"Two empty pet şişe and an empty bag of ıslak mendil bulduk. Hemde a TV komanda. Also the light at the front door was burned out, and the emiş ventilatör in the bathroom did not work. Ayna tam buharlanmıştır. Also, the toilet seat is the wrong size for the toilet. It moves around while you are sitting on it. Also, the tub does not drain while you are shoering. It covered my feet. Finally, the light over the coffee machine is too dim, and the coffee kettle lid is broken."

"I've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess. There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan. They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool. Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming. Overall it is worth it."

"The hotel room showed the sign of age but it was still clean. I was happy to have offered an upgrade of room with good view of the Van lake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because the centralised air conditioning system made me sweat throughout the night. The room was so hot! Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast offered many choices of food. We also dined in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was average."

"This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night mainly to enjoy the facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and spa area. First of all, I would like to appreciate the staff and management for being friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong date, and they kindly helped us change the booking to one day earlier so we could stay immediately, which we were very thankful for. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, the room and breakfast experience were good. However, the main disappointment was the wellness facilities, which were the main reason we chose this hotel. When we arrived, there were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, including stains in the toilet, and we had to request additional cleaning. The swimming pool was extremely cold and basically unusable. We were told it had been turned off because of the seasonal change, which was disappointing as this information was not made clear beforehand. The sauna was also cold when we arrived, and staff informed us it needed a few hours to heat up, so we could only use it briefly. The steam room was completely out of service due to technical issues. In the end, we could only properly use the Turkish bath area. While the staff were polite and tried to help, the facilities unfortunately did not match the expectations created by the hotel advertisement and booking experience. I think this hotel has potential because the rooms and customer service were good, but the wellness facilities need better maintenance and clearer communication for guests."

"Very bad, not very recommended. The sanitation is average, the shower room for bathing is broken, and there is no air conditioning. The buffet breakfast is just fine, not suitable for Asian tastes. Seriously not recommended"
