"We booked a small attic apartment for 5 nights. Thanks to Drazen. They let us leave our luggage until check-in. The location in the old town is very convenient. A very pretty street and surrounding area. The kitchen and utensils were generally sufficient for basic cooking. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable. A few downsides, which, however, didn't spoil the overall experience of our stay in Kotor. There's a cafe with music downstairs across from the apartment. In the evenings, it was mostly quiet, very pleasant, and usually didn't bother me. I go to bed very late, but my husband didn't like it as much (if you go to bed early or have trouble falling asleep, it can be disturbing). But one Friday night, it was incredibly loud and continued until 1:00 AM. I would also recommend using duvet covers instead of sheets under the covers! There wasn't much space to hang clothes. (((- the photo shows a clothes rack. That's all. ) The apartment is clean and tidy, but... you have to take out the trash yourself. The cleaning lady didn't come to our place during our 5-night stay, even though we were told the towels would be changed every 3 days. They didn't. If guests are supposed to clean the apartment themselves, that's fine, but it would have been logical to provide some cleaning supplies, like napkins/dustpan/brush/mop. I wouldn't buy all of them myself for a short stay. If you're staying outside the warmer months, the tiled floor feels cold in the evenings when it's already cool outside. It's better to bring warm socks and slippers. This isn't even a drawback, but rather a nice touch of staying in an old stone house during the off-season. But for a few days' stay during the quiet off-season, we were generally happy with everything. ))) Very colorful, a wonderful old town, an interesting experience! Thank you!"

"Nice newly renovated apartment. Definitely need a car to reach this place. In Feb it was cold and no central heating but had aircon on hot mode. Upon arrival it takes 3h to heat up hot water tank. Quite a lot of bugs but that s living in the nature for you 😊 Jasmina is very helpful but only contactable on mobile or viber. No email and WhatsApp"

"This homestay is a little far from the ancient city, about 20 minutes away. It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi from the bus station. We need to walk up the three-story steps. We drag three boxes to go up the ramp next to it, and we are exhausted. The room type of one bedroom and one living room is not large and very compact, but the sparrow is small and complete. From the murals on the wall, the ornaments on the coffee table and the neat tableware, it can be seen that the landlord is a person with a life style and meticulous (although I have not met, check-in and check-out are contacted online). The bathroom space is very small, the pool is very mini, the biggest flaw is that the shower room is not smooth, the next day after the shower, I found that the water actually overflowed into the room, cleaned up for a long time, some embarrassment. In addition, the air conditioning in the hall can not hit the room, it will be a little cold. Fortunately, the sound insulation of the room is very good, the surrounding is quiet, the rest is good, there is wifi, the tableware is complete. Stayed for two nights, overall satisfaction!"

"This place is perfect if you have a car! It's on a narrow road with beautiful views, conveniently located between Tivat and Kotor. Why is there a dishwasher in the room, and who needs it? Everyone needs a washing machine. Our neighbors, some wild Indians, were noisy at night. There are no shops or cafes nearby; the closest ones are in Kotor. The area and the road to Kotor are absolutely beautiful."

"Wonderful hotel! Mona, the owner, is very pleasant, as is all the staff. The rooms are good and spacious. It's quiet and peaceful. There's parking available. Close to the hotel, there's a great restaurant with tasty food and reasonable prices. The location is perfect if you're traveling by car."

"We stayed in an apartment. The apartment is new and has everything we needed. It's located in the old town. It was hard to find at first, but the receptionist sent me the information on WhatsApp. Living in the old town is great; dining, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distance. We recommend it."

"We stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights and were thoroughly pleased. The room was small but clean and modern, equipped with everything we needed, and featured a balcony. The pool was simply fantastic—we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful view of the bay. We also want to highlight the cuisine; we really enjoyed the various pasta dishes, but the chicken risotto was an absolute favorite—we simply loved it! It was incredibly delicious. And, of course, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and all the staff will stay with us forever. The owner—a wonderful, kind, and attentive woman—personally walked us to our room, explained everything, and arranged a parking spot for our car. We will definitely return! "I had a mixed experience staying at Solaris Lux apartments. Starting with the positives, the location is excellent. It is a very short walk to the beach, and it is easy to walk to both the historic old town and the main shopping area. Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome, and the apartment itself was generally well equipped with all the basic amenities. Unfortunately, the downsides prevented me from fully enjoying my stay, and I felt the property was overpriced for what it offers. The apartment is showing significant signs of wear and tear, and I was disappointed to find stains on both the furniture and the bed linen. Noise from the adjacent road is also a constant issue day and night. Furthermore, crossing this road to get to the beach can be quite dangerous, which is worth noting if you are traveling with children. Another unexpected issue was the salty tap water. While I understand that the host cannot control the local water infrastructure, they really should explain this situation to guests at arrival so they can prepare. Lastly, there was a lingering smell of cat urine in the entrance area of the apartment. Solaris Lux has great potential due to its location, but it needs maintenance to justify its current price."

"The enthusiastic front desk clerk, slowly tell me the news I need. The room was large and clean. The hotel's own parking lot is now November. It is the off-season for travel, so my experience is particularly satisfactory, like living at home. Convenient parking, fast Wi-Fi, located in the north of Kotor,1.5 kilometers from the old city, not far from walking, walking along the coastline,"

"The apartments are in the very centre of the old city. We had a room with a balcony from which the beautiful view of the church and the Kotor ladder was opened. The bed was comfortable. The room cost included a cheese breakfast at a restaurant in the neighboring building. A manager who helps with all the issues is appointed. What didn't like: Eternal parties in the old city. Here until late, people are heard cheerful and drinking in bars. Also my partner woke up early in the morning from the church hours. Pensioners may be uncomfortable: apartments are on the 3rd floor, on a steep staircase, without an elevator. All of this, the building is protected by UNESCO."
