From the lovely welcome - a chilled glass of Cava as we arrived, the wonderful staff at this great little hotel made this a perfect place to stay. The hotel is set in an old tile factory, with beautiful tiles displayed around the building and in every room. An easy stroll into the old town and on bus routes around Mallorca. I can’t remember staying in a hotel where the staff are so helpful, friendly and kind - can’t wait to go back. Gracias, sentimos que hemos hecho nuevos amigos

The hotel itself is nice- clean rooms and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool is good (although very, very deep so not for kids) and the breakfast had a decent selection. The main problem we had was the noise! We were put in a room at the front of the hotel, the noise from the main road was constant and we couldn’t really use the balcony. It also made it difficult to sleep. We were also woken up multiple times by other guests who came in at all hours drunk, shouting, singing and clattering around. So if you’re planning to stay here my advice would be into request a room at the back of the hotel and take ear plugs!

The location was good, close to the bus stop for the airport direct bus and the bus from Palma, and close to the coast. When I asked them to exchange money, they kindly exchanged money and were very helpful. I would like to use it again when I go again.

Apartamentos Vistasol : Known for its central locations and excellent service, this hotel chain is a favorite among travelers. Guests frequently mention the helpful and friendly staff who are always willing to assist with any request.

Let me put it this way. You would be better off committing a crime, getting arrested and spending night in jail being bummed by some large dude than spending a night at this hellhole. Who needs this amount of bleach to clean the room? What happened here before I got in? Shower had no cold water so either you dont shower or shower by slowly cooking under 10000 degree water. Staying on 3rd floor doeant mean you dont hear people talking and having a good time in the bar on ground floor. Room window doesn't close so its constantly 10 degrees in your room at night. And you hear everything happening in the street below. Want a remote control for your tv? That's €10. And breakfast is a fee slices of salami, bread and some unknown cereal.

I agree with others’ comments about the cleanliness and friendliness (and lovely smiles) of all staff at the unpretentious Tent Capi Playa, the lukewarm buffet dishes, and the lack of bedroom fridge and tea/coffee making facility………… but there is a safe and hairdryer…… and hot and cold drinks machines in the foyer available 24/7. I loved the concept of a brunch service, available from 08.30 till 01.30; you can visit as often as you like and eat as much as you like. They even put out pizza slices later in the session. I couldn’t find an English-language TV channel………. seems to require the hotel to connect to a cable service?........ though there are loads of Spanish, French and German channels. The pool is quite small (no-one used it during my March visit) and there are sun loungers, bean bags, ‘normal’ tables and chairs….. and even a couple of hammocks! Sadly, they play awful and loud “music” over the outdoor loudspeaker system……… and, then, there’s those folk who cannot go on holiday without using their mobile phones incessantly! There are loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the local bendy bus (mostly green and white) stop is just under 2 blocks away from the hotel. There are 2 services – the A2 goes to the airport (cost €5pp) and the No 25 goes to Palma in one direction and s’Arenal in the other (cost €2pp for any length of a single journey). If you’re coming to the hotel catch the bus labelled No A2 at the airport or “25 s’Arenal” from Palma and watch the onboard info screen for “Proxima parada (next stop) Balneari 9” and press one of the red stop buttons to alert the driver. The hotel is just around 200 yards back. Pay the driver with cash as you board (but don’t use a higher than €10 note), take your change and ticket. If you’re going to/from the airport, the journey time is about 25 minutes and runs at 45 minute intervals. If you’re going to Palma the bus is labelled “Catedral – Palma Express”. There’s a bus every 10 to 12 minutes or so and it takes around 35 minutes to the cathedral or about a further 10 minutes to “Proxima parada Placa d’Espanya” where the main island modern train and bus station (Estacio Intermodal) and historic Soller train station are both just across the busy road from the bus stop (“H”). Beware, though, the Palma bus could be hugely overcrowded, or full, especially at ‘rush’ hour heading for Palma…… and that was in March. Several times it was so full that it didn’t even stop though once or twice there was a second bus right behind. The historic train station is accessed through a café over the road to the left of the two low white buildings. You’ll probably need to buy a ticket in advance (online, one week beforehand) and I recommend you add the tram down to Port de Soller. I paid €39 for the combined round trip. The modern railway station is down the escalator to the left of the left-hand low white building to level -1 and the regional bus station (red/white/yellow busses) is via an

After entering the hotel, it makes a very nice impression, the common areas look nice. The rooms are much worse, especially the bathroom. Breakfasts are ok. A large selection of various products, unfortunately the coffee from the coffee machine is not very good. A big advantage is the very close distance to the beach.

Short leisure trip with my sister. The location was perfect, not too far from the airport and around a slowish stroll of 20 minutes to the centre. We did use taxis on the way back, depending on how many bars we’d found ! Nice sized room, it’s modern, uncluttered and white, big tick. It was still hot, so loved a cheeky dip on the terrace and dry off in the sun. This was a hassle free holiday, perfectly placed for sightseeing and shopping.

