My stay at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon in Goa was an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. The room I was allocated was not only comfortable but also boasted a very spacious bathroom, enhancing the overall comfort and luxury of my stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with the swimming pool being a particular highlight due to its inviting atmosphere and pristine condition. The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa. .

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel and had a mixed experience overall. Initially, I was quite disappointed with the service. The check-in process was slow, and the room assigned was not up to the mark, leaving me questioning my choice to stay at the property. However, things took a positive turn when I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, Sunny. His response was nothing short of outstanding. Sunny listened patiently to my concerns and promptly addressed every issue. The bedsheet had some marks, which I pointed out to him, and he immediately got it replaced with a new one. He was focused on providing the best possible support during my stay, including arranging breakfast and dinner. He went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. During my stay over the Christmas holiday, I had brought a gift for my son and requested Sunny to deliver it while telling him that Santa had come and left the gift. He was extremely supportive in making the arrangements and ensured the gift was delivered in the morning, just as I had hoped. Sunny's proactive and empathetic approach completely transformed my experience. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction are commendable. By the end of my stay, I felt valued and well cared for, which is the hallmark of great hospitality. While the initial hiccups were disappointing, the recovery made by Sunny and his team (Chotti) deserves appreciation. I would recommend Ginger Hotel, but I also suggest they work on improving the initial experience for guests. A big thank you to Sunny for turning things around and leaving a positive impression.

Such a lovely hotel. Staff friendly and obliging. Urmila, the chef is an absolute asset to your hotel. What a beautiful lady. She definitely cooks from her heart . Rayna, the FnB manager is lovely also. The pool was lovely and relaxing and the pool staff were very nice and obliging. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

The resort in my opinion tends to cater more for the Indian guests,with regard to breakfast. It's a very clean hotel,our cleaner was fantastic. The pool is great,but you need to be on the ball if you want sunbeds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was ok,but takes forever to come. All in all a good place to stay, partly because of its location. I'm not sure it warrants the cost ,been going to Goa for 12yrs. Properties as good are available for less.Having said all that,I wouldn't put anyone off who was thinking of staying here.

Very nice Hotel in Calangute. Rooms are small but clean and Modern. The white and Yellow theme goes very well. Basic amenities pocket tea/coffee, soaps, and kettles are provided. Breakfast is very good and unlimited has options in both veg and nonveg. There is also a live counter where we can order egg dishes, sausages etc. The swimming pool and pool area are good and well clean. There is a multi-purpose room where indoor games and library books are placed. The hotel staff is friendly and polite particularly Azhar from the restaurant section who served our request was very polite and helpful. He was full of energy, and enthusiasm from Goa to serve all customers. I will highly recommend this hotel if staying near Calangute beach. The hotel is just behind MacD. The distance between the beach and the Hotel is approx 1km.

Let me start off by saying that the hospitality is one of the best I have ever experienced. Right from the front desk to the kitchen everything was top notch. Chef Rajeev took such great care of us and went out of his way to curate speciality food items. Even ***ager Sagar was very hospitable and friendly. The property is located conveniently in Anjuna and within a few minutes drive from all the top rated restaurants and joints. But you don't need that because the food at the hotel is so delicious you don't feel the need to go out to find good food. This hotel is definitely worthy of its 5star rating. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. There was no request from the help desk which was not attended. In short loved the place. Definately a must visit for couples and families.

The highest standard service!!! The best breakfasts and dinners , as foreigners we could try the local cousine which is awesome!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality so that we decided to extend our stay. It’s a 4 star ⭐️ hotel however thanks to its staff’s approach for me it should be ranked as 5 ☺️ Everything was clean and I felt taken care of. I definitely recommend staying at this property! You won’t regret it!

Beautiful property and perhaps one of the biggest Fairfield property. The service was professional and the room was cozy with all basic amenities. Beach is just a few hundred meters away though it’s not a private beach. Overall a wonderful place, most important for me was that it was not located in a crowded area. Breakfast buffet can improve.

