As a hotelier myself, I was truly impressed and touched by the service during my stay from 19 to 21 September. Your team embodies genuine hospitality — from the warmest and friendliest welcome at check-in, to the thoughtful initiative consistently shown throughout my stay. The unsung heroes from Housekeeping never fail to greet guests with a smile, creating a sense of warmth and belonging that is often overlooked but deeply felt. I also witnessed a heartening moment where your Security team rushed out to assist a guest in a wheelchair and even helped us cross a busy street safely. These acts reflect not just duty, but genuine care for guests. My overall experience was truly memorable, and I left with a strong sense of appreciation for your team’s dedication and heart.

Service was great, they sent a buggy to send us to our block as it was a bit further away from the reception. Staff were all very friendly, always greeted us when we walk past each other. Nice view too!

Overall is really a beautiful plc to rest and get away from the busy city life. I would like to suggest more drinking water provided to guests (either provide a water dispenser or additional water given). Per room per day is only given 2 small bottles of mineral water. Believe me, in our climate it is really insufficient. I felt so dehydrated. The drinks I can order from the restaurant are sweetened drinks. So that was really a drawback for me. They have a shop but they do not sell any mineral water. Breakfast is quite sad too.. I was expecting a bit more options for this location since it is secluded frm other eateries. Room service food was much better than the breakfast provided so I'm not sure why such a big difference in quality and taste. Communications in the hotel can be better too. I had informed reception 4 hours before check out for use of a buggy as our unit is very far. Nobody came for us. They called to remind us to check out and I told them yes, we are waiting for the buggy we requested. Subsequently I had to call another 3 times before someone came and the person was also very rude.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel with my kids. The surroundings have changed drastically — it’s now quite noisy even at night. That being said, I still like the hotel very much. It’s value for money with great service, friendly staff, relaxing in-house massage, and yummy food at the restaurant. The hotel’s design is also quite impressive despite its age. The rooms have been renovated since my previous visit many years ago, and overall they are comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Location is 5 mins drive to Nagoya Hill. Please keep up the good work, and consider enhancing the sound insulation.

Very near Batam centre ferry centre, but away from beach area. Majestic hotel, grand, posh! I love this hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Pool is huge, with jacuzzi pool too. Staff is friendly. But pls buy your own water. As hotel only gives 2 bottles of water a day. Don't bother trying the massage at hotel. Not worth it

Hotel in an excellent location near Grand Batam Mall and A2 Food Court, yet slightly away from the congested area for some peace and quiet. Many eateries, cafes, spas and massage shops around the area. Good hotel breakfast with sufficient varieties. Rooms are well equipped including a coffee making machine. Highly recommeneded for convience.

The hotel is new and very clean, and the restaurant is spacious with a great variety of delicious food. Our room was also clean and comfortable. The two single beds in one room were more than enough space for our family of four. The staff were very friendly and polite, and we all really liked them. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Batam, we're very satisfied! 😀 There's even a go-kart track on the rooftop downstairs, and many restaurants, snacks, and massage parlors conveniently located nearby. It's also very suitable for parents with children 👏 Getting a taxi or using Grab is super convenient. It's truly worth recommending. I've already recommended it to many friends since returning to Singapore! 👍🏻

First time stay in Swiss belhotel harbour bay… Good hotel near by harbour bay ferry terminal..just walk about 10 minutes and the services is really awesome from the guest officer until the restaurant staff really excellent , especially Maya she always check on us about anything that make us comfortable to stay and she make birthday surprise that make us feel special and the restaurant staff Anabil (if not wrong the name 😊)he also very good But mostly all the staff in the hotel very good and friendly and the breakfast also good.. Is really recommended to stay there

Everything was great – the room facilities were excellent and perfect. The service attitude was also very good. The hotel offers massages, but I didn't book one. Breakfast was delicious. It's also very close to the pier, which is a big plus.

Very good location. Just stone’s throw from the hotel are the 60s tradition wet market, shops and malls to the new modern big malls. Big bright lobby with seats. Reasonable range and quality of food provided for breakfast buffet . Will be good if they provide the breakfast buffet as an option. Gave only 3 stars for cleanliness because we were given a smoking room even when we have booked a non-smoking room. The room has a weird smell even after they said they have cleaned it. They claimed all rooms were fully booked so can’t change. The hangers are those types that cannot be taken out and they were really built for tall people. Short people have difficulty hanging their clothes and if they are old, is “mission impossible”for them. No stools in the room to ease the challenge. The body soap and shampoo dispensers were difficult to press and only has very miserable drop being dispensed each time. Quality of the shampoo + conditioner (stated on the dispenser) is not good for female hair especially if is long.
