I stayed at Novotel Chamiers Road three times in September 2024. The location makes this hotel a good choice. Have been fortunate to Meet Chef Amit at Novotel and his magic with food has been great. On the contrary the service and housekeeping has been a bit of downer in my third visit. But none the less a great stay always.

My stay was very good. GRT Grand has always been the place to go to when in Chennai. The staff there are very professional and pleasant. Lakshmanan, the door *** is so friendly and helpful. Other staff members like, Johnson, Praveen and Lakshmi gave me suggestions on where to shop and what's nice to do in Chennai. Ashish, checked me in diligently. Poulamani, too. She accompanied me to my room and ensured I was comfortable. Abu, Rajan and Selvan in the F&B side, provided excellent service at every meal in the hotel.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel! I love this hotel due to strategic location near to shopping & food heaven❤️ what strike this time, the hotel pack 3 set of breakfast for us when I needed to check out early morning at 6am! They are very thoughtful and friendly and I’m really appreciated the effort Next attraction was the sky restaurant at level 20! The scenery was unbeatable! It is simply wow Will stay in this hotel again? You bet

The breakfast and ambience in the restaurant was awesome. Nice room although check in was taking a little longer due to the full house. Otherwise staff was attentive and kind. i

The food quality was really great, as well as the buffet spread was very good. The hospitality given by all the staffs were really appreciable, especially the efforts given by Karthi, Muthu, and Sujoy was really praiseworthy! Kudos to the full team.

Always a comfortable stay at The Raintree, St Marys! Reservations are always well taken care of and staff always go the extra mile to be of help. Special mention to Rahul, Ritu, Ashton and Uma for making the stay really pleasant and for taking care of every small detail. Truly appreciate their stellar service! Look forward to be back

Hotel used to be good back then. But recently it has become rundown. Many broken items in room especially the toilet looks old. There was no minibar. Service can be improved. Since the price was high, expecting a much better experience. Hope a renovation would be done in order to maintain its brand.

Best hotel in chennai. One of the best service i have experienced till date. Really the service sets them apart from their competitors. Luxurious and royal treatment during the stay. Will definately come again.

We have always enjoyed staying at Taj Coromandel. All the staff have made us feel at home with their exceptional service. The executive rooms and luxury rooms are extremely comfortable. Special thanks to: Shailesh Giri (Manager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (Manager - Guest Relationsq) who went above and beyond with their exceptional service to take care of our every need. The entire butler team (Bala, Saravanan and Napolean who made sure they went the extra mile at the lounge. The entire Jiva Spa team who made sure we were well rested and relaxed. The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Doorman and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room. The entire In-Room Dining team who accommodated our late night food and coffee orders. This was my first time staying at this hotel. The room layout was the same as other Ibis hotels. The bed sheets had been washed, but there were several stains on them. I was disappointed that there were no disposable slippers. I guess it's a policy not to provide disposable slippers for Ibis hotels. This may be the standard for a 3 Star hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. Internet was fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet was plain and limited for the food choices and would be at a 3* level in other Asian countries. I was also overcharged for an in house food order but at least the food was good.

We stayed dron the 19th Jan 2025 to 28th the hotel is quite comfortable ' this is my 2nd visit to the hotel I was here last year too from the UK their breakfast range ks quite good and varied every day however english style tea requests can become a challenge due to all staff not speaking english at a good standard However house keeping was excellent we had sivaraman on our floor he was awesome overall it's a nice place to stay One more thing I requested for s bottle opener to open a fana bottle I was told the bottle opener is only at the bar and the bar was closed I found this bizarre someone at the hotel should have the keys to the bar to open or the restaurant or room s ervice should have these basic items There were few small cockroaches noted in the restaurant near the food which was reported to the staff, Overall stay was comfortable a few manye constant pest control is required minor things to be.looked at tha k you

As a result of a hotel central location I stayed on a regular basis due to business travel, there are a number of hotels that will accommodate very high transportation, but corporate identity is more important than that, tolerance and of course the attitude of the employees, i think the service is people that make the venues beautiful. In this sense, the friends who work are very good but in every problem for their friendly and friendly attitude in every request.

The Residency Towers Coimbatore was as described. The room was spacious and clean, fast internet, soft bed and a nice shower. All that I needed.

EVERYTHING about Ikon was great! We had a spacious suite, a large bathroom with a great shower (hot water, strong pressure, easily adjustable), newspaper delivered every morning, a very comfortable bed and pillows, a really good Indian breakfast buffet, and an amazing meal and cocktail (I chose the Tempest) in multi-cuisine Kove, all topped off with an outstanding staff from top to bottom and from front to back. I absolutely loved staying at this wonderful vegetarian hotel!

