"They were very accommodating with luggage storage before check-in, a 12 PM check-out, and even luggage storage after check-out. While it's a bit far from the beach, there's a convenient W Line bus stop nearby that goes to the airport, and famous shops like Target, ABC Store, Marugame Udon, and Kona Coffee are all close by, which was very convenient."

"I stayed in a room with a sunset on the 23rd floor ５. The harbor and sunset from the room are beautiful. The number of towels and sheets that were exchanged depending on the day was different, but if you inquire, you can bring them. It was far from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but it was very convenient within walking distance to the center. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity."

"Because we cancelled our trip to the Big Island and decided to have an in-depth tour of Oahu instead, we chose to extend our stay. The surrounding environment is really nice. Ala Moana Beach Park and both sides of the canal are suitable for leisure and exercise. We were lucky enough to see a rainbow on the balcony of our hotel room. The No. 20 bus at the door goes directly to the airport. We had a great trip!"

"I stayed three nights in a partial ocean view room and four nights in an ocean view room. If the price difference isn't significant, definitely opt for the ocean view room – the experience is so much better (the partial ocean view room barely has any ocean view to speak of). The room itself was decent, and the cleanliness was okay, but the towels had a strange smell. The hotel's location is super convenient. The second floor connects directly to the Ala Moana shopping center, and there's a Don Quijote next door, making it very easy to shop and eat. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Waikiki, or a 30-minute walk. Personally, I prefer the nearby Ala Moana Beach, it's very chill. Car rental parking is also convenient. "The room was a bit dated, and the bed was quite high, but it had all the amenities. The view was absolutely amazing! Even though we weren't in the very front row, it didn't hinder our view of the ocean or Diamond Head at all. The front desk gave us a room on the second-highest floor. Parking at $35 a day was such a steal. It seems like this hotel is a designated hotel for Japanese tourists? All the signs were in Japanese, and there was even a cute Japanese shower instruction booklet!"

"We had a truly wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We loved the entire property – everything was well-maintained, inviting, and lovingly designed. What impressed us most was the cleanliness of the room. It wasn't just clean, but truly fresh, tidy, and perfectly prepared, so we felt comfortable from the very first moment. The location is also a major highlight: central, yet relaxed – just the right mix. We could easily reach everything from here, and the nearby beaches were simply beautiful. Ideal for relaxing, swimming, and enjoying the sunset. Overall, our stay was a complete success. We would love to come back and can absolutely recommend this place."

"It's not what it seems. It is a hotel that has very good things and others not so much. When we arrived we were given a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. We had booked a twin room and were told this was Trip's problem. That they only guarantee the views. All the furniture is wooden and very old. The old sofa, with a thin mattress and perforated sheets... Finally the next day we were changed to a room with two beds (and sea view) which was much better. However, the furniture was also old. It is advertised here that the cleaning of the room is daily but it is not true. They clean only one day for stays of at least 5 nights. If you are staying less than a few days and you want the room to be made for you, 50 USD. If you want clean towels, 10USD. The hotel does not have elevators, so you have to carry your bags up the stairs to the room (on the floor you are on). Just arriving they charge you 147.45USD in taxes (amenity fee, ta tax, ge tax, county ta tax...). Good: Prime location, in front of (private) beach, with restaurants, supermarkets and shops next door. The main road is right there. Swimming pool with hammocks and a bar (opens at 3pm). There is a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in the room."

"I couldn't stay with double booking, but I had a larger room on the beach next door. Therefore, the cleanliness and equipment evaluation are in the middle. Double booking is not a compliment, but the response was very good and I was able to enjoy my family vacation."
