I bought a room and two meals at Chichibu Miyamoto no Yu. The room was relatively small, but the dinner was really rich. I put on my yukata and kimono and had a banquet with my family. It was full of ritual. The hot spring was also very clean and comfortable😌

The hotel is right next to Hanno Station, which is very convenient. It felt like a high-end hotel in the past. I was surprised that I could see the fireworks in the distance from the room that night. The breakfast restaurant is large and comfortable. Breakfast time is until 9 o'clock, but at 8 o'clock there is not much food left, not even white rice, so if you check in, you have to go for breakfast early.

The hotel is located in the center of Kawagoe, 10 minutes away from the Koedo scenic area. Moreover, the hotel in the Tokyo area does not increase the price on Saturdays and Sundays. The room for more than 300 yuan also comes with a large bath and hot spring.

Despite the rather worn appearance of the walls, it was very clean. You can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of that era, which was a definite plus for me. At the same time, the hotel also has all the necessary modern amenities. The owners were polite. There's an onsen (sento) where you can relax after a long day. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the local breakfast because you need to make a reservation in advance, which I forgot to do. The location is fine, a direct route from the station.

Look at the picture first. Haha, it must be a natural hot spring. I was a little nervous when I made the reservation. After all, there were 0 reviews on Ctrip. I later visited the Japanese official website of this hot spring hotel and was attracted by the pictures. It wasn't until I checked XHS that I was recommended to take my kids to this hot spring hotel by the local people's notes. The key is that there are very few notes on the XHS about the Dasongkaku Minguri Hot Spring. After learning about this hotel, I learned that it is best to have your own car to go to this hotel, otherwise you have to wait for the hotel's free van to pick you up at Hanno Station. Actual check-in experience: very good! ! ! We went there on Christmas Day, and there were almost no people around. We also made a reservation for a private hot spring. We were given a key to the hot spring by Iwa Hot Spring, which made us a truly private space. Basic toiletries are available in Iwa Onsen, including subsequent lotions, lotions, hair dryers, etc. I originally booked a room with breakfast and dinner included. We got the Japanese-style room 307 on the third floor. There were bathrobes in the wardrobe. The room was a traditional tatami room. Someone helped us make the bed at night. An uncle served us dinner, and we ate in the next room. Each meal will also be introduced. I saw that the meal of the day was mainly fish dishes, and there was also a wagyu dish (three slices). When I originally ordered 2 adults and 2 children, the dinner and breakfast were all meals for us adults. I felt it was a great value for money. Every dish is served fresh. For breakfast, it is a traditional Japanese breakfast (containing natto, rice, vegetables, etc.). Please note that if you are bringing children, there is no milk for breakfast. The dining location is a hall and a common area with a mountain view. We are the only Chinese people, interpreting Japanese locals. There is a large bath on the 5th floor, and a small outdoor hot spring for women. There is free tea and popsicles at the elevator entrance on the 5th floor after the hot spring. The children's play area on the first floor is full of wooden toys. The two of them are still having fun playing. The adults can drink tea, coffee, biscuits and read books nearby, while the children let them play by themselves. Life is so beautiful! Finally, we played a tabletop game together. The slide is also so cute and small, made of wood. I feel that wooden toys are the specialty of this hot spring hotel. There is also a rest area on the other side of the first floor, but there are no comic books. There is also free orange juice, tea, and coffee. Generally speaking, it gives people a feeling of vacation, relaxation and warmth! Because this is my first review, I have written quite a lot. I still want to give some tips to friends in China who are planning to book this hotel. If you need to drive to the attractions near the hot spring hotel, you can reach Moomin Park. Although I booked through LiC, I think the price is similar to the official website price. If you want to upgrade to the Wagyu set meal (+4400/person) for dinner, you need to make a reservation through Ctrip three days in advance. However, adults cannot be upgraded separately. If there are children, they must be upgraded together. This is a bit unreasonable. But when in town, do as the Romans do, it should be the local rule. For details, you can check the hotel's own official website. The chestnut pie given in the room is delicious! There are free cookies in the children’s play area, which are super delicious! Later, we went to buy some at the front desk shopping area. But when I bought it, it didn’t seem as delicious as the one I ate at that time. Haha, maybe it had to match the joyful atmosphere at that time.
