Although the booking mask was on trip, it's the final cost. You appear fraudulent and feel abzocked by the hotel provider. On request for a bill for the additional costs, you got a wipe which was neither signed nor stamped nor correctly issued in the hand. It's just sad to take travelers so off!!!!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Arte Hotel Salzburg. The location is excellent—right next to the main train station, making it perfect if you’re arriving by train or planning day trips. The Old Town is a pleasant walk away, so it’s still easy to explore the city. The real hidden gem is the Sky Bar. It offers breathtaking panoramic views over Salzburg, especially at sunset and in the evening. The cocktails were great, and breakfast is also served there, making it a fantastic way to start the day. I’d definitely recommend requesting a room on one of the higher floors to make the most of the views. The only downside was the communication regarding the complimentary Salzburg public transport pass. We were told at check-in that the hotel would provide it, but despite asking three more times during our stay, we never received it. It was disappointing as we had planned to use it for getting around the city. I hope the hotel can improve this process for future guests. Overall, it’s a modern, well-located hotel with spectacular views, and I’d happily stay here again."

We booked on Trip.com which didn't have the details on the closure for low season, so check the website for details depending on the time of year. Otherwise the place was nice, parking was easy, and the view from the hotel was great. It's about a 7 minute drive up from the town."

"Very very satisfied with a stay! Champagne and roses were presented at the front desk at check-in. The waiter was very professional and enthusiastic, pushing the luggage all the way to introduce the history and facilities of the hotel to the room. The hotel can hear the sound of snoring water at the Bad Gastan Falls. It is very good to sleep as a white noise. The rustling after closing the window is also very atmospheric. The breakfast is very rich and there is smoked salmon I like to eat. The waitress was very welcoming and the extra omelette and maple syrup pancakes tasted good. The hotel also provides a drop-off service, and the waiter drove us to the train station after check-out. Enjoyed the perfect holiday time in Bad Gastein, thank you for the service of the Strubinger Hotel, looking forward to coming again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Salzburg! The customer service was truly superb. I’d like to especially compliment the receptionists, Juliana and Mary — and a big shoutout to Juliana. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the usual check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to check in early with just a short wait of about 20 minutes. During the wait, they even offered us coffee and pastries, which was such a thoughtful touch. Juliana was incredibly friendly, polite, and patient in answering all my queries. Her warm hospitality really made my stay feel special. Thank you to the team at Leonardo Salzburg for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is located right next to the interchange, and there's a bus stop for bus route 21 downstairs. The hotel has a parking lot, but there's a McDonald's downstairs, and some of the parking spaces are for McDonald's customers. You need to look for spaces with 'B&B' written inside them to find the hotel's spots. Parking costs 10 Euros per day. The parking lot is accessed by driving up a ramp, and there are also outdoor spaces. The ones near McDonald's are not for the hotel. The parking lot adjacent to the hotel has both stairs and an elevator that go up to the front desk level. There's also an elevator inside the hotel to access other floors and the ground level. The hotel has a more modern decor but lacks amenities. There's no fridge in the room, and when I asked at the front desk, they also don't have an ice machine. The room size is decent. When you check in, the front desk will ask if you need a transport card; you can get one for the duration of your stay, which allows free rides on city buses. You can reach the old town center in about half an hour, which is actually quite convenient. There's a Lidl supermarket one bus stop away, or a 15-minute walk. Overall, it was a pretty good experience."

Online in person registration should be illegal lmao, what are humans for then? I agree with Pre online checking but in person online checking is kinda dumb. Also want to mention that you guys send too much emails, especially annoying when its not translated into the traveler language. Appart from that it was clean, simple but nice hotel. I would recommend it, good value! Lacks better luminosity in the bathroom. Toilets and sink area are too dark.

This is an older, family-run hotel that's been renovated many times. The bathroom has a small speaker that plays music, and overall it's clean. The owner and staff are also very nice.

We had a good stay at Holiday Inn Salzburg City. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It’s close to the city center, and many attractions can be reached on foot, which made exploring Salzburg very convenient. The room was clean and had everything we needed. However, one small issue was that the electric kettle in our room wasn’t working. We tried to contact the front desk after 10:00 PM, but there was no one available to assist us at that time, so we couldn’t get it replaced.

The hotel allowed early check-in which is really impressive. I googled that this hotel was founded in 2024. This explained why the facilities and decoration were good. What I requested during my booking online were all fulfilled. A big thank you to Harry’s Home! The room is spacious and comfy. Having the toilet and bathroom separated is a very good idea. There are a lot of storage space. Hotel location is very good too. Just five minutes of walk then you will reach the train station and bus terminus. Three minutes walk then you will be in a more with shops and supermarket. The hotel staff members are all very nice and helpful.

This hotel isn't old-fashioned, and it's about a ten-minute walk to the train station. The path is flat, so dragging luggage is no problem. The front desk staff are very welcoming and even provide hotel and transportation information in Chinese. They also offer free public transport tickets for the city (perhaps because it's a tourist city, the bus drivers are used to it and never check 😂), which is handy for getting to further places. It's also convenient to walk to the train station and take the 840 bus to Königssee, although you'll need to buy a ticket for that as it's a cross-border bus.

This hotel isn't in the city center; it takes about 15 minutes by bus to get there. You'll need to ask the hotel to arrange a transportation card. The cleanliness was just okay – there was hair in the towels. On the bright side, there's complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby available in the afternoons, which was a nice touch.

The place is a stone throw away from the central station and very accessible. Also have free transportation for the number of days u stay with them - ask the staff. There are free apples and sparkling water you can retrieve from the lobby. It was a really comfortable stay. It was quiet and peaceful. They had a very secure luggage storage that was great. Loved the wall design that allowed me to hang my clothes and dry them as well.
