I recently stayed at the Nittany Lion Inn for 4 nights and 5 days, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. The rooms were great — clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The hallways were absolutely amazing, lined with bookcases and cozy seating areas, all surrounded by fascinating history that truly made the Inn feel special and unique. The mocktails at Triplets were delicious, and the coffee at the café was just as impressive — such a treat during our stay. We were in town because my daughter danced at THON, so we were coming and going at all hours. It was incredibly comforting to be somewhere that felt so safe, welcoming, and conveniently close to everything we needed. Every single staff member was absolutely incredible. I never once arrived or left without someone opening a door for me — that level of attentiveness and hospitality does not go unnoticed. Everyone was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. I do need to especially mention Claire. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, she made our stay so comforting. When my flight was canceled, Claire went above and beyond to ensure my son and I were taken care of. She helped us navigate our travel changes and made a stressful situation so much easier. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you for making what was already a meaningful trip even more memorable. We will absolutely be back!

There is an Indian restaurant, but don't expect too much. The glass cup is broken and overcooked, giving you a crispy and bitter scratch. American Indian food cooked by Indians. Although I paid the dinner table with my card, the front desk staff said that there was a card error the next morning and tried to double payment again, but the card app showed the payment details and persuaded it to block double payment. Breakfast is not buffet style, but staff is inconvenient. The restaurant staff speaks loudly, arrogant and unfriendly, thinks they will serve food for free, and ignore the guests. Hotel structure is difficult, long route, poor facilities and noise. Deposit is $50 and fortunately refunded two days later. This hotel is recommended for Indians.

A very nice hotel, with breakfast provided, which was served by local uncles. Breakfast was served very early, at 6 o'clock, and the food was quite good and filling. There was also a swimming pool and lounge, but I didn't go there.

Wyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view. One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or stripped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at Days Inn. The only thing they could do to improve their amenities is add a microwave to the room.

BBE ABROADABLE - Nat the ExpatWe loved our stay and would gladly come again! This was a very last minute trip, and we managed to get a very good rate for this hotel. We had no idea what to expect, and we found it to be one of the nicer hotels in its price range that we’ve stayed at! Our room was very clean and cozy with a beautiful panoramic view. While the furnishings weren’t brand new, they feel clean and definitely updated in recent years. Air and water purifiers in the room was a plus, as well as a very secure door lock — provides much peace of mind to solo travelers. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods and was good! Not the best hotel breakfast we’ve had, but one that we felt very much satisfied with. A warm cookie at check-in was also a plus!🙂 We had a great time here and hope to come again.

AAnonymous UserThe staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

GGuest UserI was there for a church conference. My room was not ready until after 4pm, however being involved with the conference, there was not an issue. I had spoken to Kevin, manager at the registration desk several times. He, as well as his entire staff, were personable, friendly, courteous and was able to accommodate and answer any questions I had. The facility was clean, they were doing some painting in the main hallway (everything was well marked) and, even the painter was friendly. The only hiccup was that the bathroom tub/shower was extremely narrow. Someone who is bigger than I am would have a tough time being comfortable while taking a shower. All in all the facility, conference center, parking garage, coffee shop and restaurant staff were all great. The food during our conference was good and the wait staff (buffet style, served us) were friendly and professional as well. My room looked out over Lake Erie and the lighthouse. I would definitely recommending staying as well as having your functions at this facility.

GGuest UserWe were pleasantly surprised by the size of our king room suite. The full sized refrigerator was a huge plus. It did need some attention given to the carpet in the living room area as there are (what looked like) tomato sauce stains and a juice stain. It also needed vacuumed better. The mattress was softer than we are normally used to, but wasn't bad. I think it's the first hotel room I've ever walked into and the a/c was actually on and the room was nice and cool. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, w/o orange juice. Nothing special. My husband said ”they use real eggs and not carton or powdered.” Being a holiday weekend, they were having trouble keeping up with the supply/demand for breakfast. It is noisy at night until about midnight with cars and motorcycles flying up/down the street. Music across the street is also pretty loud. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff. Matt was extremely nice when we checked in, and he also came up to the room because we couldn't figure out the bedroom TV. It's only about a 3-4 minute drive to Presque Isle State Park. All in all I would consider staying here again.

陳添源The service was incredibly friendly and responsive; they really went above and beyond, almost like guardian angels. The facilities were very clean too. The only downside was how noisy the bathroom exhaust fan was – it was quite loud inside the bathroom, though I couldn't really hear it from the bed. The location is great, right next to a bridge and pier with lovely views, and it's super convenient for getting to attractions in the old town.
