Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

Air Canada arbitrarily cancelled my flight, which was completely unreasonable and so capricious! I was forced to stay an extra day in Seattle and book another night's accommodation. To catch an early morning rebooked flight back to Vancouver the next day, I stayed with my child at the Hilton near the airport. It was cleaner and tidier than hotels downtown, more affordable, and the service was much better. Everything about check-in was explained very clearly.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Overall, I liked the hotel. I stayed there with my spouse and our two-year-old daughter. Our room was spotless. The shower was excellent, and the water pressure was strong—I absolutely loved that. The gentleman at the reception  was very polite and attentive; he even allowed us to check in early. The hotel's only downsides were that parking required a fee and the televisions were a bit outdated. Aside from that, we were very satisfied with everything.

The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

The location is fantastic! It's within walking distance to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Museum of Pop Culture, Pike Place Market, and downtown shopping. It's also surrounded by many tech companies, with Amazon's headquarters just a few minutes' walk away. There's a Whole Foods nearby, a famous organic grocery store in the US, offering a great selection of fruits, vegetables, and hot food. The room is a bit small, but that's not an issue if you're out and about all day. The iPad control system is a nice touch and kids older than elementary school age would enjoy it. The hotel breakfast is standard American; the selection isn't huge, but the quality of the food is good.

I was looking for a hotel close to a friend's house and took a chance on the Best Western Plus. The area I was in is known to me and frankly, I wasn't looking forward to staying in that area, but I am glad I did. The hotel is only two floors and as it is an older property it was suggested that I stay on the second floor for less noise. I did stay there during the week so that may have helped with the noise level. The room was very clean and the view to the golf course was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good, make your own pancakes via the machine in the photos listed. A washer and dryer, coin operated, was available for use. A gym and a small snack area were also available. **They do not have a shuttle, but are still close to the airport and right on the golf course. A Chinese restaurant and an Irish pub were close by. I was told to try the pub, but thought I would go in for some American-style Chinese. Give it a miss. I should have. Irish next time. ***QUICK NOTE*** Wi-fi IS available in the rooms. In the description it read only in the common areas, but it is free and available in the guest rooms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was spotless and the bedding was comfortable, plus the room layout was excellent! The front desk offers complimentary water and soda, and there's a TV in the lobby where you can watch the World Cup. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, and the fact that it was a fixed showerhead, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the fish market, and directly across the street is the US team's residence!

This place was BEYOND amazing. I've stayed at about 10 different hotel/motels around bellingham and this was absolutely by far the best. The guy who works at night went way above and beyond to help when my boyfriend dead bolted the door to our room and fell asleep. It was extremely refreshing to see someone be proactive in helping a situation that was totally not their fault. The breakfast was next level. Like I wanted to stay an extra day just to eat breakfast again, so.many.choices. They have a restaurant/ bar that must be good cause on Saturday there was a decent amount of people having a drink. The studio room was HUGE. like double or more the size of a normal hotel room. The only con was the bathrooms. The room had 1 for the toilet and a different room for the shower, that wouldn't be too bad but the doors are opaque sliding doors that don't shut fully, do not have a latch and do not lock. I had to tie something between the shower rail and the door handle so my daughter wouldn't open it. But everything else made this hotel an easy book for next time we need a room. 10/10 will book again.

Seattle's prices are really something else... $70 for parking, practically Hawaii prices... Or is Seattle even more expensive than Hawaii? But downtown is quite chaotic, and as a tourist, you don't really have a choice. It's just a standard Hilton double room. It's a bit of a walk to attractions, especially with Seattle's hills. However, the room price was relatively affordable. When traveling, I prioritize chain hotels.
