"The location was fantastic, only about a 7-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The hotel staff were also very kind. Housekeeping comes every three days. I really appreciated that they lend out towels for the beach; it was great! After using them, you return the towels in the lobby, which kept our room from getting messy. Once we returned a towel, we got our lending card back, so we could borrow another one the next day when visiting different beaches. We rented a car and paid for parking. We were told we could park anywhere, but when we found it full and mentioned it, they moved one of the hotel's cars for us. For this price and location, I'm absolutely delighted! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to save money but doesn't want to stay in a hostel, and prefers a clean place at the very least. Also, there's a poke place nearby called ''Maguro Spot'' that always had a long line. I was curious, tried it, and it was absolutely delicious – highly recommend!"

"We had a truly wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We loved the entire property – everything was well-maintained, inviting, and lovingly designed. What impressed us most was the cleanliness of the room. It wasn't just clean, but truly fresh, tidy, and perfectly prepared, so we felt comfortable from the very first moment. The location is also a major highlight: central, yet relaxed – just the right mix. We could easily reach everything from here, and the nearby beaches were simply beautiful. Ideal for relaxing, swimming, and enjoying the sunset. Overall, our stay was a complete success. We would love to come back and can absolutely recommend this place."

"The front desk staff was very kind and I was grateful. It was about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. It was around 11pm, so it was about $66 including the late-night fare. During the day, it was about $50."

"I stayed three nights in a partial ocean view room and four nights in an ocean view room. If the price difference isn't significant, definitely opt for the ocean view room – the experience is so much better (the partial ocean view room barely has any ocean view to speak of). The room itself was decent, and the cleanliness was okay, but the towels had a strange smell. The hotel's location is super convenient. The second floor connects directly to the Ala Moana shopping center, and there's a Don Quijote next door, making it very easy to shop and eat. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Waikiki, or a 30-minute walk. Personally, I prefer the nearby Ala Moana Beach, it's very chill. Car rental parking is also convenient. "I booked a Sunset Ocean View room specifically to watch the sunset from my room. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so I only got to see it once, but it was the most amazing sunset. It was great to have a kitchen, which allowed me to cook my own meals and reheat takeout during my stay. I was a bit disappointed that there was no bathtub, only a shower, which was an oversight on my part. Some days were cool, and with only a weak-pressured shower, it felt a little cold. They didn't replace towels unless they were left on the floor, and despite leaving a note asking for more coffee and tea, they weren't restocked. I was told the sofa bed linens were in the closet, but they weren't there. I had to ask a staff member in the hallway to bring them. On the plus side, we received two complimentary bottles of water and one ice cream daily, which was a nice touch. The poke bowl shop on the first floor was also delicious. While there are shops selling groceries, they are overpriced, so the nearby ABC Store is a better option for cheaper items. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center and even Waikiki, which was very convenient. However, the front desk usually only had one or two staff members, and none spoke Japanese. This caused some confusion, as I didn't understand that the security fee was a deposit. Thankfully, I was able to confirm this with their customer service later. The lack of staff meant long waits whenever I had a question, which was inconvenient. Overall, the location was fantastic, and I would love to stay here again if I have the chance."

"It's not what it seems. It is a hotel that has very good things and others not so much. When we arrived we were given a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. We had booked a twin room and were told this was Trip's problem. That they only guarantee the views. All the furniture is wooden and very old. The old sofa, with a thin mattress and perforated sheets... Finally the next day we were changed to a room with two beds (and sea view) which was much better. However, the furniture was also old. It is advertised here that the cleaning of the room is daily but it is not true. They clean only one day for stays of at least 5 nights. If you are staying less than a few days and you want the room to be made for you, 50 USD. If you want clean towels, 10USD. The hotel does not have elevators, so you have to carry your bags up the stairs to the room (on the floor you are on). Just arriving they charge you 147.45USD in taxes (amenity fee, ta tax, ge tax, county ta tax...). Good: Prime location, in front of (private) beach, with restaurants, supermarkets and shops next door. The main road is right there. Swimming pool with hammocks and a bar (opens at 3pm). There is a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in the room."

"The location is very good. It takes only one minute to get to Wakiki Beach. It is just across the road. There are many places to eat and drink nearby, including cafes, food trucks, supermarkets, and Japanese food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all easy to solve. The front desk service is good, parking is also very fast, and they actively and enthusiastically provide luggage pick-up and drop-off services. The room decoration is not very new, which is a common problem in Hawaii, but the room is well maintained. The balcony has a beautiful view. The kitchen facilities are very complete, with rice cookers, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies. You only need to buy ingredients and seasonings to cook. I like the whole house very much. The only problem I can't accept is sound insulation. There is no sound insulation. The two bedrooms are next to each other, and part of the wall is the wooden board of the wardrobe. The sound of hanging clothes in the next room is ding ding bang bang. The doors of the bedroom and the bathroom are shuttered, which are not soundproof at all. The sound of water flowing when washing your face and taking a bath, the sound of going to the toilet, talking, and snoring are completely in your ears. It is only suitable for a small number of people to live in."

"Because we cancelled our trip to the Big Island and decided to have an in-depth tour of Oahu instead, we chose to extend our stay. The surrounding environment is really nice. Ala Moana Beach Park and both sides of the canal are suitable for leisure and exercise. We were lucky enough to see a rainbow on the balcony of our hotel room. The No. 20 bus at the door goes directly to the airport. We had a great trip!"

"It was a room with a view of the diamond head and the sea. I was a little worried about the height because I wanted a clear view of the sea, but I was satisfied with the Lanai overlooking the two without any problems. It is old as a whole, the bathtub is old, and it takes time to get hot water."
