The location is very Good which just next to KB Mall, one of the shopping complex in Kota Bharu. And next to it is Starbucks. The staff are very polite & friendly. Just one thing need to improve was the room's windows. The owner need to do the maintenance for the room's windows as it's not sound proof.

My first time booking hotel at Kelantan, and its really great. The room is superb. Swimming pool and the cafe was great.They have variety of food, and of course some local choices like nasi kerabu and kuih muih. It just the parking was not spacious, and some room that we got into, The hotel combines modern luxury with rich Malay cultural elements, offering a unique experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

Location in town. Easy access to restaurants and mall. Free parking. When we arrived, the receptionist told me that my booking was not in the system. We have to wait for quite some time. But thanks to them, they tried to settle the problem and give us other room. Thank you very much. Breakfast was okay. Not many choices but still okay.

I have stayed here twice, staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast is provided. The whole homestay was nicely decorated with flowers and small decoration items, room overall is clean. The only one room at ground floor is a two-bed room, no aircon, price is cheap though and has a shared toilet outside the room. Upstairs has three rooms - Only the family room (Master bedroom) with two beds has its own toilet, for the two other two rooms are sharing the same toilet. For the travellers who don’t like shared toilet better booked for the big room. Overall experience is excellent, the only downside is the location is a bit too far for people who don’t drive.

The hotel is strategically located at centre of Kota Bharu and opposite kelantan river. Walking distance to Muzium Perang (Bank Kerapu), other few museums & Restoran nasi ulam cikgu. There is a few food stalls open at night near the hotel. Cannot expect much for amenities but the hotel did provide body wash in the toilet but no shampoo. Still feel safe as solo female traveller. Plus point the hotel has elevator & water refill machine on every floor if im not mistaken. The downside maybe the hotel’s hallway seems a bit gloomy & musty. No window hence the musty smell in the room as well. However, i would definitely choose this hotel again if i ever come to Kota Bharu considering its location & price wise.

If u happen to be in Tanah Metah, get this hotel. It is super clean. Im satisfief about the cleanliness, comfortability and great location infromt of the shops. At first, lm damn worried incase the noise from the shops n streets might disturb my nap, but amazingly, l hear nothing. Thats great. When u stay at hotel, u need peace to continue your journey. So, l got it. Alhamdulillah. Sone might complain regarding the price, but if u need comfort, u must willing to pay a bit more. There is no breakfast served too but its ok, lots of shops around it. Just grab it. No need to grumble. You cannot have everything in life. Be happy, go lucky!
