Fantastic! The room was cleaned promptly, and the cleaning staff were very thoughtful. The location offers extremely convenient transportation. I stayed here for a concert and was completely satisfied. If I have another event, I'd definitely choose this place again!
This is an excellent hotel with great service, cleanliness, and facilities! The location is particularly fantastic, right across from the pedestrian street, and only about a 10-minute walk to Kawagoe's old town. Next to the hotel is Hon-Kawagoe Station, and the JR station is also a 10-minute walk away, with bus connections between the two. One thing to note is that Hon-Kawagoe Station doesn't have many lines; some connect to JR, but you can only buy tickets for the current line. Any additional fare needed must be paid at the final station.
Every time I visit Japan, no matter where I go first, my last stop is always Tokyo. And when I'm in Tokyo, Urawa Pines Hotel is my absolute top choice. While it's located at Urawa Station in Saitama Prefecture, it's incredibly close to Tokyo, and the transportation is unbelievably convenient. Let me elaborate:
* **To Ueno or Tokyo:** No transfers needed, and you can take a rapid train.
* **To Ikebukuro or Shinjuku:** Again, no transfers, and a rapid train gets you there quickly.
* **To Karuizawa:** Just hop on the Shinkansen at Omiya Station.
* **To Yokohama:** Direct train, no transfers. You can even get directly to Odawara and Atami.
Besides the convenient transportation, the shopping is also a big draw, with Isetan and PARCO right at the station exit. The small street leading to the hotel is a bustling food street, full of delicious options.
But the best part, ultimately, is the hotel itself. The rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, and cozy. Even the smaller rooms are 24 square meters, and the larger ones are 32 square meters – which is almost unbelievable in Japan, where space is at such a premium. What's even more surprising is the price.
For anyone doing a self-guided tour of Japan, Urawa Pines Hotel should be your first choice. Highly, highly recommend it!!!
The hotel is beautiful. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Staffs are attentive and friendly. It is very clean and spacious. with around 10 mins walk to Saitama shintoshin station. it connected to shopping center, supermarket and movie theater. Great choice if you are looking for staying away from the loud and busy city.
The hotel is right next to Hanno Station, which is very convenient. It felt like a high-end hotel in the past. I was surprised that I could see the fireworks in the distance from the room that night.
The breakfast restaurant is large and comfortable. Breakfast time is until 9 o'clock, but at 8 o'clock there is not much food left, not even white rice, so if you check in, you have to go for breakfast early.
It's an old hotel, so there are traces of an old resort hotel. The facilities are old, but the interior is nice. There is a hot spring on the premises, which guests can use. There are no shops nearby, so we ate at the restaurant in the hot spring facility. It's inconvenient if you don't have a car, but you can get there by bus from Shinrin-koen Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. You can also get to the Fukaya Hanazono outlet by bus, so it's a good place to enjoy hot springs and shopping relatively close to the city center.
Beautiful traditional Japanese stay. It was a bit further away from the city, but the experience made it worthwhile. Dinner was excellent, with many creative dishes. It was also included in the price. The onsen was very well kept, and the place was clean. Would 100% recommend staying here.
Look at picture 1 first haha, it should be a natural hot spring bar ~ It was still a bit awkward when I booked it. After all, I commented on 0 on Trip.com . I later went to the Japanese official website of this hot spring hotel and was attracted by the picture. Until I checked XHS, the locals recommended to take the baby to this hot spring hotel. The key is that there are very few notes on XHS about this Dasongge name Li Hot Spring. After understanding, I know that this hotel is best to have a car, otherwise I will have to pick up the hotel's free van at the meal station.
Actual stay experience: very good! ! ! We went on Christmas Day, there were almost no people, and we also made an appointment for a private soup. Our sophomore and sophomore gave us the key to the hot spring, and we really made a private space. Basic toiletries in the rock hot springs are available, including follow-up lotion, lotion, hair dryer, etc.
The room was originally set with breakfast and dinner. We got a Japanese-style room on the 3rd floor. There were bathrobes in the closet. The room was a traditional tatami room. Someone helped us make the bed at night. There was an uncle stomach for dinner, and we served dinner in the next room. Will also introduce every meal. I think the meal of the day is mainly fish cuisine, and there is a beef cuisine (three pieces). When it was set, 2 large and 2 small. The dinner and breakfast were all meals for our adults. It felt good value for money. Every dish is fresh and served. For breakfast, it is a traditional Japanese breakfast (including natto, rice, vegetables, etc.). If you are with children, there is no milk for breakfast. The dining place is a hall with a public area with mountain views. The Chinese are only us, interpreting the locals of Japan.
There is a large bath on the 5th floor, and there is a small outdoor hot spring in the women's style. There is free tea and popsicles at the elevator on the 5th floor after the hot spring. The children's play area on the first floor is full of wooden toys. The two are still playing. Adults can drink tea, coffee, biscuits and read books next to them. The children let them play by themselves. Life is really beautiful! Finally, we played a table game together. The slide is also cute and small wooden, and it feels that wooden toys are the characteristics of this hot spring hotel. There is also a seating area on the other side of the first floor, but there is no comic book, and there is free orange juice, tea, and coffee.
Overall, it gives people a holiday, relaxation, and warmth!
Because it is the first comment, I have written a lot, or I want to give some tips for friends who are preparing to set this hotel in China. If you need to drive to the attractions near the hot spring hotel, you can reach the Mming Park. Although I booked through the agency on c, I think the price is similar to the official website. If dinner is to be upgraded and the beef package (+4400/person) needs to be booked through Trip.com three days in advance. But you can't upgrade adults alone. If you have children, you have to upgrade together, which is a bit unreasonable. But entering the countryside should be the local rule. You can see the hotel's own official w.
The chestnut pie presented in the room is delicious! There are free biscuits in the children's play area to rest, this is super delicious! Later, we bought it at the front desk shopping. But it seems that there is no such delicious food to buy back~ Haha, maybe it is still to cooperate with the happy atmosphere at that time.
The hotel is conveniently located, close to attractions and shopping centers, but it is difficult to get up and down the hotel. The reception is in the attic, with an electric staircase going up from the basement, but only stairs going down to the ground, which makes it difficult to carry large luggage. At the same time, you have to take off your shoes as soon as you enter the lobby, and you cannot wear shoes when taking the elevator to your room, but the floor inside the elevator does not feel very clean. The large bath feels like a bathhouse. Although the staff's attitude was just average, they processed the check-in procedure quickly.

MmalydDespite the fairly sprayed view of the walls, it was very clean. Here you can dive into the atmosphere of the time that personally for me was a undeniable advantage. At the same time, there are the necessary modern facilities in the hotel. The owners were polite. There is an onsen(cento) in which you can rest after a long day. Unfortunately, I couldn't try local breakfast because I needed a premature reservation I forgot to make. Location of standards, from the station on the straight road.
