"We stayed as a family of three, including an elementary school-aged child. We paid the child's rate, but there were no amenities for the children and they had to sleep in the same bed as us, which was quite difficult with an older child. "Because it was a last-minute trip, location was my top priority. It's right next to Dogo Onsen, making it a great location for strolling through the shopping district at night. We stayed in a tatami room for four, and aside from the initially unpleasant tatami smell, everything was fine. The large windows provided a beautiful view. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and I was very satisfied. They had a variety of dishes made with Matsuyama ingredients, and the restaurant was comfortable. The staff were all friendly. The onsen was fantastic. The water was incredibly clean. It was convenient to use, and the view from the open-air bath was amazing. Having a Korean staff member made everything convenient."

I returned the breakfast voucher to the front desk and asked them to double-check, as 3000 yen isn't a small amount. The front desk said they would verify and call my room, but I never heard back, even until check-out. For a hotel of this caliber, I really think this is unacceptable, especially since this was the part I was most looking forward to in Matsuyama. However, despite this minor flaw, the rest of my experience was absolutely perfect."

"We stayed alone with a plan without breakfast service. There is an ion nearby and there is no worry about eating. I booked it in a double room but was passed to a twin room, but I was very satisfied with the spacious room. I felt a little dark in the building because it was evening wear, but I felt it was unavoidable considering energy saving. I like amenities and cleanliness and I would like to continue using it in the future."

"Room The room was spacious and clean. The furniture was stylish and made me feel relaxed. The presence of a sauna was a big plus. Having the toilet separate from the bathroom was also nice. Location I think it's in a good location for sightseeing in the city. Also, since the hotel is on the 8th floor of a department store, it was convenient for eating and buying souvenirs. Parking I parked in the adjacent multi-story parking garage. There was a connecting walkway, so getting around was convenient."

"Trip.com  wrong room! This is the first time  this happened!  I booked 2 new wing standard twin rooms (Figure 3, 4)  I went to the hotel and the new wing casual room- I didn't even have toilets and bathing facilities.  I used  to negotiate with the hotel for more than 1 hour.  I couldn't speak  I finally knew that it was caused by the error of communication between trip.com and the local  Tourism Agent Company in Japan. I was very tired.  But I booked the room and it was full of sun.  It is convenient for my family to have a toilet at night. The hotel helped me change the old wing single room (with toilet, picture 1 and 2)  I want two people a single bed,  room  very narrow,  toilet smell 😢  To praise the hotel manager and staff for being very polite, try to communicate and change rooms.   This loss is actually difficult to make up for. It is always a hot spring hotel. Family and friends have expectations for staying. It also wastes a lot of travel  precious time , so disappointed 😞"

We arrived around 7pm, and the welcoming hotielier made sure we could take dinner in a restuarant next door, even though we were not staying at their facility--such a kind move! The space was peaceful and welcoming, the traditional men/women bathing experiences were so comfortable and well-supplied. The tatami sleeping room was perfect, and kept successfully cool in a VERY hot summer. The traditional Japanese seto breakfast and dining area were equally special. I cannot recommend this wonderful inn highly enough! The location is the only somewhat limiting factor, as there is not much around the inn regarding food and amenities."

2024.7月以来2回目の利用でした。 多々羅大橋のたもとにある大三島BSからは島の反対側ですが、バスで移動しました。バス停からはすぐです。 近くにマーレ・グラッシア大三島さんがあって温泉に入れるし、大三島ブリューワリーさんはすぐ近くなのが気に入っています。 大山祇神社も徒歩で行けて、朝の静かで凛とした空気の中でお参り出来ました。 ランドリーやキッチンもあるので、長期滞在やサイクリングの宿に最適だと思います。 オーナーご夫妻も気さくで、また大三島に行く時には利用したいです。

Location is a short walk from Dogo onsen station. The experience was amazing, rooms were huge and I was surprised to have a staff member show us around the room and explain the amenities available. The amount of hospitality is above and beyond any we've experienced at other places and ryokans. They also have a very beautiful outdoor garden, onsen and geta (traditional Japanese wooden shoes) and yukata to wear around the premises.

Booked a single room, there is a bed, to be honest, the room is small, but the price is there. The bathroom and toilet are shared, but the hygiene is no problem, very clean, there is a shared kitchen, there is a microwave oven to heat the lunch, and it is similar to at home. This time it was the cycling island Bohai Road, the hotel in the middle, the hotel was on the shrine of a shrine, and the hotel's integrated dining bar solved the breakfast and lunch problem very well.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, the level of health was very high, the restaurant location was relatively small, and the lobby was relatively small. But the room equipment is very new and clean, there is no noise, the location is not close to the city center, so the environment is very good, but there are large shopping malls nearby. In addition, the hot spring facilities are more disappointing, because there is only a small independent pool, the hot spring pool is less, but overall it is still enjoyable.
