Overall the stay was good. Great location, close to everything. The hot tub only worked 1 out of the 4 days we were there and the pool I felt needed to be warmer but my wife said it was on the last day on her morning swim. The hotel had minimal staff during our stay but I still got what I needed when I called so that was nice. TIPS: - Rooms need more (or larger) garbage bins. - Rooms need a recycle bin. - Hotel needs more garbage and recycle bins on each floor. Eg. at each elevator, near the ice/water machine, main floor entrance (inside and out). - Hotel needs recycle bins on each floor.

Squeaky bed. The main floor was a hot mess from room construction, which i was able to hear in the am and be woken up from. there were used dryer sheets in the bedding, and pillow cases stuck in my sheets. there was no maid to bring new materials throughout my stay. 7/10. i like the hotel and would stay again, although some alterations needed.

Overall a good stay. Parking in the ramp is a breeze. Downtown location is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary bathroom amenities, they are different from the usual hotel stay. Tasteful decor.  The carpet in our room is worn and had a big stain. Bathroom tile could use a good steam as the grout is quite black.

I love the americinn hotels. This was our first time at this location. Our king studio suite was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Only downfall was the fact that the little kid portion of the pool was slightly deeper than expected. Not a bad thing for our older child (4), just not ideal for younger or short children.

We have stayed her a couple times now while doing business in the area. We have had no issues with the service, booking, or cleanliness of the hotel. It is also centralized so it is easy access to the interstate and surrounding areas. Plus, the price is right. We recommend this place to others.

We were on a long road trip and spent our last night on the road here. The room was clean and quiet, and conveniently located near the parking for taking suitcases to our room. Breakfast at Denny’s was a nice addition to our stay. We will return here if we are in the area.

Room smelled. Finally, in the morning, figured out cause was likely sewage smell from a blocked pipe vent in bathroom. Bath tub apparatus to switch from bath fill to shower was stuck so both were always on. Tub drained so slow water was up to ankles when showering.

Great hotel stay with friend for birthday. Tea and coffee at the lobby was really nice. Friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy.Pool and hot tub were great to relax in. Would stay here again as we love to travel to the US from Canada. 😁
