GGuest UserThe most important thing to remember about the Mark Grand is that Google Maps will show two Mark Grand hotels and one of them is wrong. Make sure that you find the correct address. The Mark Grand is a renamed and arguably improved upscale hotel in Saitama. It's a few train stops from Ueno and there's more than one way to get there depending if you're coming from say Shinjuku or Ueno. The rooms are immaculate with drip coffee, a humidifier, and you are given the option to have your room cleaned on specific days (not every day). JP customer service, as always, is excellent and although the breakfast buffet doesn't change, the options are more than enough to keep your palate satisfied for a week's stay. There's a Lawson at the second floor and an excellent gym, pool, and spa (not really an onsen). Unfortunately, the sports center isn't free and you have to pay a small fee (1200 yen) to use it but it's more than worth it. It's extremely popular with the older locals and make sure you visit in less busy times. There is a Cocoon mall nearby which is not busy and since the hotel is located in the CBD, you only come across salarymen rather than the annoying Western tourists. I also highly recommend the Railway Museum in Saitama, which is a short 2 stops away. If you're familiar with JP trains and don't mind the short commute, I highly recommend the hotel.

GGuest UserIt's just a 10-minute walk from Omiya Station, entirely accessible via a pedestrian bridge. What a pleasant surprise to find there's even a direct connection to Sonic City Hall for concerts! During check-in, I was delighted to meet a Chinese-speaking staff member. The room was immaculately clean, and the view from the window was fantastic! The 12 PM check-out time was incredibly convenient for us late-risers. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we'll definitely be back next year!

GGuest UserBeautiful traditional Japanese stay. It was a bit further away from the city, but the experience made it worthwhile. Dinner was excellent, with many creative dishes. It was also included in the price. The onsen was very well kept, and the place was clean. Would 100% recommend staying here.

YyurienaThe twin room is very comfortable with a balcony. I also like the breakfast, it's a relaxing hotel. I had fried oysters for dinner and they were delicious! There were Kanebo amenities such as lotion. They don't seem to lend out hair irons or anything else. I've been here a few times.

GGuest UserWe booked a Japanese-style room for four with futons on tatami mats. The bedding was a bit firm but acceptable. The room wasn't very big, but it was very clean. The hotel's location was great, right in the city center. There's an art museum on the second floor of the same building, featuring a Picasso painting, but photography isn't allowed. Admission for adults is 1000 JPY. In this regard, it doesn't quite measure up to the Getty Museum, which is massive, free, and permits photography. The hotel breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options and was very generous. Nearby attractions include Kawagoe Ichibangai and Hikawa Shrine, where you can pray for good fortune. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Furuhashi at the front desk! I was trying to book ferry tickets online from Aomori to Hakodate but encountered a problem; I couldn't navigate the Japanese website. Ms. Furuhashi very patiently helped me book tickets for my whole family on her phone, a process that took a full 40 minutes. She solved a huge problem for me, as all our subsequent hotels were already booked, and if we hadn't secured those tickets, our entire itinerary would have needed to be rearranged. We can't thank her enough! We're currently on the ferry to Hakodate, and I'd give her ten thousand thumbs up!👍

TTJ keiIt's an old hotel, so there are traces of an old resort hotel. The facilities are old, but the interior is nice. There is a hot spring on the premises, which guests can use. There are no shops nearby, so we ate at the restaurant in the hot spring facility. It's inconvenient if you don't have a car, but you can get there by bus from Shinrin-koen Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. You can also get to the Fukaya Hanazono outlet by bus, so it's a good place to enjoy hot springs and shopping relatively close to the city center.

CCornnnnnkiThe last two days of the trip were spent at Kawagoe Prince Hotel The service staff can speak simple English, and the supplies are placed in the lobby for you to pick up The hotel offers buffets, afternoon tea, etc. It is common to see guests enjoying afternoon tea snacks in the dining area next to the lobby. If you drive, you can park at the Seibu Railway Cooperative Parking Lot next to you. It's very cheap at 500 yen a day. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Koedo. There is also a famous udon shop called Tabelog nearby. I ate there for two consecutive days. The location is very good. If you want to travel through it, you can stay here for a day to rest.

