Staying at this hotel in this small city, I feel good and met many friends from China. The hotel has a good environment and is very close to the local small airport.

O lugar estava com cheiro de mofo, fomos para outro quarto muito melhor. Mas não havia tomadas para carregar o celular ou o notebook uma cadeira para trabalho nada disso havia, mas o pessoal que trabalhavam lá foram bem atenciosos.

The room is very big, very clean.

If you, like me, value a great location and convenience, I highly recommend this hotel. It's close to the beach, the lagoon, good dining options, and the main square which offers plenty of attractions. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite varied and tasty. I'd seen several complaints about cleanliness, but generally, our room was very clean upon arrival. However, towels were missing, and the liquid soap dispensers weren't refilled (one even came unstuck). We had brought our own soaps, but there was nowhere to put them. As a suggestion, I'd say there should be at least one soap dish or holder for shampoos and similar items. We had to request room cleaning three times. I suspect the cleaning staff might have been overwhelmed given the number of guests, but this particular service was a bit disappointing. The common complaints about the valet/parking situation and the elevator are indeed valid. Upon arrival, there are no clear instructions on where to park to unload your belongings. The hotel's paid parking lot also doesn't have enough spaces for everyone, so you end up blocking traffic until you figure it out. The elevator is genuinely slow and has a low weight capacity (this didn't affect me personally, so it didn't impact my overall positive rating). The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but we didn't experience any noise disturbance during our stay. Contrary to what the advertisement states, there's no cable TV, only 2 or 3 local channels. In summary: overall, the value for money is good. It was the best price I found in Torres for the amenities offered. While there are a few areas that could be improved, none of them significantly impacted our stay.

Very comfortable and clean room, breakfast with a great variety, in a wonderful setting (to the sound of birds and birds flying past the breakfast balcony, I felt like I was in a rural area right in the city), having breakfast in a historic house, surrounded by nests and with visits from birds is a privilege of this hotel, the view of the Moinhos de Vento Hydraulic Station is another great privilege…, warm welcome with late check-out and luggage storage.

Every time I go to South Cassias, I live here. Breakfast is decent, the key is that there are big shopping malls and Carrefour on the side, eating and shopping are very convenient.

Hotel room facilities are not bad, the location is also very good, downstairs across the road is the mall. The staff service attitude is also very good, it is a hotel in a tourist city.

I missed a chair/sit to be able to sit. I had only a bed to sit, it was bad. I asked for a chair to be provided, but I had irregular legs. It suggests keeping a small chair and table base for us to do some activity with notebook.

With daily already paga(R$369,54) ,*time of check-i* I had to pay more R$130,00 (R$30,00 fee for having a baby that already cost *a ******* and R$80,00 for a bi-bed). The daily was 2 adults and 1 baby of 10 years old. The bed was Quee, the room was a couple. Since Monday, day 18, I'm waiting for a connection from the hotel manager and the hotel manager. Our trip to Antônio Prado was spectacular only for our stay at Tri. Super good service, excellent accommodation and what about the pool, the best part of the hotel, warm water and everything wonderful. We love and will surely return.
