"The crew is always very helpful and kind. I love the rooms - they are very spacious, clean and have everything you need. Large mirror and area to get ready in the morning. Perfect location, right next to the station so easy when you arrive by train. The bed is huge, and very comfortable. This is my second stay here and my go-to hotel when in Antwerp."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way! It's close to the station, and the views from the hotel were lovely, all while being a very reasonably priced stay. Luggage storage was seamless, and I really appreciated the complimentary 24-hour coffee and tea service. There's even a terrace, so I could enjoy tea while soaking in the pleasant evening breeze. The front desk staff were wonderful. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Antwerp! 😊"

"Clean hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but I think that's common in Antwerp. We're used to bigger rooms from Germany, but it's perfectly adequate in the end... since it's only used for sleeping! The location is okay. It's a 30-minute walk to the city center, or you can take the tram around the corner for a quicker ride. There's also a supermarket nearby."

"The room size was generous, and the bathroom was quite spacious. I was satisfied with the cleanliness, though the soundproofing was a bit lacking, but still acceptable. The staff were friendly, and our room was cleaned daily while we were out. However, on the night before our departure, someone knocked on our door for cleaning at around 8 PM, which we declined. Downstairs, the hotel offers complimentary drinks and some small snacks. In May, it was still cold, so coming back from outside and having a hot milk or hot chocolate was really comforting. However, I wouldn't recommend adding the hotel breakfast. It's €16 for adults, but the selection is truly limited, with only some bread, scrambled eggs, a small fruit salad, ham, and cheese. To get to the hotel from the airport, take the train to Mechelen station, which is about a 10-minute ride, then it's another 10-minute walk to the hotel. To reach the city center tourist area, Brussels Square, you'll need to walk about ten minutes to catch a train, and the journey takes about fifteen to twenty minutes. There are some eateries near the hotel, but most only open in the afternoon. About an 8-minute walk away, there's a small supermarket, and if you walk a bit further, you'll find more restaurants, shops, and attractions. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money."

"The location is recommended, nearby the Central Station. Spacious for a standard room. For standard room is there no outlet available so it was difficult if you want to curl or iron your hair. When I checked in the room looked clean but the toilet was not cleaned the was still urine in the toilet and drops of urine on the toilet seat so I called the reception and they sent somebody to get it cleaned. Staff are friendly."

"Excellent hotel right in the centre of the beautiful historic old town area, bars restaurants and shops all around . Very helpful and friendly staff . Superb breakfast , large comfy rooms , super beds , lovely bathrooms. We would love to return in the future 👌"

"There's a Russian grocery store nearby, so I was able to cook and eat the food I bought there. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush, but shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided. They had pots, pans, a colander, a grater, and a complete set of dishes. There was an induction cooktop, an electric kettle, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and even a coffee maker. Tea and instant coffee were also included. There isn't a washing machine in the room, but it seems there's one on the floor outside. There's also a safe, and the auto-lock works with the room key card, which gives a good sense of security."

"As a long-time hostel user from the 1970s, I was pleasantly surprised at this hostel/hotel. It was a quite a long way from the 70s! Mostly due to the fact that they had twin-for-single-use rooms with a nice toilet/shower and included towels, though I'd brought my own thinking they wouldn't be. The beds (two singles pushed together) were relatively comfortable, and the duvets were warm enough considering there was no heat as it was ”between seasons”. Shower was small but hot and powerful enough. Location was of course excellent, being directly outside the main centraal station, and a couple steps from a large supermarket (and nearly directly on the main shopping area with every shop/food/etc you could ever want or need. Check-in was super easy and the receptionist was extremely nice, warm and welcoming. Though I didn't partake of breakfast as I felt it was pretty expensive for being a hostel (the name being synonymous with ”inexpensive/cheap”), I did see a very crowded breakfast room in the morning when I went down for hot water for my portable Aeropress. Thankfully they had no issue with giving me hot water that was saving me the 3 euro for a tiny coffee :-) Price-to-value ratio -- I'm not quite sure about this, as the twin-for-single-use was really only about 5-10 euro less expensive than quite a few full-service hotels in the same centraal station area. As I wasn't in a ”dormitory with multiple beds”, I can't speak to the comfort or quiet of those rooms. Rooms on the 8th floor were not exactly ”quiet” as doors had a tendency to slam shut, but whether that's just a design flaw or simply people not really caring, I don't know (including blasting television and music...c'mon! Have a bit of consideration, you're not alone in the hostel/hotel.). Would I recommend it over others just a few meters away? I might have a tough time doing that. But I spent a relatively pleasant night overall."

"A good budget hotel for one night. Could be cleaner. It's right next to the highway. The curtain is missing and in the closet instead of being fixed. There's no refrigerator or anything like that in the room. The shower and bed were fine."