A decent place to stay for business/ work. Rooms are clean. Sleep quality is good. Ample car parking space. Only down side is cigarette smell creeps into the rooms sometimes as there is a pub downstairs. Overall, you can consider to stay here.

As requested they provided Match box, Coconut Oil,... Rooms were neat and clean Very calm place Unable to contact Room service or Housekeeping direcly, via operator we have contacted each & Every time.

I would surely recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was good. Especially to the front desk person staff names Srijita who attended to me and my family. She made our check in and check out abreeze. Another staff named Rengasri whose customer service is excellent. Both of them made our stay comfortable and pleasant. We had two rooms and everything was well take care of. I am glad that Marriott has such staffs and should be recognised. My family and I is extremely happy with the stay.

This is an old hotel and shows its age. Although, the rooms are large, the bathroom fitments are from another era. The air-conditioning was the worst. I don't think the HVAC system has been cleaned or maintained regularly. It was difficult to breathe in the room, with a heavy dank air coming out of the duct. 'Will never stay at this property again.

The hotel is located close to Chatram bus stand and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel is about 15-20 mins frm the airport. The rooms and bathroom was clean. It has the basic amenities. The rooms had both fan and AC and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast spread was simple vegetarian affair and I was surprised to see fresh pooris and dosa served. We also had lunch at the hotel. We ordered chicken, rotis and fried rice and like the breakfast, the lunch was also tasty. The hotel has a nice pub on the ground floor and in the evening, one can enjoy a drink with frds or family. The staff was extremely helpful especially for a person like me who could not speak Tamil and were always ready to speak to the cab drivers. Recommend stay

We had booked directly at this hotel. This hotel in located near Chathram bus stand but in a narrow lane behind a popular jewellery show room - no parking whatsoever. People with cars (or even two wheelers) - give this hotel a miss. Even at the time of booking they made it clear that wifi would not be good. On arrival, the person at the front desk was busy on the phone and asked us to wait. Took a few minutes to check in. Handed us an AC remote and that was it. No person to help with luggage, no one to show how the controls in the room work etc. We had alerted them an hour before the arrival as it was a long trip and we were very tired. The room was not at all ready. No towels, no toiletries, no phone to call the front desk. You have to go in person for each and everything. He is always busy on the phone and makes you wait. He gave one towel grudgingly, though he knew we are two. Arrogant, uncaring attitude of the front desk guy spoiled our mood. Towels were worn and not in good shape - we decided to use our own. The room and bathroom looked clean, but there were cobwebs on the bathroom ventilator. The inside of the toilet bowl was filthy. Posting a picture here would be repulsive. There is only one plug point in the room for all your charging needs! If you need to switch on/off the lights, you have to get up from the bed - no controls on the headboard of the bed. Decent LED TV with a set top box and decent selection of channels. AC controls were not intuitive and takes some figuring out. Once done, the AC worked well and provided much needed relief from Trichy's sweltering heat. Bed was medium comfortable, pillows were lousy. What could have been a value for money hotel with good fittings etc is spoiled by poor service, poor design, cleanliness/maintenance and very poor guest relations. Avoid this place.

Overall good stay for family's. But we need to ask them for each and every needs like rooms, hot water, kettle, towels, food service, tv connect, parking. Etc. Actually i have booked premium room after checking with receptionist which they said premium room will good for 2+1 kid when compare with elite room. But they provide elite room when i reach there for check in. After requested only they changed room to premium. Elite room is very small size and even bed, room price also when compare with premium.

Hotel reception, rooms interior, ac and furnishings are ok. I have changed the rooms from 3rd floor to 2nd floor due to toilet sewage gas not venting properly and stinking and suffocating of our family members, even 2nd floor rooms also. Car parking is provided no one helping us to safe parking.

First of all, the name is correct. I had a great view of the Rock Fort from my room, and I was only on the 1st floor! The rooms are clean and spacious and quite comfortable. There is even a fridge with a minibar (although I did not use it). Not that generous in terms of complimentary items, but adequate. There is a restaurant on the ground floor (this is where breakfast is served) and another on the roof top. Menus are extensive but optimistic! Nice view, but bring a torch if you want to read the menu. The front desk staff are helpful in making arrangements but (at least with one of them) do be alert that you get the right change.

Very comfortable and located in the heart of tiruchy. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The room was absolutely comfortable. Good value for the price
