Hotels With Bar in Rondonia, Brazil

We went to Porto Velho to meet the city and this hotel was far the worst service I've ever stayed! I booked the hotel is.Com where it included room upgrade due to my status. I sent a questioning email and never received a answer. The hotel was only paying (which they put in the ad and they do not do it, it must be to cheat the trucks)! Well, the other day I again spoke of upgrade and they reported that they couldn't do because the rooms were in maintenance (but paying was available ). The standard room is old, ugly, electric shower with a pink on each side. We went out to walk and around I saw that the room wasn't cleaned! so well, I questioned the cowboy and she told me that I had turned the plate at 13:00 that she wasn't going to clean and was already going. I went down and complained because the servants' working hours are not my problem and she should have at least education to talk to me. I tried to cancel my next reservation with the hotel because of so many problems and I couldn't, the hotel did not turn the value, I was forced to follow there! The next day I paid for such upgrade, the air didn't work (we had to open and clean) and the morning there was no hot water in the shower, I couldn't take a bath, I asked three times the key of another room to take a bath and they didn't bring me, I was just going to take my flight, but bad experiences in this hotel, arrogant and unprepared officials. They do nothing to facilitate the guest's life and no courtesy in relation to all the problems. When I read the reviews here I saw that the problems are always the same ... shower that doesn't warm, lack of education, courtesy and gentleness of staff, promised upgrade that do not give, air that doesn't work .. i.e., the hotel does nothing to change! Get away from that place!

Hotel requintado, sem ser exagerado, bons quartos, cama confortável, quarto agradável e muito bem limpo e bem iluminado. Banheiro amplo. O quarto dispõe de chaleira e de ferro e tabua de passar roupas. Estacionamento e funcionários atenciosos e educados.

This hotel is simply incredible!!! great cost benefit. A comfortable bed, a excellent shower and that gives you a good dose of water temperature, breakfast with a lot of option and delicious, careful and sympathetic staff and the fridge is all available. When I was hosted, I arrived at the morning and I had a staff member available to help bring the luggage to the room. I recommend closed eyes! worth every cent!

Excellent accommodation. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location, close to supermarket and pharmacies. Good cost benefit. Free and secure parking. Rooms in excellent condition. Very quiet. Well-cared and gentle.

Installations, cleaning, gastronomy, everything done with a lot of dedication and professionalism. But the big difference is, without doubt, the care with which all Ecos team work. I was blessed with the decision to host this hotel!!! Thank you all, so many may experience this experience!

Reception with sympathetic and efficient service, small lobby, reasonable Wi-Fi, basic breakfast but , enough , officials are trying to enjoy , repeated but , not compromise. Parking on the very large bottom .Small pool .Apt of good size , dressing guards not exist only one hairdresser with some hairdressers ( light your ), bed with medium comfort, bad dressers ( only 2 for the couple and hard ), air smoothing well, The hotel has no iron and bathroom to pass, reasonable space for bags, small bathroom, OK shower, good size bank, weak dryer. Some negative points: restaurant does not work for lunch or there is no time in the pool area. Some days of the week also doesn't work for dinner For the city's patterns, it is the best in terms of comfort even though the price is not cheap

The room was just a good room, when I arrived I had no savons, only shampoo and air conditioner. Fridge with water. The rooms are from 1ª floor. Breakfast, and the academy are only in the other hotel in front. WiFi internet is reasonably functional, if you have a lot of demand, it is slow.

I have had the beautiful experience of hosting in the luxury rooms of the Hotel Maximus. I always love the place for service, care for the guest, cleaning and especially for the absurd comfort of the rooms. The beds are extremely soft and the tails are very soft! Whenever I come to Ji-Paraná, I have the best experience in Maximus.