The hotel is really good, the staff is friendly and they do everything possible to make your stay pleasant. However, the room did not have a double bed but two comfortable single beds all the same. But the most annoying thing is the simple glazing and the curtains which let in light. For a four star and quite surprising but the stay still went well and the kindness of the staff really adds to a satisfactory experience, thanks to their daily work! Ps: don't hesitate to have breakfast, it's buffet style and it's really good! In addition, if you have to take the plane the next day before the buffet opens, you will be entitled to a good pic-nik prepared by them ☺️

There is a cafe next to it that can solve the problem of breakfast, and there is an Asian supermarket where you can buy water or something at night

The hotel is a bit far from the center but bus line 4 takes you there. The reception staff is super nice and friendly, they help you or provide the information you need, it's the best thing about the hotel. You can have a clothes iron by leaving a deposit of 20 e that will be returned to you on the day of departure. The rooms are quite old and smell musty mixed with humidity. It is quite cold in the bathroom as it has an open crack that leads directly to the street and cannot be closed or covered. It's a shame because the rooms have a lot of potential if they did a little renovation. The views from the terrace of the hotel are wonderful to the port.

Hotel located in a quiet area of Pslma, it is necessary to have transportation to go to leisure areas. It is frequented by English tourists. Although it is small, it has facilities such as a spa, gym, swimming pool and restaurant. All the staff are nice and help you during your stay.

The hotel is located at a height which gives really nice views from the common areas. The staff is very nice and friendly. A nice breakfast spread at the restaurant and a nice bar for cocktails. Located close to public transportation and a big mall which has multiple places to eat and shop.

The hotel pool is nice, with indoor and outdoor facilities, but when we went, the weather was still a bit cold, so it was useless. The room was clean, with a balcony, and it was very close to places to eat on foot.

Very close to the airport, 10 minutes by car, downstairs is Palma Beach. The sand is generally not very fine, but there are many people swimming and sunbathing. The room I stayed in was not big, but each had a balcony where smoking was allowed. In addition, not every room has a sea view room, you should pay special attention when booking, the sea view is very expensive. The breakfast is very good, there are many kinds of ham. There is also a Chinese restaurant not far away.

Stayed 2 night here. The hotel attract you with a reasonable price for the location and room, but upon arrival, you are received as a noisiness. I asked for a room at a higher place, because they allocated me to a room on the first floor just in front of the stairs and elevator. This was enough to trigger the rage of the attendant that refused and rushed to serve the next guest in line, although they just arrived while I was attended. Very rude. The room was spacious enough, with a balcony to the main highway. It was old and very badly maintained, with many cracks, just like the many cracks in the stairs to the rooms. No kettle in the room, so you have to go downstairs' to the bar to buy your cup of tea or coffee for a hefty price. Breakfast and dinner where with lot a variety, but quality was sufferable. The worst part was the undrinkable coffee. The pool was nice. To the beach you have a walk some distance. Not recommended.

We found the hotel, rooms and dining were all very good. The staff were very helpful and eager to please, especially the very attentive security guard who looked after our bikes in the car park. You can catch a direct bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The only caveat I would have is make sure this hotel is for you. This is, to an extent, a party resort and the hotel reflects this. The guests were predominantly groups of single males, of all ages , with the odd hen party. There was a lot of late night/early morning noise and drunken singing and the bar was often raucous although we never saw any loutish or aggressive behaviour. Just people having a very good time. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday or romantic getaway I would recommend you consider other hotels.

A good four stars. Hotel close to the airport (taxi 14 euros, no ubers in Mallorca). I was lucky enough to have a terrace room (first floor room) where you walk from your balcony directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. I reckon these rooms are best unless you're obsessed with a sea view in which case go above 5th floor. Hotel breakfast is good- lots of choice. Also an inexpensive cafe / bar on poolside with very friendly staff. The hotel was peaceful when we were there- slept well and beds pretty comfortable. Very very close to the beach- 3 mins walk - and then you're on the beachfront which has an almost unlimited abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. One cautionary note about the restaurants nearby - be careful with the reviews many look to be inflated / fake so choose carefully. Lots of mini-supermarkets - the best within 5 mins walk is carrefour express.

The hotel is only 5.7 kilometers away from Mallorca International Airport. It is located in the resort and is the best hotel in the area. Many British and Germans stay there. The balcony of the sea view room can see the sunset of the bay in the west. The swimming pool and breakfast are also very good. Breakfast can be customized. Most of the five-star hotels abroad have four-star environment facilities and four-star three-star services. This one is well deserved. There are live singing performances from 8 to 10 pm. But there are mosquitoes in summer and the hotel does not provide mosquito repellent facilities.

First time in rui hotel 10/10 I’m a food 🥘 critic and I couldn’t find anything negative about this place /started with reception so friendly and welcoming / the hotel modern and very clean 🧽 the food and service was amazing sharp service and friendly,must say I’ve stayed in many hotels this place was superberb they nailed it the food was hot !!! Which is very important and a great variety of top food !! Everything you could want catered for everyone.ps the cakes were to die for so moist carrot cake ,brownies oh so lovely stayed at so many hotels and the food is bland ; but the Rui hotel food 🥘 definitely the best you will not be disappointed.and honestly say the the staff went out of there way to make your stay the good 10/10;I’ve never given this rating so you can see for yourself great value for money 💰

This hotel is right by the sea, but not all rooms can see the full sea. There is no beach in this section of the sea is reef, but the scenery is also very good, below is a bike path suitable for running cycling, straight to the city center. The breakfast is rich in variety and is very suitable for vacation.
