, you just leave the dishes outside the door for someone to collect, which is very considerate. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, and kitchenware, so you can easily cook simple meals! I highly recommend this hotel; it's well-equipped and offers an excellent experience!"

"There weren't many reviews, so I was very worried about making a reservation, but when I actually checked in, I thought it was a good idea to come here. The sea view from the terrace on the second floor was so beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped with induction, kitchenware, and microwave, and it was also well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and robot vacuum cleaner. Even though it was summer, I didn't see a single bug inside the accommodation. The living room and bedroom were separate, and the interior was very spacious, so it was a very satisfying accommodation in many ways. It's close to the ocean and Bisezaki snorkeling point, so it's great for swimming and snorkeling. This is a place I'd definitely recommend to my friends!!"

"I used this place on the first day of my trip with my daughter. Although we didn't use it on the first day, the washing machine was a big plus. The separate toilet and bathtub were also deciding factors. It felt like a regular apartment, and the view of the sea from the balcony was wonderful. As someone else mentioned, the dark living room is a slight drawback. Well, if you think of it as a bedroom, it's fine."

"The check-in staff were very friendly and carefully explained the accommodation environment and rules. Breakfast is a collaboration with MOS Burger, so you can choose your preferred dishes. One minor drawback is that the bed is a bit too small. Overall, the environment was very clean and comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay."

"The self check-in had a Chinese interface, but I still found it a bit confusing. After getting the password, the door wouldn't open when I entered it. I later realized I might not have been strong enough. Parking is first-come, first-served! Once you get your room number and password, you'll also receive the range of available parking spots. The room was super spacious, with one room having two queen-sized beds, and the living room having two queen-sized beds plus a tatami area. In total, there were two and a half bathrooms, which was more than enough for our family of six. There's also a washing machine and dryer. The area has convenient amenities nearby, and it's close to American Village. The balcony was also very large!"

"Due to a flight delay, we barely made it to the hotel's designated reception opening hours (which only last until midnight). When I received the flight delay notification at 5 PM, I saw the contact number provided by the accommodation, but due to my limited language skills, I could only contact them via email about my potential delays. I sent an email at 5:30 PM, but didn't receive a response until my arrival (around 11:50 AM), and I had no way of confirming whether I could check in. The whole process was quite stressful, rushed, and stressful. So, here's some advice: If you have limited language skills and may encounter unexpected situations like flight delays, consider choosing a property with a 24/7 reception desk or one that responds promptly to emails to reduce anxiety and inconvenience during last-minute situations."

"Place was clean. Good location. Although it says on site parking, it was full when we arrived and we were not told in advance despite reaching out to them and messaging them. We had to drive around for 40 mins looking for parking. Also has a kitchen but no plates or pans etc at all. Not sure what the point is to have a kitchen with no kitchenware. Bed says small double… truly is a small double so if you’re a couple I do not recommend you sleep in it for more than 1 night. Overall got the job done."

Very beautiful room and I was able to spend comfortably. I was glad to have a washing machine. There are various restaurants around, and the tomari is close. I recommend going to a remote island! I want to use it again! ! !

Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience. • Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay. • Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. • Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car. • Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. • Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals. • Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area. • Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience. • Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

If you are self driving in Okinawa, and will visit the central area, this is indeed a great place to stay, esp if you have a big group of family and friends. Why? 1. Responsive customer service, who gives out staying information timely. They can answer you within a day or hours. Very comprehensive information with cery clear instructions for check in and use of their facilities. 2. Location is easy to be found. Close to the salt factory which is worth visiting. Also close to the seaside road station where you can take a breathe and photos there. Close to beach as well if you like water sports. 3. The photo we took is from the accommodation, we stay on ground floor as there is no lift. We dont wish to carry luggage up a floor. Can see the bridge. 4. There is Bbq facilities, gas is provided and we can use bbq outdoor with no extra costs. 5. Though there is no seasoning in the accommodation, the kitchen utensils target for a large group of people to use. With rice cooker, stove, pans... enough to prepare for a decent meal. But if they can provide a electric stove for shabu shabu, it will be perfect 6. 8 beds, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms, 2 tables in one apartment. Very spacious. It is the last day before we leave Okinawa. We can pack luggage with ease with such space 7. Reasonable price with such modern furnishings and facilities.you cannot find a similar one nearby. 8. We went to buy food at aeon which is around half hour away.

Clean room, large enough for room to move and luggage, table and 2 chairs, key lock, large bathroom, laundry, walking distance to Asahibashi station and convenience stores.  Large fridge nd freezer, microwave and teapot were great to have in the room! 👍 Overall, a good room for the price and location. Very simple .  A few free basic supplies available and helpful.

The location and room rate offer excellent value for money! Everyone was very satisfied with their stay, and the provided pajamas were very comfortable. Check-in seemed to have improved a lot, taking only 10 minutes. The main issue was getting past the sign-in counter. The only thing I'd like to improve is the lighting. I hope the floor lamps in the sofa area can be individually switched on and off. Because my family goes to bed early, all the lights have to be turned off when we turn them off. Although there are small bedside lamps, the sofa area is always completely dark. It would be great if this could be improved!

Many reviews say it offers great value for money, but for our family, it was even better. It was spacious enough for a family of four, and it was great that we could resolve any food issues immediately upon returning to our room. Furthermore, the large public bath on the first floor was incredibly clean, and it was wonderful to be able to wash up right after swimming and return to our room feeling refreshed. Although I didn't take photos of the interior because I filmed it, the bedding smelled odorless, and we didn't find a single bug. If you are visiting Miyakojima and don't prioritize an indoor pool, I highly recommend this place. There is no breakfast, but the facilities are just as good as a hotel. We had a wonderful time.

The B&B has ample indoor space and is very clean, plus it has its own parking area. All rooms face the ocean, so you can open the curtains in the morning and enjoy the sea view, which is incredibly relaxing 😎. It comes with a kitchen and all the basic pots and pans you might need, along with a rice cooker, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. A standout feature is the strong water pressure in the shower, which is wonderfully refreshing and washes away a day's fatigue and sweat 😌. There's also a convenience store right downstairs, perfect for satisfying any sudden cravings. I highly recommend this B&B! 👍👍

旭橋駅のすぐ近くにあり便利でした。セルフチェックインが難しく、問い合わせをして予約番号を教えてもらってようやくできました。部屋は入ったとき、カビ臭いかと思いましたが、気にするほどではなかったです。部屋は清潔で、洗濯機に乾燥機もあり良かったです。

we were so pleased with the rooms after we stayed at Mr Kinjo in Onna. Their rooms were equipped with washer and dryer. The hotel is so new and clean. The wives were amazed by the dressing table with lighted mirrors. The kitchen even equipped with utensils and cutlery and everything was so clean. Location was also excellent. The owner was super friendly and gave us coupons for the parking. some suggestions: we were only provided with one set of keys so the 2nd person couldn't even go into the building without password or key to the gate.Holder of Shower sprinkler was not near the bath tub but away on the other side, not sure if this is JP standard. Rest was impeccable!!! in conclusion, we will come back again.
