This was the first of three hotels I stayed at during my China and Hong Kong holiday. It was not only the best hotel of the three but also the best hotel I've ever stayed at during all my travels. It comes top in terms of comfort, looks, service, facilities and extreme value for money. I especially liked the two different types of pillows - one of which was the contoured type that i normally use. Its hard to believe you could get such a modern, clean, beautiful room with Xiadu virtual assistant, heated automatic toilet and large screen TV for such a cheap price. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and main road where you can call a taxi. It's also very close to Luoyang's famous Street food. The lady and gentlemen on reception when we checked in was so helpful, kind and tentative to our needs. A very warm thank you to them both and for the welcome pack.

Facilities: This is a very new hotel, and the price is really good. The bedding is very good, the shower head has a very even and powerful water flow, and the room has its own capsule coffee machine. There are two free cups of capsule coffee for you to drink, and there are also some drinks and snacks in the mini refrigerator. It was pretty standard, but the bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Environment: Located next to Angeles City, just 10m walk to Angeles City. It is very convenient and there is a food street nearby. You basically don't have to move when you live here. Breakfast: The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western food. The beef noodles are pretty good, there are many varieties of fruits, and there are also some desserts and cakes. Entertainment: The downstairs of the hotel restaurant turns into a small bar at night, which is quite lively. It also has a gym, laundry room, etc., which are all quite good. Overall, the price/performance ratio of this location is very high. It is the newest hotel in Xuchang. The choice of this hotel is quite a plus for this trip. Although it is located in Pangdonglai Angel City, the hotel is very quiet. The sound insulation is also very good. After staying in this hotel, I fell in love with Hyatt hotels. The experience and cost performance are very good.

Facilities: The facilities are advanced and complete, the whole house is smart, there is also a laundry room and gym, the laundry room and dryer are very fast and convenient! Hygiene: The room is very new and there are no sanitary dead spots! They must be well maintained 👍The sandals and slippers used for bathing are all disinfected and packaged. Not many hotels can do this!  Environment: The decoration and design of the lobby and rooms are very high-end. The suites costing more than 400 yuan are so worth it! The breakfast room is decorated like a high-end Western restaurant! Service: The service of the aunt and the young lady in the restaurant is very good. The noodle cooking aunt took the initiative to ask me what I would like to eat and the young lady brought it to the table! The team is very professional! Come here often!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Drum Tower. It's incredibly convenient for visiting the Drum Tower Night Market. The staff were very kind and warm. The rooms were also clean and tidy, making for a great stay. The hotel offers convenient amenities like a laundry room and a gym. There's also a large terrace on the fourth floor, perfect for viewing the Drum Tower and taking photos. Additionally, the hotel provides parking, which is great for those driving. We booked three rooms for our family trip, and everyone had a wonderful experience.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and travel is convenient. The hotel parking space is very convenient. The lobby is simple and elegant, with a reasonable layout. There are various types of tea at the front desk, which is very good. Xiaohe at the front desk has attentive service. The room has good lighting and is very clean. Highly recommended

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights. The room is big. Although it looks old, it is well maintained. It is still the tallest hotel in Xuchang. The hotel service is very good. Fruit and facial mask were given for one night. Manager Wang (No. 1019) at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, and tried his best to meet the needs of customers. The cleaning work was in place, especially waiter No. 1230, who was polite, thoughtful, serious and responsible. Waiter No. 868 was enthusiastic and efficient. The hotel breakfast has a good view, many choices and good quality. The buffet restaurant on the 39th floor has a rich variety of food, and there are discounts for guests staying in the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Wanda. It is not far from Xuchang Museum, 360 Square, and Angel City Pangdonglai Store by bus. Take-out is delivered directly to the room. Five-star praise!

The hotel boasts a fantastic setting, perched on a mountain with panoramic views of Luoyang city. The rooms are generously sized, and the balconies are particularly spacious. The hotel grounds are expansive and beautifully landscaped. However, the interior amenities felt a bit unpolished, especially the smart toilet, whose quality and cleanliness were quite worrisome. After each flush, it would emit a strange, continuous noise for several minutes. The hotel breakfast was of good quality and served semi-buffet style. Yet, the offerings were quite repetitive; after staying for two nights, we found choices limited on the second morning. The breakfast cold dishes, in particular, were visually appealing but lacked flavor. On a positive note, the customized barbecue dinner is highly recommended. It was delicious, and the chef clearly put a lot of care into its preparation.

Our stay far exceeded expectations, definitely a five-star review! The hotel's hygiene was impeccable, the room was spotless and clean, making us feel completely at ease. The front desk staff were warm and enthusiastic, proactively helping us with our luggage, which was a huge relief. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great, fully energizing us for the day. What's most convenient is the hotel's location: there's a subway station and a shopping street nearby, and it's very close to all the attractions, making travel incredibly easy—whether you're heading to a sightseeing spot or a business district, it's a straightforward journey. What touched us most was that due to a family member feeling unwell, we **ordered some medicine. The front desk staff called to check on their condition and even proactively extended our check-out time.** With such thoughtful and attentive staff, I wish the hotel booming business and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Luoyang!

Very clean rooms and excellent staff at front desk. They upgraded me to a larger room. And gave a free moon cake gift. Breakfast also had a fantastic buffet spread. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay there again.

This time I spent a short trip of three days and two nights in the hotel. The extra 1 point must be given to Shiying-her enthusiasm, meticulousness and professionalism make this trip full of human touch. Come to Luoyang again in the future, this is definitely my only choice! It is also highly recommended to all friends who pursue quality service and warm experience