We attended a marriage for Shantanu and Sherien at Belezza in Goa and were extremely satisfied with the quality of the resort and the amenities. The rooms are very specious, clean and house keeping service was very quick. Reception staff is super friendly and made things lot simpler for us. More than that the experience with staff during the marriage event , pre and after including members such as Govind, Deepesh, Jeetesh was simply amazing, they made us feel special and looked after all of us very well. We are taking these amazing moments spent back to our home in Melbourne and will cherish these for lifetime and share with our friends and family. We thank all the support staff and the top management for making the wedding very special not only for the couples but also for the families and guests. Will highly recommend Belezza to friends and families. Cheers.

The location of this hotel is the key, right in the middle of south and north goa. It was a pleasure staying in such an amazing property of fern. The room was luxurious and spacious too. they serve excellent food, especially the fish dishes. the best part of this property is there swimming pool. its huge and i had great time chilling in it. They got table tennis and even carrom which can keep you entertained. the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. so certainly a must visit hotel.

Great stay at the Azaya beach hotel. We opted for the pool suite, which was definitely worth it. Lots of space and a well maintained pool and room. All amenities you’d need are at the hotel and the staff are really lovely and welcoming. The food overall was super and great fresh juices and salads. We especially enjoyed the beach dinning, beautiful ambiance and very attentive team.

A clean quiet oasis in the heart of the restaurants and shops of Palolem. A fantastic pool overlocked by the clean spacious rooms. The breakfasts are a treat and the coffee the best I have had in any hotel abroad. The staff are attentive and extremely polite and resolve any problems or queries quickly and efficiently. The gym is also worth checking out, it was clean and well equipped and had good quality machine unlike the clapped out offerings in most hotels. In summary if you want a relaxing stay a cut above most other offerings in the area then don’t hesitate to book.

There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

Beyond Excellence! We stayed at this property for 4 nights in Feb recently and from the moment we entered the property that is huge to the time we checked out, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent hospitality. Well trained staff, quick room service for anything that you may require, yummiest gourmet food especially at the Fig and Olive restaurant. Since we were celebrating our Anniversary, we had requested for a room upgrade if possible and even though the hotel seemed full, Neysa took special care of our request and arranged to shift us after 2 nights. She also surprised us with an Anniversary cake. The property has its own white sand beach, so well maintained and also provides a complimentary pick and drop to Fisherman's Wharf. Best property to stay in if you are visiting south Goa. Taxis were also easily arranged by the front desk. Beautiful and very clean rooms. We didn't have even one moment of dissatisfaction. Totally recommended. Thankyou Holiday inn for a memorable stay!! Will visit again.

We were 2 couple and booked 2 rooms at roundcube guest house. We got very good deal on mm t and we paid 1400 rs for 1 room. Rooms were spaced and clean. Location is very good and beach is at walking distance. Bike rental service is also nearby.

its really good hotel, location wise execellant those who want to come for business trip. price and facility is really good. and food quality is really good. i will recommend this hotel those who are coming from train from outside and also want to go again by train so this hotel is really good.

For starters..Don't go by reviews on Google .. 3rd class property.. To start with the entrance is bad... On entry they act like they are very premium but they just act that way.. no amenities in room.. the laches don't work.. no wifi(they give you pictures of password but all password are wrong) no amenities.. the ac don't work , no tv for a price they charge.. the rooms are made of the cheapest material available (pvc) plastic .. no intercom. They give u personal number of employees who pick up according to their will... The worst is the tea supplies in rooms were all expired (best before Feb 23' ) when confronted for, they said all is fresh.. seriously.. the room beds are queen size.. when I opted for a family room... So many down 👇 sides for the property that I can go about.... So please please don't fall for the images and ratings . A big No.. Not worth a penny.. If u want to torcher someone.. send them here.. Only its located on a beach so people fall for their trap.. Highly not recommended.. A blanket was needed for my kid.. they simply didn't pick up.. in the morning they said you should have told us before.. A big NO..
