Schöne alte Hacienda mit Pool und leckeren Margaritas etwas außerhalb von Izamal. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Leider war unser Zimmer gegen Abend dann vollständig voll mit großen Ameisen. Ich habe schon öfter mitten im Dschungel geschlafen, Gekkos, Raupen etc. sind kein Problem und normal. Aber gegen Abend war eine Wand, die Dusche, die Decke und alle Handtücher vollständig bedeckt mit 1cm großen Ameisen. Das war für mich leider grenzwertig, da auch alle Moskitonetze kaputt und löchrig waren. Löcher sollten sich auch in einem alten Haus abdichten lassen. Außerdem gibt es keine Trennung zwischen Schlafraum und Bad, ebenso Toilette. Für ein Boutique Hotel zu dem Preis für mich nicht ok.

Gorgeous boutique hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The heir of the estate actually greets guests and ensures they have a pleasant stay. We only got to stay for one night, but they upgraded our room and allowed us to enjoy the pool as we arrived early and they needed time to get the room ready. It is worth the price.

Wonderful hacienda and room. Bathtub amazing. Pool is ok. Cenote is small and not beautiful. Awful breakfast, awful service at breakfast, cheap coffee, small assiette of fruits, one orange juice for two, no refill. Ridiculous and petty for the price.

Hotel with high performance price ratio. Not far from the Usmar attractions. The room is large and competitive compared to the two famous hotels at the entrance of the pyramid. The green grass in the hotel. Friendly service. It is a pity that the hotel front desk cannot change foreign exchange. And Usmar heritage attractions are the most pricey tourist attractions we have met in Mexico.

The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 160 can only tiptoe 😅

I really like this old hotel, the perfect location, the Buddha and the warm service, the Mexican service is really very good. The executive floor is set, and those snacks and coffee breakfast are free. The service is really great, people can't help but tip more.
