Hotels With Bar in Shimane Prefecture, Japan

I was upgraded to their largest room, complete with an ocean view and a private bathroom. It was absolutely fantastic; everything was perfect. They also offer free bicycle rentals. Parking is available for a fee, but it's incredibly convenient, which is a huge bonus in Japan where parking can often be a major issue.

The room seemed to have been renewed and was beautiful. The building is not new but very clean. The staff was also kind and nice. I booked a room with a lake view, but it was a little disappointing that the parking lot was in front of me.

It’s really a very good hotel. I didn’t expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

All dinners were delicious and the quantity was more than enough. However, as soon as we were seated, the grill and pot were turned on, so the meat ended up getting burnt or overcooked before we could finish the appetizers and sashimi we wanted to eat first. If you could adjust the timing a little more, I wouldn't say much. Every side dish at the breakfast buffet was really delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it. In particular, the French toast was the most delicious I've ever eaten!

The service is amazing. They guided us from the moment we entered the hotel and asked us about food allergies, whether the towels and bathrobes in the room needed to be changed every day, cleaning time and meal time, and escorted us to the door of the room. One night and two meals, I almost cried after eating, and it cured my problem of not eating fish. Their mixed soup requires special clothes, and there are very few people. The hotel also has a shuttle bus, see the time in the picture below. I always go out and take the bus to Matsue next door. There is no hot water in the bathroom of the room, and there is no hot water in the shower. Is it my personal problem? The projection of Shimane and the hotel's promotional video in the mixed soup has no sound, so disappointing. The Shimane snacks given by the hotel for two days were all robbed by the deer in Miyajima, so cruel. 😂

It was very nice that the landlady was kind. The hot springs are also good. The Italian for dinner is delicious, but I thought that the amount was small for those who often eat it.

The hotel is very new. We stayed in a lake view bungalow (two beds + tatami mats). It was a bit crowded for four people, but the floor-to-ceiling windows and the view of Lake Shinji made it worth full marks! The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is large, very new, and full of sunshine, but you don't often encounter service staff. You need to take the trolley yourself and return your luggage to the designated location on the first floor. The architectural design is a bit strange in that there is no door, but a small The main entrance, as well as two side entrances. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance at first. It is strange that guests need to pay for parking (500 yen per day, the ticket must be presented to the counter for magnetization) The public bath on the top floor is good, the facilities are very new, the space is large, the view is good, and the temperature is moderate. We like the casual clothes provided in the room (not a yukata, just a black top + pants), which can be worn to bathe or sleep in It is comfortable, but it cannot be worn in the public areas on the first floor and the restaurant on the second floor. We stayed during the Christmas period. There was only a buffet restaurant to choose from. The breakfast was very good. The menu options were not very large but the dishes were exquisite and delicious. It should be noted that there are very few restaurants around the hotel. If you stay here, you don’t want to eat expensive food on the second floor. Buffet restaurant, it is best to finish your meal during the trip and then return to the hotel.

It was a clean and good location hotel. It is a walking distance to Matsue Jo castle and is on the side of Lake Hodo, so the scenery is outstanding.
