I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the swimming pool easily became my favourite highlight during the trip. The pool area is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with crystal-clear water that feels refreshing at just the right temperature. There are plenty of comfortable lounge chairs around the poolside for sunbathing or relaxing after swimming, and the surrounding landscaping creates a peaceful, resort-like atmosphere. The staff regularly cleans the pool and checks water quality, making it safe for both adults and kids to enjoy anytime. I loved taking morning laps and unwinding with a casual swim in the evening. Combined with friendly service and tidy guest rooms, this fantastic pool experience makes me eager to book this hotel again for my next holiday. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves swimming!~！！！

Space Pattaya had a large waterpark with a lazy river, wave pool, child pool and a waterslide. All of them were very fun to be in and enjoy. The service was very good as when I wrote down a note to the staff to give us more bath gel, they gave us more bath gel! Also, they gave my son a plushie for his birthday and wrote a note to him. The food was good aswell. It was very memorable and one of the best hotels I have been to.

This was my second stay here, and it was another excellent experience. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to the mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. There's also a convenience store nearby. Highly recommend!

This hotel is just an average five-star. The pool facilities are quite good, but unfortunately, there are too many Chinese tour groups staying here, which spoils the nice environment. Breakfast is mediocre, almost entirely catering to Chinese tour groups. The lobby staff's service attitude isn't great. The rooms are quite large with balconies, which is comfortable, but breakfast is almost entirely taken over by Chinese tour groups, and it's extremely noisy.

Our overall stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, right beneath Terminal 21 shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining out, and travel couldn't be easier. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight, offering expansive views and an unobstructed city panorama – perfect for photos with an amazing atmosphere and stunning scenery. The rooms are clean and tidy, providing a very comfortable living experience. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, with both Western and Asian options available. The ingredients are fresh, and the selection is incredibly abundant; we were very satisfied with our meals every day. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient and smooth. Whether you're on a leisurely vacation or a short trip, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

We stayed in a family room and got a 50% discount from Trip.com! 🥰 The room was great, and the bathroom was spectacular with strong water pressure. The AC was cold, and the atmosphere around the hotel was perfect for photos. The staff, from the bellhop onwards, were very welcoming, with an aromatherapy-like vibe. The highlight here is definitely the pool, but we didn't get to swim because it was a Saturday and super crowded. 😂 We'll definitely come back again next time! 💛💛💛

Traveling with family, the hotel is very close to Jomtien Beach. You can practically walk from the pool, cross the road, and be right on the sand. Jomtien Beach and the beaches near Walking Street are pretty similar – there's no real concept of 'clean' or 'unclean' there; the sand is quite coarse, and the sea is comparable to the non-private beaches in Hainan. So, if you're going to Pattaya to enjoy the sea, you really need to go to Koh Larn, otherwise, it's not much different from a trip to Hainan. My parents even struggled with the local food, which felt like an unnecessary hassle, haha. The hotel's swimming pool is quite small and connects to the breakfast area. The breakfast, however, was plentiful and had a lovely ambiance, where you could enjoy the sea and sunshine while eating.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they'd greet me every time we met. The gentleman who helped with luggage was also very kind. There's a bar for drinks and a swimming pool, plus a private beach. They even have evening activities like dancing. The price is unbeatable! I'll definitely stay here again next time.