AAnitaWe are traveling by car. We almost didn't notice it when driving to the hotel entrance according to GPS. It was too different from the entrance of the hotel front door. It was too small. Because there was no parking in front of the door, there was no place to avoid the car. We only continued to drive forward until there was an intersection to go to the back of the hotel. I found its parking lot. Luggage needs to use the goods elevator through the attic sundries room to the attic lobby Check in, the same when checking out, but as soon as you step into the lobby, you have to take off your shoes and put them in the locker to bury the counter to handle the check-in procedures. It turned out that you can't wear shoes anywhere in the hotel, which is a bit uncomfortable. The twin room was smaller than expected and barely enough space to open 2 29. Cleanliness is acceptable. Hotel location in a shopping center, very close to attractions.

MmalydDespite the fairly sprayed view of the walls, it was very clean. Here you can dive into the atmosphere of the time that personally for me was a undeniable advantage. At the same time, there are the necessary modern facilities in the hotel. The owners were polite. There is an onsen(cento) in which you can rest after a long day. Unfortunately, I couldn't try local breakfast because I needed a premature reservation I forgot to make. Location of standards, from the station on the straight road.

AAnonymous UserLook at picture 1 first haha, it should be a natural hot spring bar ~ It was still a bit awkward when I booked it. After all, I commented on 0 on Trip.com . I later went to the Japanese official website of this hot spring hotel and was attracted by the picture. Until I checked XHS, the locals recommended to take the baby to this hot spring hotel. The key is that there are very few notes on XHS about this Dasongge name Li Hot Spring. After understanding, I know that this hotel is best to have a car, otherwise I will have to pick up the hotel's free van at the meal station. Actual stay experience: very good! ! ! We went on Christmas Day, there were almost no people, and we also made an appointment for a private soup. Our sophomore and sophomore gave us the key to the hot spring, and we really made a private space. Basic toiletries in the rock hot springs are available, including follow-up lotion, lotion, hair dryer, etc. The room was originally set with breakfast and dinner. We got a Japanese-style room on the 3rd floor. There were bathrobes in the closet. The room was a traditional tatami room. Someone helped us make the bed at night. There was an uncle stomach for dinner, and we served dinner in the next room. Will also introduce every meal. I think the meal of the day is mainly fish cuisine, and there is a beef cuisine (three pieces). When it was set, 2 large and 2 small. The dinner and breakfast were all meals for our adults. It felt good value for money. Every dish is fresh and served. For breakfast, it is a traditional Japanese breakfast (including natto, rice, vegetables, etc.). If you are with children, there is no milk for breakfast. The dining place is a hall with a public area with mountain views. The Chinese are only us, interpreting the locals of Japan. There is a large bath on the 5th floor, and there is a small outdoor hot spring in the women's style. There is free tea and popsicles at the elevator on the 5th floor after the hot spring. The children's play area on the first floor is full of wooden toys. The two are still playing. Adults can drink tea, coffee, biscuits and read books next to them. The children let them play by themselves. Life is really beautiful! Finally, we played a table game together. The slide is also cute and small wooden, and it feels that wooden toys are the characteristics of this hot spring hotel. There is also a seating area on the other side of the first floor, but there is no comic book, and there is free orange juice, tea, and coffee. Overall, it gives people a holiday, relaxation, and warmth! Because it is the first comment, I have written a lot, or I want to give some tips for friends who are preparing to set this hotel in China. If you need to drive to the attractions near the hot spring hotel, you can reach the Mming Park. Although I booked through the agency on c, I think the price is similar to the official website. If dinner is to be upgraded and the beef package (+4400/person) needs to be booked through Trip.com three days in advance. But you can't upgrade adults alone. If you have children, you have to upgrade together, which is a bit unreasonable. But entering the countryside should be the local rule. You can see the hotel's own official w. The chestnut pie presented in the room is delicious! There are free biscuits in the children's play area to rest, this is super delicious! Later, we bought it at the front desk shopping. But it seems that there is no such delicious food to buy back~ Haha, maybe it is still to cooperate with the happy atmosphere at that time.
